I don't like to give reviews but I must do it for Gundrymd products. I am very new to the line of products and the concept. I was trying to loose weigh and found an app to input all my meals and count macros, I accidentally stumbled upon GundryMd video, and listened to it for an hour while still in bed on a Saturday morning. I was shocked to hear him speak of all of the symptoms I was experiencing, at 42 I went into early menopause and have been miserable, with irregularities, bloating, no energy, food cravings, I had no idea what to do, until I found GundryMd.
I immediately ordered bio complete 3 and in 3 days I moved a huge improvement in how I felt. I have energy, no boating, can't tell about bowels yet as it's only been 3 days but hoping that will change as well. Also purchased lectin shield and now I joined VIP and very exited to receive my shake, vital reds and e-balance. I am a happy to have found products that actually are doing what is promised. Hope this helps. This is totally NOT paid review, but my own experience so far.

I wake up with more energy. I feel good during the day with more energy. My body Loves it I feel so much better all day. I Feel like I can handle the day better and I feel less stressed out during the day. I will keep buying it I think it is great. I am so glad to find something that makes me feel so much better. I've been using pre-biotics and pro-biotics off and on for a number of years. It might be that eating fresh raw vegetables as well as fermented foods has kept me healthier than a lot of people my age. I require no regular prescription medications. But there are a lot of foods that I avoid because of uncomfortable "allergic" or digestive responses. I've recently added Dr. Gundry's Bio Complete 3, after positive experiences with other products in this line. Thus far, I've seen a faster digestive response and no negative side effects. I'd like on occasion to be able to enjoy some of the troublesome foods I've been avoiding. Guessing that it might take a few more weeks to see how that works out.

I have been following Dr. Gundry for a year or so and had used his Vital Reds product. After watching video about Bio Complete 3, I placed an order. My insides had often been upset, e.g. reacting poorly to dairy or some vegetables, and I constantly had pain in my wrists and neck, so was pleasantly surprised at how calm my digestion became and my joint pain was reduced after taking Bio Complete 3 for just 2 days. And as suggested in the video, my outlook even seemed to improve. I wasn't as nervous in general, which was hard to believe could result from using this product. So far, I've been very pleased with the results, and plan to continue with Bio Complete 3.

My stomach and bowels have been a mess for a very long time. This helped within a day of starting. Such a huge difference and so helpful.

I have been using Bio Complete 3 for a little less than a month. The video I watched told me exactly what what would happen and I found that to be the truth. I just turned 75 and with this product, I truly believe that in my case, 75 is the new 50.

The bio complete 3s are easy to take. And I'm noticing a difference in bowel movements they are more regular and I'm not as hungry so I'm eating a lot less. Great product!

Working with this business has been good. I am not sure of all the benefits yet. Looking forward to them

I rarely write these, but I had such amazing results from Bio Complete 3, I had to share. Dr. Gundry caught my attention when he said butyrate. From a stool analysis, I learned I had none and always struggled with regular movements. After taking the supplement for one day, results started! It does suggest taking 4 a day. I don't think I could tolerate that, but I'm of small frame and slender. Some may need 4. I take at breakfast and dinner and have 2 movements a day. I highly recommend. I have also noticed much better digestion.

I was on some very heavy painkillers for a long time for my back. This gave me a lot of constipation constantly. I am off of all the pain medication now so the Bio Complete 3 can have a chance to work. This is my first month taking it, and it is starting to work. For someone with a normal system from the beginning, I believe this would work extremely well. Anyway, I am very pleased!

A case of stress and poor diet caused SERIOUS INTESTINAL DISTRESS.( Between selling our home in South Carolina in less than a month, packing up, driving cross country, new grandbaby, Covid virus worries and relocating to Palm Desert.
