I purchased two shirts and needed to return them due to wrong size. I returned them on 4/9 and it is now 4/24. No refund yet. Wonder if I will ever get my money back. When I contact them they say they are working on it.
Expensive necklaces arrived and were nothing like the photo... which had to be a 300% enlargement. They were fragile, extremely cheap looking, like something I would expect at a Dollar Store. I paid to ship the return as Sundance's charges were high, and when I checked, was told they were behind two weeks PLUS in processing returns. Two weeks plus! I would not recommend shopping this catalog. They have some nice items but go to a store and view them in person before purchasing. Otherwise they will have your money tied up for a month!
I ordered a 250 dollar jacket and paid 19.95 for
Shipping. It arrived stuffed in a small plastic bag and was very wrinkled Customer service

My first purchase on this website and it's a disappointment! Item returned and delivered back to them and it's been 11 days from that delivery date, today, I have not yet received my refund. They sure like to hold on to your money as long as they can. Well, the first and last purchase with Sundance Catalog! They are supposed to be high end, but that's not how they represented themselves! That's not how you do business online, Sundance!
I had severe issues with trying get items I ordered. I messaged sundance and received no reply. After speaking with UPS, USPS they were unable to locate my package, the tracking was not updated for 7 days! I finally called sundace customer service, I was told they could not locate it. This was a gift I ordered 2 weeks ahead of time, big inconvenience that I now have to wait 4 days to file a claim, get reimbursed and find a new gift on short notice. Customer service agent was rude and offered no solution other than wait and file claim after 14 days! Be careful ordering and make sure you won't need your items in a timely manner and don't be surprised if they don't come.
For 2 years in a row Sundance has failed to deliver a gift. There is no communication from them when an item sells out. I wouldn't even know gift never sent except I call to find out. How do you conduct business this way?
Love your catalog, although most things out of my price range. The concern I have is the lack of diversity. I am a natural blond and fair skinned. I would appreciate some real blond models, to get a better idea of how the color palette would work for me. Thank you for your consideration.

The Sundance Spa i have is a model sentry 750 / 850 Model Capri. Broke down many times over time.
Sundance is interested in selling SPAS but not interested in supporting it's customers.
We do not recommend their product because there is no direct technical support and a company that puts profits over the needs and support of customers is not acceptable.
Will never go back to their products, and will buy products made locally in my country so i support the economy locally.
I gave it one star but they should get none.
I have been waiting one month for a credit to my card on an item I returned. Their clothes are nice but way overpriced, and to return something is a real hassle waiting for your money takes an eternity.
I've been ordering Sundance jewelry for years. The past couple of years, I've been extremely disappointed in the quality of the items, which ain't cheap. They are quite proud of their stuff. I had natural stone break & drop out of a ring I'd had for awhile - called & they said they didn't carry it any longer (had no idea what I was even talking about). They wouldn't repair or replace. Then last year Christmas my husband actually picked out a necklace for me - which he NEVER does - & the second time I wore it, the necklace broke while we were having dinner with friends & I had to go searching for the pendant. I was a bit taken aback when I opened the gift - I swear this looked like a cheap necklace from a cheap mall jewelry store that young girls shop at. I returned it. I won't order anything ever again. And after reading reviews from others, it makes me wonder if they are operating the ultimate "bait n switch" scam …..
If I could give them a negative score, I would. Shipped $300 dress wrinkled in a plastic bag. Three and half weeks, before I get a refund - WTH. They have the dress, so why don't I have my money. Admit to 100s of returns…says a lot about the quality of their products and return process.
Terrible shipping and return guidelines. And beware if you order furniture. They charge an arm and a leg for shipping, and God help you if you have to return it.
They tell you 2 weeks to ship on large items, and 2-4 weeks or more once it ships. They say it does not ship from China but I have received packages from China much quicker. Seems it goes to a bulk carrier who may or may not give it to someone else and you may or may not have to meet them somewhere to pick it up. Basically, I have been told several things.
Returns: Good luck. They say it takes 30 days for a return to be credited to your CC. Insane.
They are not helpful with anything once they get your money.
I bought several items recently from Sundance. I paid for the items and a shipping fee. I then received an additional charge from a company called Borderfree.for ( I assumed) duty and taxes.I paid this charge. When the items were to be delivered today I received a notice of additional fees owing.Not sure what this is for. Sundance will not help with returns or refund any shipping or additional charges. So be very wary of ordering from this company.
Sundance catalog used to be a reputable company where quality and customer service mattered. This no longer seems to be the case. Please be aware that they have some of the most expensive shipping rates in the business, but will ship your order UPS Mail Innovations (that's a review for another time), which is the slowest service I know of. When your package doesn't arrive, is lost, or not delivered, they take ZERO responsibility and will blame you, USPS, UPS, etc. I used to be a faithful customer, but this order was my last. You will be forced to contact VISA or the BBB to have your purchase covered and refunded. DO NOT rely on any of their customer service (and I use that term VERY loosely) to help or even care. They will do whatever they can to quickly dispose of the call and get you off the phone as soon as possible. Please take my advice and purchase from a more reputable company who cares about their customers.
Its 11:01PM in Idaho and I am finally checking out (I accidentally stumbled on the 40% off day and spent a few hours excitedly shopping late into the night) and was ready to buy! It was a long day and as I reviewed my loaded cart (and kept getting the "this is sold out, remove from cart"; I was persistent) it finally went to the confirm screen- and all the costs went up 40%. It was 12:01 MST. I contacted the customer service - and was told too bad, should have read the fine print (I am pacific time)…
I ordered the Fair Spirit shirt, size small. The sleeves and the bodice are about eight inches too long, and it is tight in the bust. My bust is about 34", so I was really confused how the shirt made it through any quality control at all. I am sending it back, hoping I will be able to get a refund. I am really unhappy that they charge me for return shipping when the problem is entirely their fault. I won't be shopping there ever again.

