I used paypal and have escalated to a claim because the thread of stalling emails on their site was simply a stalling technique. Everything has been returned and with claim opened, they want to know why and also thanked me for my purchase.

When i returned to their site to explain for the UMPTEENTH time what the problem was and is, all previous emails were wiped.

I expect another two weeks will go by before they send me an email asking why the claim and "thank you for your purchase" still with no refund. Thus far, i am out $150 for clothing i wouldn't dress my Barbie Doll in.

Tip for consumers:
this is my response to their same stalling request for stuff they should have on file:

you have all that. if you can't find it, you're more poorly disorganized than i thought. i've sent it twice.

"what do you propose to work out your mess? i suggest you do it expeditiously and publicly. many are watching."

i do not have a phone number for the "company."

if i could rate negative stars, there would be many.
