Well... after my bellow review I was contacted by the twinkledeals support and we were able to solve all situation in a very positive way.
I received the first parcel with the first two items sent and I had some complains about them and the support was kind enough to aknowledge them and refund me of their value.
Meantime, with support service help I was able to chose the remaining two items finally, and now I received them and these ones are very nice, these ones I really like, they are two coats and are very nice indeed.
So, I have changed a bit my opinion, I keep thinking that there some things to improve, but all in all, after first impressions the first experience was positive... after support service help.
I will divide my review in two parts.
1) misleading publicity - I bought 4 items from the site, I paid them, two were shipped, didn't arrived yet, and the other two no and no one from the site said nothing, I had to write by myself asking for the missing two items and I got the answer that one they didn't sell anymore and the other was sold out... bu they still are available on the site now, so that's misleading publicity.
In this following I've chosen two different items, but for my astonishment, received an answer today saying that also those two they don't sell anymore.
The funniest is that they sent me a link and told me to chose from there, when I entered... it's the exact same link with the exact same products, with no info of which are sold out or not sold anymore, so, how can I chose?
Again, to accept payment of something that you don't sell anymore is misleading publicity and can even be considered worst than that...
So, without knowing if they are available or not, I've selected again two different items, lets see what is the excuse now...
2) bad service - in addittion to the above, advertising and receiving payments of products that they don't sell anymore, the customer service takes too long, only answer one time per day, doesn't give us proper solutions, they tell us to chose different items but then also them are not possible, they don't give proper info of the items that were in fact shipped out, I got a tracking number that tells me the same thing from day one and when I wrote to the service to ask, had no real info until now, so, for me until now, it is a bad service... I can't understand how they accept a payment, don't have the products advertised, for more than one time, and even so they take so long to answer and to solve the situation, indeed a bad service.
*********************367 Is my tracking number. Ordered 7/12/2016 I got a tracking number 7/19/2016. Now info is gone when I track it. You have already taken payment from my paypal account SO I need to know what is going on. Where are the 3 items I ordered? Also when I hit the order number it opens a page that says oopsEVERYTIME.
