I ordered from Fashion Nova in March. My pkg was taken to the wrong address, delivered by Lazarship, It was $200 worth of clothes. The company would not take responsibility for the pkg being delivered to the wrong address. So Im just out of two hundred dollars. I will never order from fashion nova again. No customer service. Lazarship did not hold the driver accountable. So no one took responsibility for the missing pkg. Truly Disappointed. Use little people help these companies reach their goal of success and then they just step all over use and do not fix their wrong. Again I would never order from them again lesson learned.

I have received wrong orders several times. Has been charged twice for some orders. Impossible to get in touch with a real customer service agent, you only get pre-written answers from bots

I'm extremely disappointed with fashion nova, I placed an order on the 11th which I picked a 4-7 day delivery method. I am supposed to be going on a trip this Friday and my order says it will be delivered on the 27th. When I tried contacting customer service they told me once the order is shipped they have no control over it, which implies after you place an order, it's none of their business to make sure it gets to you. This is not the first time I'm experiencing this with fashion Nova and I don't know what took me back to that site. I'm extremely disappointed.

I returned 4 items which included the emails from. The customer rep telling me to add the items I were returning even though their return system only allowed me to return 2 items and I would receive the refund for all 4 items. They refuse to give me the full refund and keep ignoring my request for the full amount after I sent them a photo of the postal receipt. DO NOT buy anything from FASHION NOVA THEY ARE NOT HONORABLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL LIE/DENY YOUR CLAIMS ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE ITEMS BACK.

I am absolutely LIVID with this company! I ordered a few items and never received even though Fashion Nova claims the items were delivered. I requested a refund or reship from the company and they said there was absolutely nothing the could do for me. So they basically STOLE MY MONEY!

My package was dropped off at the wrong address. The carrier took a picture and it shows it's not my address. Fashion Nova representative said " The delivery has been confirmed by the delivery company, once the package is marked as delivered we will be unbale to offer a replacement, refund or credit." I received my order on January 23,2021. I reported a problem with my order January 25,2021. They told me I would receive a refund February 4,2021 and as of April 6,2021 (today) they refuse to give me a refund.

What I ordered was not what I received. They asked for pictures, I have them pictures, they told me on four separate occasions (through email) that my refund was being processed and I need to wait 7-10 business days. For times I waited that long and emailed them to complain about where my money was, and they send me a gift card.

I have told them implicitly they I WILL NEVER order from them EVER again. Their website is not to be trusted. They are frauds. They stole my money, why would I order from them again? I have reported them to the BBB, the FTC and to my bank. I just have to receive the money from my bank because these scammers refuse to do the right thing.

The objective is to take your money, period. You have no recourse as a customer is anything goes wrong.

They don't take responsibility.

And you won't get your money back.

After hearing about fashion nova for years (I don't generally shop for clothes online) I finally decided I'd give them a try after getting a pop up with a sign up for text and get 40% off promotion. Signed up for text and the promo code given was 30% off. Not a huge difference, but when you spend over 1k like I did, the difference is $100+. Called the customer service# and received a no agent available message & after all the time & energy spent shopping I figured I'd make the purchase so my sizes don't sellout and send an email with my concern afterward. Message I received back? We apologize but that promo code isn't working ‍ here's a 25% off promo code for next time Which is the same promo available to everyone. So far no complaints on the clothes but I don't spend money where I'm not valued as a customer pics posted validate it all. Get it together fashion nova.

I've got two orders placed. My packages haven't been delivered, it's been weeks. They say, oh well we sent it. Contact the carrier. The carrier tells me to contact fashion nova. Fashion Nova refuses to resend items or give me a refund

This is the email they sent me after my package was left out side buy the carrier and when I spoke to the carrier they stated they left the package outside and marked it delivered. When I spoke to fashion nova they stated that they couldn't even give me store credit for my missing clothes wish is a shame that you would rather lose a customer then do the right thing that show what kind of company this is all I can say is it's definitely bad business all of this over a 53$ package

Garbage company. Check the Better Business Bauer or Goog for real reviews. Because this site obviously isn't legitimate. Over 14,000 negative reviews on BBB and over 10,000 on Google that are all 1 star reviews on this obvious scaming co. Pany Fashion Nova. Site Jabber needs to be ashamed advertising such an illegal company. Where are you getting your reviews. Excuse it isn't from Fashion Nova customers. The company is GARBAGE.

