It has been over two years since I started shopping from GearBest and I made tens of purchases. Because of this I wanted to share my objective experience with everyone who seeks a good shop. In my opinion GearBest is the safe option to buy from China. Their prices are quite low, their products are always the real deal, as you know there are many web pages and seller who tries to sell counterfeit products but you can trust GearBest for the original stuff. I made tens of purchases from GearBest and all of them were original and all without any problem or whatsoever. Their packages are made securely and you can even see a real picture of your package at their web page, which is something almost no one else does. Another big plus is their loyalty program which you gain points for your orders and can use these points as extra discount during your payments of the next order. GearBest customer service is very kind and fast responsive and they always solve your issues and answer all of your questions no matter how ridiculous your question is. And their delivery time is the shortest among other web pages selling from China.
One of my last purchases was an Amazfit Bip smartwatch which I bought for a very low price compared to any other web page. And when I order from other web pages there were times I waited for months for my package to arrive but with GearBest it arrived within 15 days.

Discovered Gearbest by case, reading online and had a very positive experience once i used it. It has a very large portfolio of goods and with prices for every pocket. Delivery time is somehow long, but normal if you consider that the products are sent from China.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
