Their system cheats you out of the advertised discount codes and charges you full price. Customer service is horrible. No one is willing to fix the problem. You don't get a response by email and the chat is just as bad. I'm completely disappointed that with a company so advertised that this is how you treat your customers.
THE WORST customer service. They don't even really read what you're contacting them about, sometimes never respond and when they do they help solve NOTHING. If anything they're thieves trying not to give me my money back for an item that NEVER came. I use to always shop here but now they are completely canceled for me because this is the second time this happened with no resolution on their end and I'd shop with them all the time. Prettylittlething is a good site, shein and dollskill if anyone's interested in a better shopping site.
Quality is poor, seems are ripped, and items are not described on the site. Customer service does not promise what they say and lie on the call. I was a loyal customer, but not any more. Fashionnova obviously don't care about customers. Would not recommend ANYONE go here. I was on the call for 3 hours five times trying to get my money back for it to go anywhere. I bought a pant in December 2020 by mistake, right a way I sent an inquiry asking to cancel the order but I never receive answer, instead I received the item. I had to pay 7.99 for a return level and I sent it back on Jan 14th, 2021. As of today (Feb 11th, 2021) I have not receive my refund, well they don't give you a refund but a store credit instead, which I think it is very disrespectful.

This is my first time ordering from fashion nova. The first time I accidentally sent it to the wrong address. Online it doesn't give you the option to edit the purchase so I called and they said they couldn't help me change the address so I had to cancel the whole order and wait for my refund. THEN. Once I got my refund I reordered what I did the first time & I paid for fast shipping because it's close to Valentine's Day so I refuse to deal with any delays. My package came but only one thing was in it out of the two items I purchased. WHAT THE HELL. I paid for Fa shipping and everything & for what? To receive a half of an outfit. This is Complete BS! Never again will I buy from them.

Absolutely nothing fit, it was either way too big or too small and the material is very cheap, like single use clothing almost.
Then I couldn't return some items because they're considered non-refundable even though I couldn't even put them on.
Out of the items I was able to return I had to pay my own shipping so that's another $20 lost and on a $146 order they sent me back $7 two months later.
When I inquired about my return they asked for a picture of the shipping receipt to show the weight of what I shipped back so I could get my money. I followed all the steps they provided to send the items back and nowhere did it say I needed a picture of the shipping receipt. Hopefully I have it kicking around somewhere but after this I will never shop here again.
I made a purchase with Fashion Nova on December 30,2020. I got an email on January 5,2021 stating that there was a delay with my order, no biggie, I assumed it would happen. Then January 20th I reached out and was then told, after days of waiting, that my package was delivered on January 6,2021. But HOW? I hadn't received a tracking number or anything and on January 5, as I stated, my package was being delayed. I got the tracking number on February 5,2021 when someone replied back to my email. It had been delivered to my apartment office. I was unaware and just got my package today, February 8,2021, and two of my items are missing. I don't have my invoice slip or whatever they call it with the list of things you purchased. I am fed up at this point and really considering never buying from them again unless they can refund me or ship my missing items!
My last issue with Fashion Nova turned out to be on my part. They did what they were supposed to do.
I filed a claim for a package that I never received from them. It shows delivered because it was delivered to the wrong address and I have photo evidence from the LaserShip showing that it was delivered to the wrong address. Fashion Nova chose to deny my claim and not give me a refund and not resend out the products. I will never shop there again.
FN charged my debit card without authorization and refused to cancel the order although I contacted them immediately afterwards I ordered a couple of items from fashion nova and when they arrived, some of the items did not look anything like the pictures online, so I sent them back to get a refund. Fashion nova made me pay for return shipping and they also only issued a gift card refund. I went online again last night to place an order using the gift card that I was issued and they charged my debit card instead of my gift card. I called them immediately to cancel the order and refund me my money however they refused. I would like to get my money back as I didn't authorize them to charge my debit card; I wanted to use my gift card. I should not be able to take money out of my account without my permission.

I purchased an order almost for the last week of Nov. I know due to the holiday it might take longer so I had no other choice to wait. I have the SHOP app so it kept saying in transit. Next thing you know it says delivered. I was like how? One I'm working from home and second my RING app did not notify me. I'm looking at the delivery location and it's show a street that is not my address. I call Lashership and spoke with a gentleman and he stated it shows still at the warehouse (mind my app said delivered) He said he will send the request to be mailed out. I waited a week so I called back and spoke to a nice girl. She stated it shows on her end package was lost. So I asked if if she can send me a letter stating wise so that I can report it to Fashionova. She sent me the letter and I forward it to fashionova and it tooled them FOREVERRRRRR to reply back and of course it passed the 10 days report and my claim got denied because it shows delivered on there end. How if I provided proof the packages was NOT delivered. I am a faithful customer of fashionova and I think they treated me not fair. I'm not asking for my money back. All I'm asking of what I ordered can please be delivered. Then I get a email saying I can get a 25% on my next order! Ya don't want to give me what I spent that was over 100 dollars but yeah my claim was denied so I have to spend more of my money to a company that is not caring.

Fashion Nova has disappointed me in the biggest way. I started ordering from this online store because of its popularity and at first I thought that they offered quality service. Instead, I have been robbed. I made an order weeks ago and NEVER received my items. I contacted fashion nova several times to inquire. A representative admitted that the package was lost in transit. Then they stated it was delivered and proceeded to change the status of the package online. Since then I have contacted the carrier and they have been very helpful in providing proof and even sending numerous emails to Fashion Nova explaining that the item was indeed lost and therefore it was never delivered. Fashion Nova even after admitting that they received these emails has STILL decided to NOT issue a refund or replacements. I spent a lot of money and it will never happen again. I do not know if it is because I am not a celebrity or so but they just do not care. BE CAREFUL!

I feel so abused by Fashion Nova. I wish I had read these comments before I placed an order for the very first time. I will make it one of my life's missions to shed light on what is going on with this company. #1.) I signed up for all alerts and text messages so that I could be notified anytime my order made progress. NOT ONCE DID I RECEIVE ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION FROM THEM! Not even a confirmation after the initial email... that I had successfully placed an order. 2.) 7 days in... after no status updates... I contacted their instant chat. The auto service stated several times they did not have ANY RECORD of the account number given. Finally, the auto service alerted a real live person to help me. After waiting for about 10 minutes... I was given a confirmation number. I was ecstatic! That ended quickly though! 3.) The company LASERSHIP was responsible for delivering my package. Their website stated the package was "out for delivery" 8 days after I initially ordered! But I received no order that day! 4.) I waited the next day and finally an update! I was told it was be delivered the next day. AND AGAIN I WAITED! No delivery! Finally, I check the TRACK MY PACKAGE tool and it states..."Loaded to the truck at 2:58p... Drove to location at 2:59p... Delivered package at 3:00p" NO FREAKIN WAY THAT IS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE! I never received anything! I ordered items for a women's homeless shelter and now... out of 150.00 and no items!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
