- Items took about 2/3 months to get here
- missing 3 swimsuits! The only reason I brought from them
- The other three items were of such poor quality there's no point in even wearing them. One started to break down on the stitching as I tried it on - nothing like photos on the site
- I complain & ask for refund of missing items - they won't abs send them out, 2 months later, still nothing, no refund either - if I could say anything, if say they are a scam company, just don't do it to yourself
I ordered two dresses i only received one which was total garbage the quality of this clothing is no more than a cheap piece of fabric that tears apart the second you touch its not even worth wasting your money on but you get what you pay for no one wants to get ripped off but thats exactly what will happen if you order from this company.

I know that I should of checked independent reviews first before ordering but the dress would be perfect for my daughters wedding so I went along and ordered it.
After numerous emails asking where the dress was they asked me to wait until 02/02/2017 then if it still has not arrived get back in touch.
Well the date went with no sign of the dress but on my order status it says that my order has been received! Now that is a blatant lie, so any advice on the matter would be appreciated.

Twinkledeals wasnt my favorite site at first, but now i enjoy it. Had some sizing issues, but figured that out. Got some really cute stuff from their site. Was i happy with every item? No. But for the most part, i cant complain. They few issues i did have were taken care of promptly.
I have made two big orders from TwinkleDeals in which all went well and everything was as expected.
The togs were a little off fitting but no problem as it did follow the sizing reviews which were very precise.
Clothes have been fantastic and have had heaps of comments and the beauty accessories are amazing!
Twinkle Deals have provided me with heaps of success in comparison to others, and I received the orders as expected.
The shipping also met the requirements and although may have came in two different packages at different times all was very successful.
Overall really exceptional and will definitely continue to do heaps more orders!
Ordered a few bikinis on the website, took about a month to arrive so I started to get worried but they finally arrived today and am delighted with them! All amazing and the customer service is fantastic aswell
I have got better quality dish cloths! Avoid ordering anything from this site. Nobody responds to emails and you don't get your full order. If part orders are sent out you would think you would be notified. The only time it would appear the order status gets updated is when you ask where your order is and why the order status remains at 'processing!' They items look like they have just been cut out in the cheapest material and thrown together. Can't say I would ever recommend!
I ordered 4 dresses as a present for my nieces. We looked at the pictures and they look great. When we receive them, after paying an additional 20 pounds for delivery ( we didn t have any choices for types of deliveries!) and Tax and duty ( which was never mentioned!), I was very disappointed with the quality of material/textile used and the finishing work, It is horrendous. They looked like horrible 1950's dresses. It is the last time that I buy anything from China! It is all rubbish!

We got a message that we will get a refund. We had to guess that the dress isn't available anymore. They said the refund was transferred but it is now 4 weeks later, and numerous messages with a reply that says nothing came back. They didn't respond on specific questions about time and to which bank account payment was sent.
They even referred to my bank tp check there if it was booked somewhere else.
This never happens with Aliexpress

Twinkledeals is pure joy. When I opened up the website for the first time, I instantly knew it would have become my favorite ever. Each product is studied in detail and the materials are of high quality. They're also kind and they answer fast, if you need help they'll help you as much as they can.
I've been shopping at twinkle deals for about a year now. I've order things not once but twice there. I received the 3 swimsuits I ordered and they were made with decent quality and looked exactly like how they did in the picture given on the site. I even suggested it to one of my friends looking for cheap swimsuits to get for the summer coming up. Although the swimsuits did take up to a month and a half, I still highly recommend it. If you are planning on purchasing a swim suit and need in within a few weeks or even a month then I'd go somewhere else and purchase what you need. But over all if you get for example swim suits which is what I always buy from there then I'd get them in the off season so there's less stress on you not getting you order!

I live in Australia so the delivery is slower. But hey, I don't pay for it!
Have bought both clothing and jewelry from TwinkleDeals and if I have ever had a problem it is usually fixed within a matter of emails. Sometimes clarification is needed because of confusion in the translation.
OK yeah, I have put in a stitch or two, but at a quarter of the price of what I would pay for the same item in Aus... I'm not complaining and the standard is no different anyway. Also I keep fashionable!
Look for sizing information, the more details supplied the more accurate your purchase.
Never had a problem with my Credit Card so can't comment.
My view is - save yourself time and money. Buy from TwinkleDeals!

I ordered a navy vintage looking dress. The price was unbelievable. Prior to ordering I read that any reviews indicated that the sizing is off. From the measurements. I needed to go up two sizes. However, one of the measurements was off.
Once I received the dress 24 days after I placed my order I was very disappointed when I tried it on. I'm usually a size 8. Recently a little toward size 10. The XL does not fit me.
I would say the sizes could be correlated to children's clothing sizes. XL would actually be a youth/child size 14.
So if you're a "normal" person and wear anything above size 8, don't bother ordering here. If you are smaller framed, this is your lucky site.
I fortunately due to their decent customer service already got this dress for free due to a shipping issue. So I have nothing complain about, other than the fact that I lost a whole month to look for a dress.

I bought a fidget cube for my daughter on 27 May. Two days after I received an email saying that the item has been shipped via China Post, I immediately had feeling that I got cheated by this Chinese company. And I was right. More than one month already and there is still no sign that the fidget cube is going to show up at our door. I sent them an email some days ago asking them to give me any proof that they have sent something to us. I heard nothing from them.
I have opened a case at Paypal and I am sure that Paypal will refund me.
So if you guys have not received your item or the item is not as described, you can open a case in resolution centre and Paypal will make them to refund your money back. I think still that they must close scammer down.

DONT DO IT! I knew this was too good to be true. Do not order from them. Your clothing will be super small and if you order multiple items you wont get them all at the same time. Shipping also took 8 weeks for me to receive the items. Total rip off

I ordered six mermaid blankets on 11/27 and none had come on christmas eve. I can see that they are shipped. These were presents for my nieces for Christmas. I am unable to send an e-mail to the company because the verification code says invalid every time! No tracking info on it.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
