Lo que mas me gusta de Gearbest, es que los productos que compro siempre son originales vienen bien empacados y su paqueteria, no hay otra pagina que me ofrezca envios por DHL tan precio bajo como ellos, tengo 3 años comprando y lo seguire haciendo.

The prices are good, the points system is positive.
The support is always quick to respond.
The evaluations will help in choosing the product.
Paypal is also accepted (High Security).

I am a somewhat new customer on gearbest so i might won't have the best description of the site. My experience with gearbest is good i haven't had the slightest problem with them and as for their products i was mostly satisfied except a wifi repeater which was malfunctioning. Their customer service is good and they answer you within 1-2 days

Wonderful selection, great prices. When there are problems, their customer service resolves problems very quickly and they refund without problems if the product is not working.

They also declare lower values so I do not have to pay EU VAT, which is great. Very happy with Gearbest so far, can only recommend them.

Also, typically very fast free delivery from China to EU - approx 2 weeks. Great, I keep coming back to them.

Gearbest is my cheapest and most secure web site.
I bought a lot of smart phones and other products online and gearbest believe me is the safest and best web site with such low prices.
I especially like that they have a European warehouse with a wide range of products.
They have a very good customer service, I had a few questions that I sent them, and they are in less than 24 hours responded very well.
I know that the Internet has a fake page who take the money and do not send or deliver damaged item because I want tell people that the gearbest is safe web site with low prices and fast delivery.

In my opinion GearBest is a great China shop to find a plethora of interesting products you often can't get at this Price at Amazon and others. Ordering for me was always safe with PayPal and tracking numbers for the shipping. The customer Service was friendly and always found a solution, they replied within a day always. I am a customer for over 6 months now and intend to keep shopping there in the future. You also get GB Points which you can use for your nect Shopping and save even more.

My tip: wait for Flash Sales of your facourite product and save even more money.

I can honestly recommend GearBest from my personal experience and am willing to share my opinion here with you.

I have always wanted a reliable place to get tech from China. Enter gearbest.com. They have made that wish a reality. Now I can get my tech and know that it is authentic and safe. Shipping is quick and packing is great. They use paypal for payment so I am always protected. A must go to place.

I paid for 3-5 day shipping, and had my product take 5 weeks to arrive. I had to contact 2 different courier service multiple times and change my address twice to actually get the parcel. After customs fee, courier fees, express shipping, and insurance, my package was a month late and costed nearly double the initial price. I guess it'll be good for my sister's birthday next year. Their great customer service have me no reply after multiple emails throughout the week. Thanks gearbest for helping me plan for the future.

I believe is one of the best online shops for vapers out there right now, with a great choice of products and a very competitive pricing. Yes, I know, getting things delivered to EU from China could take some time. But their "free shipping" policy is keeping this"con" on a very low profile, so I can say they're doing a great job.

On 20th december, I bought an Xiaomi cellphone from these guys. I paid for insurance because the product was expensive.
My order was done with insurance paid because their site and rules say that they will re-ship or refund if product arrives damaged.
The story begins here. I made $164.19 purchase for Xiaomi Mi4 + insurance.
The product arrived me around 3-4 weeks and when I got the product, I've founded that it does not accept charge. I reported this problem with my evidences to Gearbest immediately. However, they told me this and closed the ticket:
"We would like to offer you 3.34 usd to you."

They now asking me to return the product to them for full refund although my item was purchased with insurance which guarantees to re-ship or full refund if any problem occurs.

I asked my post office and they want 75 usd from me for resending the parcel to Gearbest.
This is the way how scammer gearbest does business.

Never buy from gearbest, they will ignore you and you will be on your own when a problem occurs.

I went to my bank and filed a chargeback claim, thanks God my bank promised to resolve this issue for me.

I purchased a bigs 3 drone last week paid for the faster shipping option and they still have yet to send it and they are telling me I need to pay more for shipping even tho I choose from the options they provided. This has by far been the worst website I have ever used to purchase anything

Gearbest supplied me with a cell phone to my home address in Peru but it will not work here (same system as Europe) and when I tried to contact customer support they were useless refusing to address the issue of why they supply items "not fit for purpose" and offering no solution. They did ask for a video of phone which seems a bit pointless as their website has excellent images of it! They will not pay return postage and have no telephone contact. Their Chat line offered no help but did say "sorry"

I HAVE SINCE TRIED TO LOCATE THE PRODUCT ON THE LENOVO SITE USING THE "IME No."... IT IS NOT RECOGNISED BY LENOVO. DOES THIS MEAN THE PHONE IS A FAKE!

GearBest is a chinese website wich sells lots of gadgets for really affordable prices, the shipping (wich is free) may take a couple of months but it's tottaly worth it. The costumer service is responsive and helpful.
