Vestiaire itself is brilliant. No qualms.
Delivery method via Evri is horrendous. Bought expensive Cartier earrings, that didn't arrive on time, when they did they were stripped from box, packaging and chucked back into the outer box like trash! Was so upset on delivery, but thoroughly going through the parcel we found earrings in crevices of outer box, could do easily have been lost.
Not keen on Vestiaire if they use Evri.
The shoes I received were exactly as described, and the customer service and contact with the store was Great!
