It has been over two years since I started shopping from GearBest and I made tens of purchases. Because of this I wanted to share my objective experience with everyone who seeks a good shop. In my opinion GearBest is the safe option to buy from China. Their prices are quite low, their products are always the real deal, as you know there are many web pages and seller who tries to sell counterfeit products but you can trust GearBest for the original stuff. I made tens of purchases from GearBest and all of them were original and all without any problem or whatsoever. Their packages are made securely and you can even see a real picture of your package at their web page, which is something almost no one else does. Another big plus is their loyalty program which you gain points for your orders and can use these points as extra discount during your payments of the next order. GearBest customer service is very kind and fast responsive and they always solve your issues and answer all of your questions no matter how ridiculous your question is. And their delivery time is the shortest among other web pages selling from China.

One of my last purchases was an Amazfit Bip smartwatch which I bought for a very low price compared to any other web page. And when I order from other web pages there were times I waited for months for my package to arrive but with GearBest it arrived within 15 days.

I started shopping at GearBest.com long time ago, after I've had a few problems with orders at Aliexpress.com. Since then I have never received faulty item, wrong color, etc. Everything is fine, no missing accessories, every item works as intended. One of my last items I ordered at GearBest.com, which I am especially happy with is a Skilhunt H03 headlight. I use it every day, it's great!

Já sou cliente da GearBest há mais de um ano, tendo feito compras no valor de mais de 500. Nunca tive qualquer problemas com o envio ou recepção dos produtos que fiz na loja deles. Recebi sempre tudo a horas e em óptimo estado.
Da única vez que precisei de contactar o apoio do cliente, foi possível solucionar o meu problema (tinha um produto que não estava a ligar e eles ajudaram com várias forma para ver se existia algum problema com o dispositivo).

Il servizio di assistenza inoltre risponde molto velocemente e parlano tutte le lingue. Consiglio di effettuare, con pochi euro in più, una spedizione che arrivi in pochi giorni e con il numero di tracking. Solo una volta il mio pacco è stato perso ma prontamente Gearbest mi ha rimborsato la spesa.

Aclaro que no tengo una relación con Gearbest, solo soy un cliente contento.

Discovered Gearbest by case, reading online and had a very positive experience once i used it. It has a very large portfolio of goods and with prices for every pocket. Delivery time is somehow long, but normal if you consider that the products are sent from China.
