I bought several bidets from this company. The bidet cracks in several places. They never return calls.
Since the above review, the CEO called me, apologized for not returning the call or responding to my emails. He said, "The seats always crack. They need to be properly cushioned." He could have told me about this by a simple email. In any case, he said he would make up for his lapse by sending me a seat worth 120 dollars and pay $20 for shipping. I consider this matter closed.
Unfortunately this is a good product. My office purchased 15 of the CCB-9500?. However, when a 15 cent nylon bolt breaks it becomes a $500 useless boat anchor. I have been trying for a year to get two nylon bolts! Everything made by man breaks. If you can't get minor parts then no mater how good the product is it is useless. DO NOT BUY!
I purchased 4 bidets from this company in 2012. They were delivered within a week and have been working great. In early July I ordered 2 more, I received an confirmation email immediately and that's it. There has been no communication from the company so far. I have called, left messages and emailed several times without a response from them. Their products are great but there are other companies with great products and much better customer service. I'm going to cancel my order and purchase from another company.
I have bought 2 bidets with this company. The second was supposed to be swapped in the summer of 2020. This never happen. I have an email with RMA number and I left several emails and voice messages. Never heard back from this company. Don't waste your money here. Run away. There are many other options...
We purchased a bidet in 2014. Since our purchase we have needed several replacement parts at a very high cost. Recently, I tried to call them for two more parts and they do not answer the phone or return messages. It is very frustrating.
Soon after we bought the bidet we knew we made a mistake. The savings that we had went to the replacement parts and more.
Now we are forced to buy another brand since this company does not want to do business.
We had the Coco model CCB-9500R bidet for about 4 years, and it worked great. Problems developed this summer, and seemed like they should be repairable. However, calls to the customer service number went to voice mail (calls never returned) and e-mails went unanswered. I was considering ordering a new one, but reading these other reviews convinced me to purchase something from a different company.
I placed an order for a bidet one month ago. I did not hear anything for two weeks, and after I left many unanswered voicemails and emails, I finally received an email from a John Kang. He said that I would be sent my tracking information that day. Of course, that didn't happen, and I have not heard anything since then.
Now I have to go through the annoying process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering.
Phone calls to company go directly to voice mail. No return calls - no service. I am unable to find out information about replacement part on the web site. If there are any. Very poor communication via web or phone. I have not tried e mail.
I am using this company product for more than 5 years and I placed in every bathroom. All family used to have one. Mother in law brook her seat due to her weight and I ordered a new one immediately. It appears my order was fallen in a period that the company have had back order and unable to ship. My mother in law was asking every day about the bidet for time being and in one instance I placed a negative review criticising the company for not responding. It seems I am going to have my order in a few days. I recommend the products, I have so far 6 of it.
I placed an order, received an acknowledgement email, and my credit card was charged. After a week or so I emailed and called and left messages several times to find out the status of my order. I got absolutely NO response. After two weeks I called my credit card company to contest and reverse the charges. Still no response from Bio Life.
I have bought 2 bidets from this company. The second seemed to be glitchy from day one. I had to reset several times. Now the bidet won't make it through 1 cycle. I started calling customer service while the product was still whithin it's 1 year warranty. However, I never received a response after multiple phone messages were left and several emails sent. I am now looking to see if i can get my credit card company to reverse the charges.
The company appears to still be in business but does not respond to requests for new orders or past ordered product support. JOHN KANG is the name of the owner and if you (JOHN!) are reading these, please improve your customer service or consider closing down your company.
When I purchased a Bidet on on-line they charged my account right away; however I did not receive any tracking or shipment information. I left several voice mails and emails with the company inquiring when it would be shipped, and subsequently wondering if they were a legit company. Without any response, my bidet magically appeard on my door step after a month or so. Now, 5 years late, I'd like to acquire a replacement part but 5 voice mails and 4 emails later I still have not received a response. The company is just B. S. I don't even know if they are still in business. I would say they have terrible customer service, but it's more like they have NO customer service.
Ordered product from their website Bidets.com last month and have yet to receive shipment notice. Nor can I get a response from them via email or phone. Thier number is no longer in service.
WARNING: Stay away from this company. I purchased a Coco bidet and after receiving the item and having it professionally installed by a plumber, I learned that the bidet was defective. After reaching out to the company multiple times, I did not hear any response. After doing some research, I learned that it is a 3 person company in Kansas that has an F grade on the BBB with multiple reviews in their site and among others. After disputing the charge with my AMEX, I finally received a response from the owner who was not only offensive on the phone but wanted me to ship the defective bidet back at my own expense and told me that he doesn't accept returns on his products. Needless to say, I had never experienced anything like this.
The service is excellent, the tech support person name is John Kang is very kind and helpful, he did everything the way suppose to be done,

I have purchased two bidets from biolife technology. When I had a problem with the seat I called and spoke to Samantha who put me in touch with John. When I explained my problem he asked me to send the bidet in for repair. So refreshing to deal with a company that has customer service and does treat their customers with care. Love the product and their service. Highly recommend!

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMEROUS TIMES. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ALL AUTHORITIES. BE AWARE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.
I have never had this much trouble dealing with a company. They are the height on frustration. After paying a plumber $277 to install a bidet, I discovered they had sent the wrong size. The one I ordered still is not here. I have waited six weeks.My credit card has been charged so I suppose I will have to contact them to say I have been charged for something I did not order. I am not allowed to talk to anyone except Samantha and she has an answer for everything and none of them makes sense. I don't know what else to do. I am at my wits end.
This company by far is the worse. I have ever seen. Samantha Phillips must be married to the owner of the company she will not give you any answers on my seat for repair. Or to ship it back.We I ask her if they were going out of business she did not answer me, she made no reply at all. I willl contact the BBB and also my attorney.my coco xr bidet model cost 489.00 I will sent that and more to get this company to pay.
