We purchased a bidet in 2014. Since our purchase we have needed several replacement parts at a very high cost. Recently, I tried to call them for two more parts and they do not answer the phone or return messages. It is very frustrating.
Soon after we bought the bidet we knew we made a mistake. The savings that we had went to the replacement parts and more.
Now we are forced to buy another brand since this company does not want to do business.
