Very easy shopping experience. I have never ordered from your company so impressed with the ease and speed of placing my order.
I use VALERIAN for arrhythmia-needed urgently> HILIFE promised 2 days over AMAZON(3 days)--- instead, ten days. INEXCUSABLE!
The customer service representative that helped me get the delayed order expedited was incredibly helpful and excellent. However the vitamins arrived wrapped in their bubble wrap but the glass bottle completely shattered. The box otherwise appeared in tact so my daughter just picked out the pills from the glass shards so she could continue with her treatment regimen without delay.

I've used hilife vitamins for about 20 years or more. Everything is always just perfect. And the prices are great!
Thank you. We got good shipping and tracking of items. We received our orders. The supplements were not for me but for my family members. They are trying them out now. I can't speak for them at this time.
Hilife has the most reasonable price for this costly product. It got me to give Hilife a try.
I am a long time customer of yours. I am now experiencing out of stock items and multiple order shipments. I also am experiencing having my delivery timing changed and lengthened internally at your end from what the salesman agreed to do and who ever is responsible for actually shipping the mdse. In addition, trying to contact the company has gone from being immediately answered and my being taken care of to waits to be answered and when answered, a drug out voice mail system and delay. I realize you are under new management but I have been a preferred client. If this continue as it is, I am out of here!

Don't think I've heard of HiLife, but they had what I wanted on sale with free shipping... we'll see if it gets here and is not expired!
Update: the capsules came quickly, but the "best by" date is 4 months from now. In comparison, the bottle I am finishing has a best by date that is still 3 years from now. (Bought elsewhere.)

So happy to find a product in liquid form that could benefit me. Taking a liquid is so much easier. I get magnesium, calcium & vitamin D in one tablespoon & this supplement eliminates 3 previous pill forms.

I ordered three vitamins on 2/21/23 and received confirmation of my order. By the 27th, I had not received and asked for the ETD. The only answer was, "order canceled." Also, no answer to phone calls.
I ordered this product on May 3,2022 and did not receive it until May 27,2022. A 24-day delay is absolutely inexcusable
Again, despite customer service attempting to help, the lapse between order date and receipt was 24 days

My experience taken these vitamins has been very well excepted because my life is going great I'm exercising more I am outgoing I don't fall asleep I stay awake I have a good sleep when I'm sleeping and I don't eat as much I stay drinking water and eating healthy and I'm very active on everything I do. I was at a Sandy’s Health Hut hearing where I live and buying some vitamins and I ran across men’s health and your bottle and I asked the lady how much of that of this product that she sells and she said that’s her last bottle and so I read the bottle everything and what it could do for my life and what it enhances and helps you lose weight and stay active and motivates me to stay that way so I bought the bottle and ever since I started taking the pills three a day and it went for one month and I ran out and I enjoyed living that way not eating as much more active I can’t believe at my age that it actually does what it is created to do thank you very much
It's been over a week since I ordered them, but I haven't received them, nor the promised email that they were even sent.
Still haven't received my order. I received an email stating that the delay was because the volume is so high with purchases. If they can't keep up with demand hire More people. Disappointing first Experience with high life

I waited two weeks to receive my order before I emailed HiLife. Come to find out, they were waiting for a new shipment of the product. It would have been nice if they had told me about the delay before I contacted them. They did give me a new timeline for receiving the order and the choice to cancel the order after I contacted them.
