Don't order anything there. Great risk you'll feel screwed afterwards. Customer service is just repeating themselves, apparently not having any idea of what they sent to you to begin with. It was cheap. But turned out expensive.
I ordered three bathing suites & a dress from this web site 03/25/16
Today is 4/12/16 and i have still not received my packages.
And yes i said package(s) because for some reason they could not ship my three small bathing suites and one dress in one package. I have contacted their help support four or five times and each time i get the same automated computer response, that does not help me one bit. At one point their "Help Support" even tried to say my Order number was incorrect, unfortunately for them i have photo copies of everything. I am getting a refund since i paid threw Paypal and i will also be reporting them for scam activity and theft with the Better Business Bureau.
If anyone else wants to stick it to these a**holes please report them. Don't just complain.

I´ve received my order faster than expected, although they usually takes 20 days to arrive, and I´m really happy with my dress. It looks exactly as the picture and it´s light and quite well made, specially considering the price. I recommend this one a lot!
I placed an order in early June. 2 days later received email my order was shipped. Today being July 17 there is no sign of it. As with other customers my order number to does not exist. Give me Victoria secrets any day. Might cost a bit more at least I know I will receive my order (correct size & color) in time fame they estimate.

Having read a few bad reviews after ordering my dress on 2 May, I was naturally a bit worried. However, delighted to report that it arrived today, well within the 2-3 weeks quoted. It is really lovely. Beautiful fabric, well designed, well made, well finished and all I had to do was press it and put it on a hanger. Best of all, it was a perfect fit! So, I will definitely be visiting their website again! All I would say is, make sure you read the individual sizing chart for each garment, as their sizes are smaller than UK. I'm a 16 and their XL in this style fitted fine.
Ok, yes the quality is not great, but when its that cheap I dont feel bad about donating after a few wears. I ordered 4 tops, took about 2 weeks to arrive. Not EXACTLY like the photos but very close. I typically wear a Medium but ordered large since i read some reviews about things being small. Everything actually fit pretty well and only one was kind of small but still doable. I am going to order XL on my next order. Overall not as bad as i thought from the horrible reviews they got
Ordered a dress from TwinkleDeals. Took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive, was very poor quality and did not look like picture on line. Did not fit either. To return I would have to pay shipping, so not worth it, as shipping will probably cost more than dress. I just found this site. I was always told something that looks to good probably is not.
I am so glad that I took the chance with this business. The prices were so reasonable, and the shipping cost? There was none with my first purchase and you can earn credits to go toward your purchases. It takes a little time to get your items, but it is worth the wait, plus I got my order faster than some other sites I know.
Customer service was perfect, no problems just sent a message to see how fast they responded. Within an hour.
My purchase is perfect. But my sister bought a purse after I told her about the site and had it a week and the hardware is falling off, she already tossed it. Makes rethink site.
Ordered a bathing suit online and received within promised shipping time. The top is a bit too large, but that's typical for my measurements. Their clothes do run VERY small so be sure to order a few sizes up.
Lately, I've ordered several times form the Twinkledeals site. For now I got one of my orders and I'm very pleased with the items. Just take care and order one bigger size than your usual, since these are small sizes.
The products are horrible, looks straight out of a sweat shop, sizes are off big time, not as shown in picture, stinks and anything else bad you can imagine. This place has no phone number, there so called "live chat" does not exist, emailing is a joke. Got PayPal involved of which was of Little help, but at least got a 1/3 of my money back. Wow. This took 3 weeks to get settled, now wondering how long and if I will see my 1/3 of the money? Not counting on it. BEWARE of this company or rather this so-called-company. Learned my lesson.

Ordered pants for Christmas. At Christmas time received an email that it would be several more weeks. Now that Feb has passed I contacted them. They said because I didn't buy the insurance, the only thing they could do would be for me to pay half again! No thank you! Smells like a scam. Learned my lesson. My worst shopping on line experience!

I've read a bunch of reviews on this site and others, and was skeptical as I ordered from another Chinese site before and the quality turned out to be crap. I didn't have much hope for twinkle deals, but decided to put a small $$ order and try them out. I ordered on Jan 16/17 and it arrived to Canada Jan 31/17, that's 2 weeks. WOW.
I ordered one cheap dress and 2 bathing suits. I followed their sizing chart and I wear a small (US), but had to order a L for myself, which is fine. But everything fit! Yay! The quality stitching of the dress is good, I can't complain or mention anything. The material is a little thin though, you'd have to wear a chemise under it. But the bathing suits are actually really well sewn and good material. Another Yay! The only thing the color was a little different than on the picture for one bathing suit.
Overall, I'm happy with the quality and maybe I was the lucky one, but I will try this company again in the near future.
I ordered mermaid tail blanket beginning of Nov 2016 for my daughter's birthday, never came, not for Christmas, and now probably not for Valentine's either. They took my money, said my email was not registered with them ( although I get advertisements every week) so could not make a complaint. Tried through facebook and a response was sent that it would be here for the first week in January and still no package. Very disappointed at how deceitful this company is.

I would have given no stars but you are unable to on this review. My money for my order was taken out of my account straight away and I never received the pink furry boots that I ordered. This was over 6 months ago. I have tried to contact the customer service team and have had no joy with the refund either.
This is simply not good enough and clearly seems like a scam site. Facebook need to remove them from their advertisers as they are not at all reputable.
I was not given a reference number, nor did I receive any emails about this purchase or the progress of the post for me to track. Feel truly silly for purchasing anything from them.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
