I am a long time customer of yours. I am now experiencing out of stock items and multiple order shipments. I also am experiencing having my delivery timing changed and lengthened internally at your end from what the salesman agreed to do and who ever is responsible for actually shipping the mdse. In addition, trying to contact the company has gone from being immediately answered and my being taken care of to waits to be answered and when answered, a drug out voice mail system and delay. I realize you are under new management but I have been a preferred client. If this continue as it is, I am out of here!

I waited two weeks to receive my order before I emailed HiLife. Come to find out, they were waiting for a new shipment of the product. It would have been nice if they had told me about the delay before I contacted them. They did give me a new timeline for receiving the order and the choice to cancel the order after I contacted them.

I thought I ordered the powder but received capsules. I have been using this product for several years and feel it has helped my immune system which is very important during these difficult times. I'm unable to swallow capsules so not quite sure what I am going to do.
I ordered three vitamins on 2/21/23 and received confirmation of my order. By the 27th, I had not received and asked for the ETD. The only answer was, "order canceled." Also, no answer to phone calls.
The customer service representative that helped me get the delayed order expedited was incredibly helpful and excellent. However the vitamins arrived wrapped in their bubble wrap but the glass bottle completely shattered. The box otherwise appeared in tact so my daughter just picked out the pills from the glass shards so she could continue with her treatment regimen without delay.
Thank you. We got good shipping and tracking of items. We received our orders. The supplements were not for me but for my family members. They are trying them out now. I can't speak for them at this time.
Great. Received black seed oil caplets as requested. I only gave it 3 stars because I haven't used them yet. They don't expire until June of 2022. I am finishing another bottle now. No damage during shipping. Looks ok so far.
Don't think I've heard of HiLife, but they had what I wanted on sale with free shipping... we'll see if it gets here and is not expired!
Update: the capsules came quickly, but the "best by" date is 4 months from now. In comparison, the bottle I am finishing has a best by date that is still 3 years from now. (Bought elsewhere.)
My experience taken these vitamins has been very well excepted because my life is going great I'm exercising more I am outgoing I don't fall asleep I stay awake I have a good sleep when I'm sleeping and I don't eat as much I stay drinking water and eating healthy and I'm very active on everything I do. Thank you very much it has improved my life
I hate poorly packaged products. HiLife always packs my bottles with extreme care. The carton arrives intact and the contents never crushed. Unlike some big chains that under pack and who's bottles get crushed and cracked.
I wish hi-life had mentioned the estimated delivery date. I ordered from them because it seemed quicker than other companies. But it ultimately ended up being longer than other companies' estimated dates.
The supplement I wanted was listed as being available, but a week later, I received an email saying it was not in stock. That is not honest to advertise that something is in stock when it's not, and then to wait a week to tell me
I was told that the vitamin were in stock and being delivered. I called after 2 weeks and was told that the vitamins were out of date and no information was proved Ed for back order. Extremely frustrating!
