I used paypal and have escalated to a claim because the thread of stalling emails on their site was simply a stalling technique. Everything has been returned and with claim opened, they want to know why and also thanked me for my purchase.
When i returned to their site to explain for the UMPTEENTH time what the problem was and is, all previous emails were wiped.
I expect another two weeks will go by before they send me an email asking why the claim and "thank you for your purchase" still with no refund. Thus far, i am out $150 for clothing i wouldn't dress my Barbie Doll in.
