GNC is a train wreck of a company! No fulfillment or customer service, and it almost feels like they are purposely cheating you out of what you order and pay for, with no intent to deliver the product or return your payment.
I am extremely disappointed with GNC's customer service. It has been over 10 days since I requested a refund, and I am yet to see any resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, their agents have been unhelpful and showed little to no interest in resolving my issue. Every interaction has been frustrating, with no clear answers or effort to expedite the process.
To add to the disappointment, the products themselves are not up to the mark and fail to meet basic expectations. I expected much better from a brand like GNC, but this experience has left a very sour taste. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I caution others to be wary of their lack of customer care.
DO NOT GNC AND DO NOT BUY ONLINE, GNC will scam you and not ship your item or refund your money. The product "has been delivered per the carrier" so they refuse to give refunds or make the purchase good with replacement. I never received my product and they have not refunded my money or offered to replace the missing product.
I made an online purchase in December 2023. The order never arrived. I looked online and found that the order was damaged during shipping and returned to GNC. I contacted them and asked that it be re-sent. They said they were not re-sending, but reimbursing my credit card account. I still have not been reimbursed. I have contacted them a number of times since. Now they say that I have been reimbursed. However, it does not reflect on my credit card transactions. They are saying that it is my responsibility to prove that I have not been reimbursed. They are actually saying that I need to send them my credit card statements! Unreal! I asked that my case be escalated to a supervisor. They scheduled a call with me at 8:00 this morning. They have not called me. When I try calling them, their BOT attempts to forward me to customer service, but the call drops every time. Do not order online from this company! Horrible service!
Bought the lean shake 25 weight loss drinks. EVERY SINGLE ONE was coagulated and rotten! GNC PRIDUCTS ARE FULL OF FILLERS AND STUFF THAT SHOULD NOT GO IN THE HUMAN BODY! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

I trusted this brand as it is 85 years old but by using clearance sale as a name and selling old and $#*!ty products is worst thing you can do. I am using it and it only have 15-16 days expiry. Do you recommend me using it after the expiry?

I order less than the required amount to get free shipping, but didn't know it. At checkout, GNC offers several options including something like see final bill or PayPal. I selected PayPal assuming the next screen would take me to a final bill review with the PayPal connection established. NOPE! It went right to payment receipt (which is where I first saw the shipping charge) (problem 1). Then I never received a confirmation email from GNC (problem 2). I did receive a notification from Rakuten that I am getting a rebate that that email had the order number. I tried to cancel the order on the GNC website, but it could not be found (problem 3). I wrote to GNC asking them to cancel my order, but never received a response (problem 4) and today the items arrived (problem 5).
Really worst worst experience I had with gnc, after being the valued regular customer of gnc since past 1 year, they gave me such a bad resolution to my issue.
I ordered 2 fish oil
1 Multi vitamin megamen sports 120 tab
1 Women multivitamin 60 tabs
But received only 1 fish oil and
1 women multivitamin 2 other items were missing.
On contacting the customer care they just refused to help and they said they don't trust us that the products were missing. I shared the pics and unboxing video of the product buy they din't accept it and i had to bare the loss. I will never ever buy anything form gnc nor would I suggest anyone. Please be aware and stay away from these fraudsters.

This is the worst experience ever for me purchasing a product online from GNC, i have placed my order almost 2 weeks ago from today, never recieved my order so far, called GNC around 6th ttime yesterday. Your team escalated their investigation and NOW another GNC employee named IVAN had sent me an email asking me to go to the authorities if my delivery has been stolen. Ridiculous.
Why should i have to go through this situation.
I did put my complete address with my phone number, why didnt the delivery person called or gotten any signatue for the delivery?
Did he delivered my order to my address or somewhere elses address?
Will never make any purchase with GNC nor even reccomend it to anyone. Pathetic.
I had to call back and forth so many times for this online order, i wish i had made this purchase with Amazon, it wouldn't have been this difficult.
I have checked with all my neighbors as well still couldn't locate any package.
At this point I literally want my money to be refunded as I no longer want to wait any further as I have wasted too much time and effort with this situation.
I even requested to talk to your supervisor yesterday when i called the lady on the phone have arranged a call back within 2-3 hours and it's been over 24hrs. Since then as well and have not received any call back from your manager.
This shows how irresponsible GNC employees are.

