Worst experience using online ordering. After providing payment information for a $175 order they requested I email them front and back copies of my credit card and drivers license. I cancelled the order and actually received a confirmation email the order was cancelled. Gearbest still withdrew $180 from my account (handling fee). I opened a ticket with them complaining about the withdrawal. They stated they would refund the money and another email stating they had refunded it. This was over a week ago and no refunds have been provided yet. Also, there is no further responses to my multiple requests. The phone number for support is only an answering machine. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a drone Feb 24th for my Birthday. I thought i gave sufficient time to get it in time for my birthday. BOY WAS I WRONG. I have contacted Support and they gave me the whole 25 Business days. I understand that but they said 5 days to ship and they took over 5 the package was shipped finally on March 11th. Now that still gives me at least 3 more weeks to wait. But according to the site its been 25 business days today and product should be in hand but its not.

Hey friends, Please do not buy any product in gear best website. Product are very worst and damaged one. Customer support is very worst after sales there is no support.
I have received the product as expected date, bcz i order it as expedite and the product was very worst. On before ordering i have confirmed with the support people and they have informed if i do not like i can return it on with in 45 days and full refund will be credited. But now few of the watches are not working and few items are not working. I am very much disappointed on this, So please those who are interested to buy please read this review and do not loose your money. I found this website in face book and the designs are very good, so i have ordered around 30 watches to give a gift, 80% of watches are worst and not to wear, very worst quality. From 5 orders only 1 arrived ok, one was lost during shipment and the rest had missing items or items were damaged during transport.
Is very hard to get your money back trough support center because they stall the time so if have problems pay only with PayPal, but here is very complicated to get your money back but at least you get a refund after 1 month.
If you work hard for your money don't buy from this scammers, first rule the prices are sometimes to good to be true and there is always a scam there.

I have often ordered Gearbest and has always been satisfied. Great clear side and very low prices. What I like most the delivery time. I often buy abroad and often wait up to 3 months on deliveries. In Gearbest so far all came on after about 2 weeks. I think that's a record time. I am happy to continue in order Gearbest.

I purchased the Amazfit Verge smartwatch from Gearbest. It took a little while to get but as I have ordered other things from Gearbest I know the free shipping option takes time. So no big deal. I was very impressed with the watch and all its functions. It does a lot of what the high priced watches do for around $100. I am very satisfied with the product and Gearbest. I have not had a problem or issue and I will continue to use Gearbest in the future.
