I ordered a jumper from here and after reading other reviews was dubious but it was really cheap so I thought I would try. I am happy with my order. Delivery was normal and received within 2 weeks to Australia. Quality wasn't excellent but was not that bad either for the price I paid and compared to quality of stores in Australia like KMart I would say was the same. Will definitely order more and see how I go.
Everything was as they said it would be from the pants to the shirts. Quick delivery from overseas direct to my door.

I ordered a dress at the end of January and I just now received it. Being that it needed to be shipped in from China to the US, I expected it to take a little while. It was starting to make me nervous that it had taken so long, but luckily it showed up. The quality was to be expected and the sizing I lucked out on, so I am happy with it.
The biggest issue I have occurred when I initially purchased the dress. I used PayPal for it, and when it showed who I was sending the money to it said "Hassan." This raised a ton of red flags and made me terrified that this was a scam and that I may also receive possible hacks and other awful things to my account and computer. I lucked out and I received my dress in good condition, but I was expecting not to receive anything at all.
To the customer? Sure, order from them. Don't expect to get it tomorrow and don't purchase something you can't live without. There is a lot of cute items on the site, but needing to have them shipped from China makes it a gamble on the arrival and quality of the product.
To Twinkledeals? Please work on efficiency and the small things that could make your customers nervous. Maybe change your PayPal to seem more like an official business rather than the current "Hassan". If you are truly PayPal Verified, act like it. Maybe try and work with your presentation so people feel more secure using your service so that you don't lose customers and get negative feedback.

I originally posted a review criticizing TwinkleDeals for my not receiving my order. After feedback from them, it turned out that I had too-hastily jumped to conclusions and that it was the failure of my local post office to notify me of receipt. Despite this, TwinkleDeals processed a refund on my order, which I have now asked that they pend, alternative to accepting payment again. In summary, order was processed and shipped timeously. My apologies for doubting TwinkleDeals originally. I think that the bad reviews on this site (unduly) influenced me somewhat...

I ordered a dress 2/19/17 and have not recieved it yet. No response to my complaint and cannot find a phone number. I paid insurance and for a tracking number and still have not recieved a tracking number. Date is now 3/2/17. I needed dress for my anniversary now im not sure it will arrive on time. Very frustrated.

Ordered pants for Christmas. At Christmas time received an email that it would be several more weeks. Now that Feb has passed I contacted them. They said because I didn't buy the insurance, the only thing they could do would be for me to pay half again! No thank you! Smells like a scam. Learned my lesson. My worst shopping on line experience!

I ordered a sweater received the sweater it is too small so I have tried to contact them to return it sent to many emails and no one has responded to me. I found another site didn't want you to contact them and then they tell me that my data would not allow my message to go through It is too bad that they're such a diss honest business I do have cute stuff but pass it onto your friends not to go through them

Order some items, they were such poor quality i wanted to return them. But i have to pay for the return myself- no form to add to the parcel nor a full address!

I placed an order the end of January - I still have not received my items... does it normally take this long to receive an order? Other places I order from, I have the package that same week. I placed this order for an event I was attending - however, I think this length of time is unacceptable... I received an email stating 3 of the 4 items I purchased were shipped 02/05?

Yes I ordered more than three weeks ago and have tried seeing when order will arrive I have sent enquirers to support desk still not had a reply I am now posting on Facebook and twitter advising people not to buy from twinkledeals as obviously a scam company
Only after writing this review did I get a reply to tell me item was out of stock well in that case they shouldn't have taken my money or at least informed me that it would take x amount of time for it to be shipped I wanted it for a special occasion now I'm still waiting for money to be refunded I will certainly advising people not to buy from them

I ordered a dress in January, its the middle of February now and the order status is still " processing". They havent even shipped it! I have sent multiple messages and a request to cancel the order and give me back my money, but there is no reply.
Update: They have contacted me and kindly gave me a refund and compensation. Will try ordering one more time.

Ordered and paid for an item in December for a February birthday. Said the items would arrive in 10-25 days. 6 weeks later & no items even though the tracking number says it shipped & is in the USA somewhere? Tried emailing, all of which return "undeliverable," tried online 24/7 chat, but it says "try again during online available hours?" (hmmm... are there more than 24 hours in a day somewhere?!). I REALLY don't want a refund but wanted the item for a little girl's birthday... SO DISAPPOINTED in TwinkleDeals!

I ordered and paid for a mermaid tail blanket 11/27/16, and as of 2/10/17, it still has not arrived. Twinkledeals is irresponsible and blamed the loss on the shipping company (a company THEY chose to do business with). Seems this has happened many times before from reading the other reviews here. I shop at Twinkledeals quite regularly - their range is fantastic, excellent value, the site easy to navigate, and shipping so quick and cheap (even free, if you're not in a rush.) Highly recommended!
I know that I should of checked independent reviews first before ordering but the dress would be perfect for my daughters wedding so I went along and ordered it.
After numerous emails asking where the dress was they asked me to wait until 02/02/2017 then if it still has not arrived get back in touch.
Well the date went with no sign of the dress but on my order status it says that my order has been received! Now that is a blatant lie, so any advice on the matter would be appreciated.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
