Excellent service and communication. I ordered two necklaces. One was great quality and received quickly. The other was not available because seller didn't respond or something like that but I received great communication letting me know.

The majority of offers I receive are not completed by buyers. I believe your process could benefit from some changes. For instance, once an offer is made, the funds could be placed on hold until the seller accepts the offer (within 12 hours). After acceptance, the buyer would be fully committed to their offer. If the buyer declines, the funds would then be released.

I decided to sell some of my designer items since I'm moving and I needed to get rid of things and it has been a complete headache to try and get my payments. I was told that if I signed up with Venmo that I would get my payments within 30 minutes of it being issued and it's been over a week and I still have not gotten paid for anything that I've sold. I've sold three items and I have not gotten paid for any of them so now I've gotten rid of three designer items for zero dollars. I'm questioning if this is a scam at this point. I've chatted with two customer service representatives. They have been absolutely no help and they've just told me to be patient and keep waiting. I'm questioning this company as a whole at this point I had other things that I wanted to sell and now I'm hesitant to list them because I wonder if I'll even get paid for them.

I've been sharing my Easy-Does-It experience on Vestiaire with two friends who thought online selling in general is too confusing and difficult to try. Vestiare, I explained, walks you clearly, easily, through each, simple step: points to cover in your listing, information that attracts shoppers, snapshots that sell, data-based price recommendations, shipping options and the all-important payment handling! In other words: Vestiaire does all the heavy lifting--yet you're in full control! My item sold fast; payment arrived promptly.
My experience on Vestiaire was so satisfying, I'm looking around for more to list!

I ordered this clutch as a gift for my sister's birthday (she picked it out). The shipping process was pretty fast - 4 days after I purchased it, I received a message that the item passed inspection and was being shipped, and then it arrive in Philadelphia another 5 days later. The bag is beautiful on the outside and looks authentic. However, I don't think the seller was clear about the damage to the inside of the bag in the description, and this also wasn't noted in the inspection process (however, I am unable to check the listing now, which is also a problem - buyers should be able to see the description/listing of the item they purchased). My sister is happy with the bag, so it's fine, but just wanted to note this and take one star off of the order for these problems. I also think the shipping and inspection fee is pretty high, which is why I've never purchased anything for myself from Vestiaire Collective.

My first time ordering off of this site was a pair of Coogee pants which the seller said that they were only wore once or twice, but I had the pants authenticated before they were sent to me which I had already paid for when I seen the pictures from the author, and I thought that I would still have to buy them, but I love the fact that they gave me the option after seeing the pictures close up and the problems that they had shown to me Through authentication I was able to decline and they refunded me my full purchase price. I really like the fact of knowing that you're going to get what you paid for or they will not force you to buy.

The process is too long

The process is too long. If byer sent an offer and seller has accepted the offer the payment should be processed right away and not wait for 24h. The full breakdown of the final payment should be available to the byer hen the offer send

I wish buyers' offers were binding because, most of the time, they don't follow through after you accept, which ends up being a waste of time. Otherwise, the platform is pretty good. This time was good though.

Vestiaire is by far the best platform I've found/used for selling my higher-end clothing and shoes. Listing items is a breeze. Selling/communicating is hassle-free. Shipping made simple - print label and ship. The amount I keep from each sale is the largest I've seen anywhere. This site attracts buyers that know the value of quality items and will pay appropriately. I can't imagine ever using another platform!
