Gearbest is my favorite electronics purchase site. They have a huge choice not only of electronics, but everything from ordinary tools to lipsticks and even clothes, all you can do to find them at very affordable prices. The site is very easy to use and with just two clicks you can buy everything you want. Reviews that customers write are very authentic to the product you buy, so I am impressed with this impression because they never deviated from the truth, so that every product I bought carefully I checked and very easily decided for him. Site support is very kind and quick, at any time it can help you if you have a problem with some of their products. It happened that I had a couple of times confusion about some things, but people from support quickly came to my senses and we easily solved it. Delivery is very fast, most things have a free delivery so I'm overwhelmed. The most important thing I did not mention is that prices are more than correct, and even very cheap, yet the quality is excellent again. So, this site is for me number 1 compared to other shopping sites.
I order a 3-D wireframe lamp. It arrived on time just as it said. However the only thing that was in the box was the pane of laser etched glass. No stand, no cables, no actual light. I double checked to see if maybe I had just bought the glass, but nope I was just missing practically all of the pieces. I sent in a complaint and the average response time for each E-mail is roughly 24-48 hours. After all the back and forth is done now weeks later I arrive at the choice of a $2 refund, which is nothing, or they can send me the missing pieces. I choose to not take the painfully sad "refund". They tell me it will have to have this approved which might take 3 business days and then the will ship out the missing parts. Which was fine until they told me how long that would take, 25-30 business days. It's great they are willing to help me, but this was a birthday gift. So needless to say I will avoid them in the future if at all possible, because it didn't seem like they were very concerned with my happiness just my money.
My first order with Gearbest was handled very well! My order of 2 Nitecore Tubes was delivered very quickly and I received prompt communication all the way from ordering until the product was delivered. I am very impressed with Gearbest's service and look forward to making more orders in the future!

I ordered WB************** which was the ijoy maxo quad and it arrived in perfect condition and after 10 days.
GearBest is my first address when it comes to electric devices and vaping. I recommend to everyone.
I am pretty sure the scammer gearbest is paying for positive feedbacks here and they are fake reviews. Anyways, here is my issue. My daughter bought me a phone from these scammers and also paid extra fee for insurance which guarantees to resend immediately if product is broken. Phone arrived us in unworking condition and even we provided them requested evidences, they are forcing us return the item to them. My daughter asked them about why are you selling insurance then and they response really weird. Stay away from gearbest because they are scammers.
We are also going to start a dispute via PayPal and file a chargeback if nothing happens.
We will continue to create and update feedbacks to keep everyone awake and updated until this issue is resolved.

I would like to leave my assessment about the Gearbest store and the products it sells.
The order arrived in due time and everything is perfect, it is without a doubt the best store for products bought from China (also imported to Spain since they sell directly from my country). I have bought more than 40 products and I can say that I have always received the products in perfect condition, well packaged, I received them quite fast (sometimes took a little longer but it always seemed reasonable because it does not always depend on them, courier companies sometimes collapsed), the spectacular technical service since they have chat, email, messaging system... and always speak with sincerity and very good treatment. They have a point system, which is appreciated because this way you get some discount. I really believe that few bad things I can say about this store so complete, it should improve perhaps the amount of products with more variety but it has a lot and that when you enter its website you do not always find that to put captcha
Tried to order ilife a4s robot vacum but they informed me after a month that they are having supplier issues, so replaced order to ilife v5s and they are telling me it is on back order and they do not know when it is possible to be shipped. My 170 $ is setting in their account over a month now.
It would me good idea to mention on site that item is on back order or out of stock! They make you pay and now i have to solve issues with refund back to paypal.
Worst online shoping experience ever, better try another store. I do not recommend gearbest.

This company said when the package is sent to shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer, not the company anymore. Beware of buying from this company. Still waiting for PAYPAL to deal with this company, it is already 1.5 months from my purchase date with no reply. The company GEARBEST charged me Insurance for shipping of my package but not actually cover your shipping loss, it is like stealing your money.