When I placed my order I made sure to carefully measure for each article of clothing. Shirts run a size smaller than size chart indicates but I decided to keep. My main issue is I ordered 3 pair of 8" low rise jeans. As you can see from screenshots below they are marked 8" low rise. What I received however are 10" high rise jeans (I incl screenshots of what low, mid & high rise measures for reference). It took 3 messages before I finally received a generic copy & paste response telling me how to purchase a return lable to return their falsely advertised mistakes. I hope fashion nova realizes they just lost A LOT of money from this former customer as I just deleted everything in my cart over lack of customer service & postage on a return lable. They got me, never again. Now I'm stuck paying to return their mistakes to receive store credit that I DON'T want. Due to this company's lack of honesty & integrity I seriously doubt I'll get what I pay for again with my unwanted store credit. I paid credit so it should be re-credited to my card. DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE I DID, shop elsewhere

Awful customer service. They don't provide a phone number. My package never arrived. They used Lasership who has horrible reviews, so many people are accusing the drivers of lying and stealing packages. I received an email back saying I needed to contact the shipper. I've been trying for a month to get my money back or replacement. The shipper just keeps sending me the same emails saying they are opening a case and that someone will respond in a few days. The website for FashionNova states to "check the bushes" if the package shows as being delivered.

I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase anything from Fashion Nova. At this point I am MORE than upset with their service and customer service. I wish I could give a review on their clothing but I NEVER SEEM to receive mine. I have tried and tried and tried with this company to no avail. This is not my first complaint and probably not my last because I will voice my review everywhere that a Fashion Nova shopper can see.

EVERYTIME I place an order through Fashion Nova it NEVER arrives on time. I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM ON TIME OR EVEN CLOSE to the time I was supposed to receive it. I order some items AGAIN, like a DUMMY thinking they would finally do right and NOPE. Order something LAST TUESDAY (Feb 23), paid for EXPEDITED shipping (said it would arrive by Feb 26), it has been 7 days (today is March 2) and I still don't have my item and shipping says "No expected delivery date"
FASHION NOVA HAS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM OR SPEAK WITH ANYONE. In the past they offer NOTHING to compensate for your inconvenience and because the items always come AFTER THE EVENT I NEED THEM FOR, my only option is to return for store credit. WHY WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT FOR A STORE THAT DOES NOT DELIVER MY ITEMS AND ONLY STEALS MY MONEY?!

I guess they feel like I must be dumb anyway because I ordered from them again. I thought not ordering from here for a YEAR would give this company time to get their $#*! together but no. I ordered $400 worth of clothes and it said was delivered but I never received it. I contact Lasership and that was no help. Recently I got a message on Facebook where someone found my box of clothes in the middle of the streets apparently the driver didn't want to get in trouble for a missing shipment and marked it as shipped. Fashion Nova and Lasership has horrible customer service. I'm still waiting on my money back.

At first everything was wonderful I have spent thousands of dollars with the majority of my closet it's fashion nova! Now starting this year all of the sun February 2020 their service has become trash! I have four orders out and I have not received one of them and according to one of them there is been where I live for a whole week and not being delivered due to bad weather my jeep is 70° in the winter! They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails, the live chat is a robot and they clearly don't care about their customers after they get your money! They won't get another seat for me and I've already start talking to my bank to retrieve my payments I am no fool and I will get my money back if I don't get my products!

I placed an order to Fashion Nova after receiving an email about a 50% sale. I placed the TAMPA50 discount code and pressed submit. I noticed that when it was processing, the code was removed and/or not processed, and I was charged the full price. I immediately sent an email to customer services, but I was offered another discount code. I am seeking a full refund. This is not fair, especially during a pandemic.
