There is a "Bot" to help you with issues. If the Bot cant help it submits a ticket to tech support who just replies in email and if you respond with a clarifying question it can take up to another 48 hours to get a response. Been trying to get an issue resolved now for almost 4 weeks and they wont call to chat over the phone to fix the question issue.
