I was on some very heavy painkillers for a long time for my back. This gave me a lot of constipation constantly. I am off of all the pain medication now so the Bio Complete 3 can have a chance to work. This is my first month taking it, and it is starting to work. For someone with a normal system from the beginning, I believe this would work extremely well. Anyway, I am very pleased!

I have had digestive issues my whole life. The only thing that truly helps is this product BioCompete 3 or fasting. I do love to fast but let's face it we all got to eat! I can't go with out it! Thank you!

I've been using pre-biotics and pro-biotics off and on for a number of years. It might be that eating fresh raw vegetables as well as fermented foods has kept me healthier than a lot of people my age. I require no regular prescription medications. But there are a lot of foods that I avoid because of uncomfortable "allergic" or digestive responses. I've recently added Dr. Gundry's Bio Complete 3, after positive experiences with other products in this line. Thus far, I've seen a faster digestive response and no negative side effects. I'd like on occasion to be able to enjoy some of the troublesome foods I've been avoiding. Guessing that it might take a few more weeks to see how that works out.

Working with this business has been good. I am not sure of all the benefits yet. Looking forward to them

I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for 30 days. I have had excellent results. I started due to constant stomach problems that sent me to the emergency room for a couple times a year. I was told I may have passed a stone and/or had colitis. They never had as answer. Since taking Bio Complete I have not had any stomach issues (cramping, bloating, vomiting, etc) I have lost 8 pounds and an inch around the waistline. I started Dr Gundry's Mediterranean diet as well. I am highly satisfied and can make it through a work day without getting sick. Thank you!

I think the biggest thing I noticed was more volume in my bowel movements. I'm also taking the probiotic. When I inquired whether I should take them separately, I was told to take them together.

The bio complete 3s are easy to take. And I'm noticing a difference in bowel movements they are more regular and I'm not as hungry so I'm eating a lot less. Great product!

I have been following Dr. Gundry for a year or so and had used his Vital Reds product. After watching video about Bio Complete 3, I placed an order. My insides had often been upset, e.g. reacting poorly to dairy or some vegetables, and I constantly had pain in my wrists and neck, so was pleasantly surprised at how calm my digestion became and my joint pain was reduced after taking Bio Complete 3 for just 2 days. And as suggested in the video, my outlook even seemed to improve. I wasn't as nervous in general, which was hard to believe could result from using this product. So far, I've been very pleased with the results, and plan to continue with Bio Complete 3.

Since taking the bio complete 3 I burp so so much less! Which has been an awful terror in my life. I am also able to sleep right side comfortably again, while hardly burping. It's amazing!

No one likes to talk about their bathroom habits, but using Bio Complete 3 sure has helped improve my regularity! Thanks Dr. Gundry!

I've been taking the Bio Complete 3 now for almost 30 days and have definitely noticed a substantial difference in my gut pain. I've had less bloat and haven't been going to bed each night with a stomach ache.

I don't like to give reviews but I must do it for Gundrymd products. I am very new to the line of products and the concept. I was trying to loose weigh and found an app to input all my meals and count macros, I accidentally stumbled upon GundryMd video, and listened to it for an hour while still in bed on a Saturday morning.
