NEVER AGAIN TWINKLE DEALS -
My brother bought a coat from here - they sent a "large" but when measuring the jacket it wasn't even a small.
They are now refusing to cover us the postage to send back for a refund when it is clearly their error.
Absolute nightmare to deal with.
Never ever again.
Never buy on this website. The prices are quite cheap, but they don't tell you that when you receive them you have to pay almost 50% taxes on top (at least in Austria, that is where I live). My order was 120EUR (+14EUR shipping costs), and paid 48EUR taxes when the package arrived to my place. It doesn't make sense!
On top of that, there were 4 items missing that I am still waiting to be refund or shipped again.
I would never recommend this website to buy anything!

They have free shipping worldwide and good quality clothes. That's all I'm looking for in an online shopping store. Their customer service group is also great. Respond within time manner and solves the problem. Feel comfortable to trust them cuz they are real. ;)
I placed Order # T************** on 03/04/2017 and received only half of of my order. It is now 4/3 and I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for them to ship the other half. I'm kinda mad at myself because I usually look up reviews before purchasing but I didn't this time. If I would have know that this was a Chinese company, there is no way in Hades I would have ordered from them.
When I wrote to them inquiring about my order I got a very vague reply back telling me that the items are still waiting to be shipped. No DUH! I already know that. How about some feedback, like WHY? Or explain the delay. That's called good customer service! At this point, it's not about the money, although I want it back if they cannot deliver,... it's the principal!

I have shopped with Twinkledeals for 5 years or more. I have not once had a bad experience. This is a company that is principled and ethical. The customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours, their team is dedicated to give you great service, I have found them to be polite, efficient and personable. I have bought many beautiful dresses in unique tailored and classic styles, kimonos filled with colour and flair, their designers seem to know how to use fabrics and styles that flatter. They will always let you know if an item is out of stock, letting you know when it is expected to be back in stock and then itemise a list of options to choose from including a full refund. Recently I placed an order that I began to realise was my own screw up, I had placed a double order (glitch with my ipad) they worked as a team and as the order had not been shipped, they adjusted the order and true to their word refunded my PayPal account.

Good quality, although shipping is a little slow.
Most of my items came in a great time. Two items took a very long time to get here. I am a little disappointed because the items are for a present of my mom. Except for it, I still love this site and have been hooked since I looked at it. Surprisingly great quality on anything I have bought.
So I want to recommend this site.
Ordeded goods in February and only just received some of the goods. No response from them apart from the usual fob off. I want to return some of the clothes but they won't tell me how to do it. What a scam.

I ordered products on 23 February but not arrived. Over 1 month later tried to contact the company - can not raise complaint as website keeps returning me to log-on page but won't accept my email and password (even though I changed p/w on I forgot p/w). I think this website should be avoided at all costs. Don't expect to be able to contact them if you have a problem (or want help regarding goods or refund)

Sizes are not as described on swimsuits BUT... twinkledeals has wonderful customer service and will work with you. While i will pry not buy swimsuits again, i will shop with them again. They valued my business. I got a refund.

I have been shopping with Twinkledeals for the last 3 months and have found the items to match what I have brought online. I was refunded for items that became unavailable and was confused they are still on the website for shopping but overall good experience and will probably shop with them again. Definitely cool stuff.
I've found this online shop two months ago and after first order was very impressed. The expectation of the order was about three weeks. The dress matched the description and fit me perfectly. Recommend!
I want to share my experience with Twinkledeals. The first time I ordered a product from their website, I was so pleased - it took about 20 days for the dress to be delivered and when I got it, it was so nicely made and it fit the size from the description. The second time I ordered a dress, it was no longer available, so I opened a dispute and Twinkledeals Support were so helpful, they answered everytime I wrote a message. They offered me solutions to choose whether to order another dress or to hace a refund. I asked for a refund and it was all paid in about 2 days. Thanks to Twinkledeals for their thoughtful service.

I ordered a dress that I saw on Facebook in January and it is now March 13, yet I still have not received an email saying it has shipped. I reached out to twinkledeals in February and they said it will ship by March 5... and I still don't have it! You have to email their customer service instead of calling and talking to someone. After waiting for quite some time for my package to arrive, I contacted TwinkleDeals. The package must have gotten lost in the mail. They sent out another one with very little fuss. I am quite happy with the service.
Twinkledeals is pure joy. When I opened up the website for the first time, I instantly knew it would have become my favorite ever. Each product is studied in detail and the materials are of high quality. They're also kind and they answer fast, if you need help they'll help you as much as they can.
I enjoy shopping at Twinkledeals. I've done a lot of comparing of clothing and prices between Twinkledeals and other similar websites. I have found that Twinkledeals offers a larger variety than many of the similar shopping sites. I often find dresses or shoes here that are unique. The clothes are true to size and of good quality. At the same time, many of the other sites are much more expensive for the same items. I enjoy checking in to see what's new for each season and finding new deals!
I ordered a dress with some trepidation, having had a bad experience with an order from China before. The dress had been reduced to £20 with no P&P so I decided it was worth the risk and that if it was no good I would simply put it down to experience and not order again. It was quite a long wait, just over a month, which is fair enough, and when it arrived I was thrilled! The dress is exactly as described, fits perfectly and is a good quality cloth. It's not designer finish but is extremely good for what I paid, and even if i had paid the original, non-sale price (more than twicw as much) i would still consider that I had a bargain. I will definitely buy from this company again.
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
