Very good purchases, excellent prices, many opportunities and gifts, and a long list of products, the only drawback is that they take a little while in the arrival of the products.
Remember what I said about only receiving copy & paste responses from GearBest? Well, look at all of GearBest's responses to the negative reviews. Aside from attaching your name to the response, it's all automated. If you're trying to get a hold of an actual human being, DO NOT BOTHER!
They reply by saying that I can contact customer support to have the issue resolved. As of this writing, I have over 30+ responses with their customer support "team" and the issue was still not resolved. Also they said they sent me a support ticket in response to this review. They did not. They eventually agreed to issuing a refund but for $20 less than what I paid (despite purchasing shipping insurance). After refusing anything less that a refund in full, they agreed and notified me that it would post on my PayPal account within the next 72 hours. NOPE! They never even tried processing a refund. I ended up having to call PayPal and have a CS representative go over the dispute I filed against GearBest, and within a few minutes of going over the details, PAYPAL (Not GearBest) issued me a refund in full.
Stay away from GearBest. Stay far faaaaaaar away.
I've purchased two items from them and that's a mistake I will never make again. They advertise shipping times that aren't even close to the time frame in which you will receive them. The first item I ordered I have yet to receive and the package tracking hasn't been updated in 39 days. The advertised shipping time is less than half of that amount of days. And when I contact support all I receive are copy and pasted answers consisting of lies and fake due dates. The second item I purchased never even got a tracking number but at least I actually received that item eventually. Seriously though, I can't stress how bad of a shopping experience this has been. Go with a different company that actually takes customer service and shipping seriously. I mean, I've waited so long on the first item that it's price has lowered to the point where I am actually paying more than if I purchased it on a competitors website with 2 day shipping.

Until a few months ago I was pretty much ordering from online shops based in my country or Amazon/eBay, however this changed after I visited Gearbest, as I realized that I've been overpaying. The same items cost often 3-5x cheaper on Gearbest than on Amazon. That's pretty self-explanatory, who likes to be charged more if they can get the same thing elsewhere?

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
