One of the best eshop

This is honest review. I love buying on gearbest, because you always get the best quality products, no crappy cheap stuff like on other eshops. Support is always on a high level, so you get feeling like they really care about your purchasing experience. Other than that, I really like how accurate product descriptions are, no misleading information. To sum up, gearbest is the first place I check when I need something.

I ordered a Valentine's gift for my wife on February 2nd. The site said I would have the gift in 8-15 business days, so I wasn't expecting to get it by the 14th, but it is now March 2nd and it still hasn't even been shipped yet. I have been back and forth with customer service and finally found out that they lost that vendor and were in the process of finding another. The problem is that I have had.no communication from them about this unless I reach out. I said that I needed to be contacted by a supervisor within 24 hours because I wanted something from my troubles at this point. It has now been 72 hours and still no communication from the site or a supervisor. I have now asked for a refund. I would think twice before using this site.

Il prezzo dei prodotti è in genere molto competitivo, e diventa molto conveniente fare acquisti quando si iniziano a ricevere punti e/o codici di sconto ottenibili tramite ll sistema di recensioni

Extremely reliable

Gearbest has conquered my trust. Since the first look at the site until after sale, there is nothing I can complain about. They are excellent at showing the details and characteristics of their products, which makes it very easy to choose what to buy. They also know how to treat your client with respect and empathy. All the purchases made me very satisfied, and when I needed their help, they were always available with quick and effective communication. As for delivery, are extremely effective, often arriving weeks before the combined, no orders delayed.
All this makes me recommend this site to everyone.

Scam company

Gearbest are conmen, I have purchased a Xiaomi electric scooter on 8 November with a delivery date before Christmas. It only arrived in January, it was not as described and it didn't work. They accepted to take it back after I contacted my credit card company and sent them a video of the product vs what was advertised, the credit card company ruled in my favour so gearbest agreed to take the scooter back and offered to refund me for my shipping fees which they never did (claimed they sent it to the wrong paypal account and that is this is somehow my fault and I need to sort it with paypal) i'm taking them to the trading standard committee and will hopefully have their UK website closed soon so they stop conning people. But meanwhile I hope no one else has to go through the hours of useless chats with their agents, banks, paypal and a missed Christmas gift.

A few words about the headset. Very comfortable to wear. The frame stops steadily in the ear. The headset falls out of my ear, but it is very stable. Easy to connect via bluetooth. Approximately 10-15 meters in range. Charging time is 40-45 minutes which is enough for 3 hours of listening to music. He speaks clearly, eliminating the noise from the outside world. What I can mention as a disadvantage is the lack of bass. Unfortunately, it is very weak. But that's why I didn't expect more for that price. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

Why should you choose gearbest? Let me explain:
1. Good support, better then lets say aliexpress, they handle questions by them selfs and not by the sellers.
2. Support always replies within 24 hours.
3. shipment is fast most of the times.
4. they have a great vip system, if you buy more products you will be a higher vip level, and that means the shipment could be faster or you get a birthday present etc.
5. this one is for the vapers, they sell e-liquid, on the most chinese websites they dont sell any e-liquid. On gearbest they do!
6. they work with points if you buy products or write a review of the product you bought, and with the points earned you can buy stuff on gearbest.
7. The packaging is very good.

I have ordered and paid for an items(brush heads for Xiaomi) on 31-01. Meant to be shipped within one week(it was a flash sale). Gearbest kept on moving shipping date day by day, as they were out of stock, however they still kept a flash sale on saying they have ninetysomething pieces left. After 2 weeks I have firstly contacted GB support, promised me I am top priority, they will restock in few days etc. Flash sale still one. After three weeks contacted again, same story. Now on 27-02, as GB again moved shipping date to 6-8.03 I have contacted support and again I am top priority and they expect to restock 8.03. Whats more funny, flash sale ended yesterday and today they started new one with a quantity of 100 pieces.
Whats the point of selling items that they cannot ship to other for more then a month?
Finally have cancelled the order, as I cannot wait that long for them, ordered somewhere else.

I've always wanted to review the Gear Best website to be able to recommend it to less experienced people and finally I can do it.
Start by saying that the website is designed very well and facilitates the shopping experience. The review system is simple to use and above all very useful to realize the characteristics of the object you want to buy.
As for the assistance, every time I needed it the operators were very helpful and efficient, solving the problem in a short time. Payment methods are many and secure. While items sold very often are of good quality if we consider the price at which they are sold. And finally I would like to talk about the expedition to Italy, which although slow is still very cheap and often even free.
In short, I advise everyone to use gear best for any type of purchase.

I've been using gearbest for the past years for ordering stuff that in my country are much more expensive and there isn't so many different choices as the Gearbest. The shipment is excellent ( from the orders I've made so far, only one was lost and the support from the gearbest full refund it). The support is pretty good, they answer fast (max 1 day) and they help you with all the questions you have. Concluding a pretty nice web market with friendly environment for every user, with not only tech products, but also products for every flavour. You should check it out!

The most useful site ever. I bougt almost all chinese web market, but this site is the most reliable site. I used it about 3 years ago without any problem.
