I know many people would say otherwise about Gearbest, but this is just because you haven't been lucky:)
I buy things from them since last December and I'm completely satisfied.
My last purchase was M-Horse 5.5inch smartphone for my husband. And I got it only for 32! Euros all because of flexible discount system and great deal.
It was even posted from their EU stock, so it came quick and without paying import taxes.
I recommend them! Check them out!

Great 3D printer that I bought, fast shipping as it came from an EU warehouse and only took a week, and was well Packaged.
I have bought many items since then that i'm pleased with.
I've had good experiences buying at gearbest.com. The only downside is if you buy from the china warehouse it can take over a month for items to arrive and sometimes the dispatch time can take 2 weeks, making a total of 6 weeks or so.
The costumer service is fast in responding to a problem.
I would Recommend to other users just be aware of dispatch and delivery times

There was a normal shop, but now very bad. Cancel orders, at least 10 cents, even for tens of dollars. Cancellations within a few hours after your payment. Shares of at the website fraud, they also canceled, although it is a violation of the rules (obviously just do not want to send). Without explanation of reasons. And it's not just me. On the Internet a lot of these reviews. Look at the rating on this site, or read in any forum. Do not buy in the store!
After writing the negative reviews, I was contacted by the store staff. They promised to fix the problem, if I write a positive review. But in fact it turned out to be a fraud, orders as canceled for no reason. Draw your own conclusions... To me - this store deceivers.

I am very happy with the Service that gearbest given me are always willing to give a solution a very professional job.
For the product it is very nice and if reproduced served quite good quality and cost me at a very like.

My first attempt of on line shopping was made through gearbest, i have received today a watch and a phablet i ordered a month ago, and i live in Greece so i expected them to be that late.
So, so far i have NO problems (except a scratched screen protector that came in the phablet's box).
They were answering my questions within hours, even minutes!
Tracking was simple, and site's info about the products was 100% accurate.
I'm gonna use it for future purchases also.

When ordering stuff from China, particularly if you are overseas, you must be careful who you choose to spend your money with. There are lots of counterfeit distributors, and shops where you will get virtually no customer service unless you are in mainland China. This is not the case with GearBest.com. I've ordered several things, from knives to electronic components for Arduino and Raspberry Pi, and I have been happy each time. They have some stock in a USA warehouse, in which case they will ship directly to you in just a few days. And when the orders ship out of China, their shipment tracking has always been reliable for me, and they arrive in a reasonable amount of time for international shipments. Their customer service reps speak English, and usually respond to emails within a day. I am comfortable ordering products from GearBest.com.

Like many I was a bit worried about placing an order( W**************) with a company in another country (I'd always used Ebay etc) but the products and prices on the GearBest site are amazing and I need not have worried! They are really great and on the odd occasion I had a parcel go missing (looks like royal mail have lost it!) there customer service has been great! They are always quick to reply and make every effort to resolve your issue.

I have since ordered again and imagine this will be one of many orders.

I've been using Gearbest for a while now, and beside small issues everything is great. You can earn points for reviews, buying products and later use those points as discount for your next shopping, there are also coupuns and many other features.

Whenever I give my feedback about their website they are kind and fix it pretty fast, sometimes I even get a reward. Support is really good and they answer fast.

I've purchased a lot of products (like mouses, keyboards, action figures, HD cases) on gearbest and I can tell thay provide an awesome shopping experience, the shipments always arrive on time and thats saying a lot considering I live in Brazil. Also, their customer services are one of the best.

Currently I only shop online and the vast majority are imports. I've focused all of my orders on Gearbest for a number of reasons, but mostly for the loyalty program and because of the pricing! The service is also excellent and always within the expectation. They are very attentive since the small details, also has a group of social media very active.

I think the store's strengths in relation to the competition are:

- Very competitive prices
- Good service inside the store and also on Facebook

The store is good with a large selection of products, low prices, a lot of stocks, discounts and coupons. Has a good support center. A wide range of options for delivery, both paid and free. I also like the system of calculating points for a purchase, which can pay for part of the next purchase, thereby saving up to 30% of the purchase price.
Another plus, this is the ability to pay through Paypal.
I have already made a lot of orders in this store and while everything suits me, there were no problems, I hope there will not be any more in the future.

They offer many products that are not available at local stores.
I also appreciate the loyalty programs like gearbest points that offer additional discounts even on already discounted products.

Lately, I bought a mobile speaker and I chose a local warehouse.
I got the package after just 3 days (ordered on Friday, got it on Monday).
The product was in the original packaging and was exactly like I chose on the website.
