I hate poorly packaged products. HiLife always packs my bottles with extreme care. The carton arrives intact and the contents never crushed. Unlike some big chains that under pack and who's bottles get crushed and cracked.

The customer service representative that helped me get the delayed order expedited was incredibly helpful and excellent. However the vitamins arrived wrapped in their bubble wrap but the glass bottle completely shattered. The box otherwise appeared in tact so my daughter just picked out the pills from the glass shards so she could continue with her treatment regimen without delay.
I've taken the supplement for less than a week, I would need to take it for a minimum of 3 weeks before I notice a difference.
So glad I found this company. They have to be the best.
