Do not order from this website. All the positive reviews are scammers! I live in USA in VA and it took me 1 month to receive my phone. They are horrible to deal with. Very poor customer service. They do not care about anything except taking your money. Do not order from gearbest.com please! Save your money and deal with EBAY or craigslist. I got scammed and I want to leave as many negative reviews as possible.
I bought in the store two devices: IPV Mini 2 and Goblin RTA.
While shopping I have no problems in communicating with support, delivery time (3-4 weeks to Russia) and quality devices. All services at a high level.

Horrible experience. They cannot give me a more definitive response to my questions,
Let me give you a run down of the timeline:
3/19 - Order Placed on Pre-order
3/28 - Funds removed from account
4/17 - Item still not arrived, inquiry sent
End April - Told item was not in stock, wait til early May
Early May - Told item was actually in stock, mistake made, wait 1 week
5/18 - Told QC check incomplete, told to wait more
5/20 - Told that the item will be shipped the following week
5/29 - Told to wait longer
5/31 - Told to wait longer, there is no stock til early June.
Keep note... to this date... I have WAITED 73 DAYS since Pre-Order, (57 days since the actual release of the item, April 4th). And they still have no answers for me. It's been a heck of a back and fourth. And completely frustrating. Not to mention they still have my funds and are slow to refund.
To save... I wanna say 4 Dollars from somewhere else I could have purchased... not worth the hassle.
DO NOT! I warn you... DO NOT! Buy from this site... You may not ever get your item.

I had ordered two items. I am tracking one of the orders and it was sent to a state in my country I do not live near. (I live in Illinois and package was sent to Nevada). I called Gear Best and was informed to call USPS to "resolve my issue." I called USPS and they informed me that due to this being an international order and that I am not "the sender... but the receiver" I cannot intercept. My credit card has been charged and these items were at a great price but I paid over $250 for my orders.
I have called, emailed, chatted with Gear Best to no rectifying solution. Pretty much they are telling me (both Gear Best and USPS) that I am SOL. I am not able to file a claim (due to not able to "intercept").
Both orders went out May17th, 2015 and currently the one order is in Nevada.
Can anyone help?

Then it did not took long to have my package delivered to my place, only 14 days. The products are in good shape, ready to use, no defects.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