This is the third time this has happened to me. Ordering from GNC with the option of picking up at a GNC store is a waste of your time. The order is processed and you get an email verifying such and that you can pick it up at the store. The email gives name and address of store. I now call the store to verify it is in inventory as never is...again, no inventory. Then store tells you not our problem, call customer service. You call customer service and they say will process refund in 5 days. Terrible inventory and CS at GNC.
On 9/27/23 at 5pm I went to the store on 753 Broadway in NYC w my mom, walked 10 blocks to get there, had a coupon for $10 off which could only be used at that store even though I live far from there. Got there and the door was locked, we were confused cause the store suppose to be open til 8PM. Right when we are about to leave we see a woman. She was starting to seat so I called her. She came and opened the door just a little so her head be out the door and asked me what I need. I told her and she told me that she was on a break and to come back in 20 minutes! I couldn't believe she asked me that! Ridiculous. The worse part is that I can't make a complaint anywhere on the app, so I'm doing it here. People just don't want to work anymore. Why did she even bother asking what I want! The time she spent telling me this she could've sold me the product. I think the policy of having one person in a store is absurd, this is not my first time going to GNC sand having the come later cause there is a note on the door saying to come back! I'm very busy and when I have time to shop I assume the store is open.
The IVR states the website has the the same inventory status as the store. Ordered online for pickup at my closest store as Folic Acid showed in stock. Order was canceled 2 hours later. Called customer service. They told me next closest store had it in stock. Placed order. Never got a confirmation so I called store the next day. They do no have stock. Clearly the interface between their inventory system and the website are out if synch. Terrible customer experience.
Purchased $180 of products from GNC Online on August 23 and they lost my order. Reordered on August 31. Never received the order. All GNC said was sorry and they would not refund my payment or ship the order.
I placed a order online for 80.00 dollars, and an extra 11.00 dollars for same day delivery. They took the money off of my card, and my package didn't come yesterday. I called customer service today, and was told my order wasn't processed and they cancelled my order. Now it will be 7-10 business days before I'm refunded my money. This is a learning experience, because I normally go into the store. Please just go to the store, and don't trust online delivery.
I typed in my correct address, then paid with PayPal and it changed to incorrect address while still on PayPal I clicked "change" next to address and it said I had to do from GNC website, so I clicked "save and continue" and the next thing I know the order placed. And I contacted GNC to cancel it, and then it shipped. Every time I order from GNC there's always stuff like this that happens. So now it's out for delivery and I can't do anything.
Worst company to do online orders with unless you can do in store pick up, which their stores never have the products I want and so I can't choose pick up.
I contacted them right away to cancel my order. There's no cancel order option in my email after placing the order. How is GNC still in business, operating like this. Still haven't heard from anyone useful "oh I'll send this email to so and so, respond to this email with anything else".
Don't bother ordering from them. Last year (when I didn't pay with PayPal, my drinks arrived all smashed and leaking. Before that it had been a couple years since ordering from GNC. Seriously do not order from them. Too short staffed and can't even have a proper online ordering system in 2023!
Currently deployed in Iraq and tried to make an order from GNC because they had buy 2 get one free sale. They preceded to cancel have my order with no explanation why and immediately after the did that I tried to get them to cancel the rest of my order and they refused to. The items I was supposed to get for free were among the canceled items so they didn't even honor their sell. I will never order from GNC again.
They suck. They don't even have more than half of what they show in their inventory, they provide a false sense of stock, and they don't say that the items are not available until AFTER you've ordered. Here's a thought, if you don't have something in stock, SAY THAT!
I purchased a 2lbs whey protein shake from GNC, but they never delivered it. When I asked them for a refund, it has been more than 25 days, and they keep giving me the same response - that I will receive the refund in 5 to 7 days. Honestly it feels like a Scam.
Ordered this morning at 7am. Paid for same day delivery for an extra charge. Was to be delivered by 10pm today. Received GNC email that order was on its way at 10am. Called at 3pm for update on delivery. GNC rep spoke to Shipt (WHO DON'T SHIP!) that order would be delivered between 7pm and 8pm. Recvd voicemail from Shipt at 7pm that order was cancelled. It's now 10pm and order not delivered. Total fraud! I would not have ordered from GNC or paid for same day delivery if I had known that they would not deliver on their PROMISE!
