I ordered some christmas cookie cutters over a month ago and still haven't received them. Keep trying to contact there customer support but I get no where. They send me a link for tracking information which is invalid. They say they offer a 30 day guarantee but if you don't even get your order by then what good is it. I'll be contacting my credit card next to dispute the charge.
I've bought various items from this website, some of which include clothes, shower curtains, and beach towels. Any questions or concerns I had on wait times, ect. Were answered and dealt with well. They have great coupons and deals. All items I purchased came exactly as described. Wait times can vary from a week to almost 2 months, and items can be hard to track because they are shipped internationally. But no issues overall.
I am really happy with shopping in this store. My order arrived fairly quickly (shipping to Poland). Clothes are good quality and a good size.In the store are a huge selection of different things - clothes, accessories, jewelry! I recommend - I will definitely buy something more. The minus is that the order can be separated into 2 or 3 packages. Overall, it is not a big problem!
After ordering a bikini online, and paying for expedited shipping, its been 3 days and they still haven't shipped it out. When I contacted them asking for a refund due to payment for expedited shipping, they didn't respond. I also received the same message about 5 to 10 day delivery. According to Fedex, only the label has been created. Worst company ever.

Because of a problem with the shipping, my order goes back to Twinkledeals. Twinkledeals comfirms this but they did not want to give me my money back. Twinkledeals suggested the half of the purchase price minus shipping costs (to Germany), to provide as a »refund« to a shop credit in there own store. No joke. All this after tons of e-mails to the support. Newer ever Twinkledeals.

DO NOT SHOP THERE! The clothes were not even close to what they looked like in the pics. The clothes are unfinished, poor quality, asian-sized (medium = small/extra small), plus you have to deal with customs duty because the clothes are probably made in some sweatshop in China. All the clothes i ordered (and were delivered 3 months after purchase) went straight to the trashcan. Dont waste your time & money on this cheat company!

I have bought 2 dresses and 2 blouses from Twinkledeals and I am very satisfied. Whenever I wear them at my office, my colleagues are impressed with the way they look so they ask me from where I have bought them.
I ordered a big order from Twinkledeals before Xmas (dresses, lingerie, hair accessories, bags etc) Shipping from China to Sweden was within the ordinary time range as stated. I was worried about the order getting caught in customs, but that didn't happen, probably because they sent it in several packages, which was great!
Was very pleased with the products that were as pictured. The sizing is small by Western standards as most clothing from China, but fitted well. I have gotten compliments on a few things and people were surprised by how cheap they were when I told them were I got it!
We have ordered from TwinkleDeals a number of times in the last few months and I must say, everything went smoothly. We received the goods within 16 days, the clothes were all high quality material and as I require plus-size I found the material to be comfortable and elastic. The colors are vivid and lovely and we didn't find any false description of the products. Very Happy with them.
I have now made two swimsuit purchases from Twinkledeals. I have only actually received one of them so far, but I love it! I ordered my first order April 18 and it didn't take as long as I thought to get to my house. I ordered a cute pineapple bathing suit and the quality is great and fits pretty good! My only complaint is the bottoms are a little smaller than I would have imagined but they still fit and I still wear them. I have also had great experience with their customer service. If I have any concern, they respond to my ticket within 24 hours. I would highly recommend purchasing swimsuits here!
Ordered a bathing suit online and received within promised shipping time. The top is a bit too large, but that's typical for my measurements. Their clothes do run VERY small so be sure to order a few sizes up.
Worst experience ever. Ordered purse 1-11-16... still waiting for delivery. Can't use their chat and the have no 1-800 number either! No correspondence on what had taken so long with my item. No happy at all. Beware spend your money else where

I received my 3 dresses today. They would only fit a size 10 despite me ordering an XL. Also one if the dresses so badly put together that the side was all hanging out. Wont be buying from them again.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