No I don't work for the company, no I'm not an owner or anything of that sort…. I am a customer who ordered some Sorel boots for my mother for Xmas. Just like any holiday which I'm shocked to see most of these complaints….
ORDER AHEAD OF TIME. ESPECIALLY during a pandemic! Everything is back ordered or backed up, what makes you think shipping will be what it "used to be". Every complaint I've seen on here has been around Xmas time. The new normal is planning ahead of time and expecting delays due to not enough employees at this stores location and drivers to get you your package. I ordered this item in November with the hopes it'd make it by Xmas. And of course I planned correctly. I just received the item and it's everything the website explained it as. That's another thing, if you're not an internet shopper and need to see exactly what you're ordering, internet shopping is not for you. Give this company a break.

Check the catalog photo and my actual photo-see for yourself why I would never recommend Sundance clothing. The sweater was heavy and felt like a cardboard tube! How did they get it to look like that in the photo? I returned it to the store after reading so many negative return reviews.
I ordered a few way overpriced items from Sundance. Spent over $600. After waiting 2 weeks, they came wadded up in a little mailing envelope. Shoddy quality. Terrible material. One dress looked like I got it from really bad resale shop. Will never order from there again! Had to pay for shipping and have to pay to return. Ridiculous! Stay away!
You'll never know what a terrible company this is to deal with unless you really dig because they reject any unflattering reviews of their products or customers service.
My experience has been nothing but awful. Selling products they don't have in stock. Ignoring contact emails. Poor quality product. Misleading product information published on their site. You have to pay for shipping on both ends, to get the items and return them. Good luck getting your refund. I'm still waiting on that. I have only had 1 other negative experience ordering products online that could compare to my experiences with Sundance and that was a fly by night company that may have never even really existed in the 1st place. Avoid Sundance unless you just have money to burn or like to gamble.
Answer: No. Sold it to a lawless private equity firm. Took the money and ran laughing all the way to the bank. Screw the customer until there are none, then just rebrand and keep screwing the customer. But when it comes down to it, its up to consumers to do their homework on all e-commerce as there are few laws, protections, and really no regulatory oversight/enforcement for this kind of criminal fraud which is rampant in the US now. Other countries have enviable common sense laws governing e-commerce on their books because their citizens wont tolerate the sort of abuses and fraud perpetrated by companies like Sundance, et al.
Answer: Shipping costs are extremely high, shipping is very slow and quality is not consistent.

Answer: No you don't! Overpriced and poor quality. I Purchased a necklace on sale and it was so tiny I returned it. This company is no longer affiliated with Robert Redford!
