Orders are at least three weeks behind and can't be tracked because somebody named Sandy or Connie or some other false seventy's names apologizes profusely and cant seem to find the number or she sent the number you didn't she get it to you? You won't find it in the beginning but when you start to search you will see that they have incredibly strict limitations on any sort of return whatsoever. So if you are in the position to have to return something you may getting nothing back at all or maybe just a little bit. This absolutely shameful scandal excuse for business operates on a server in Dallas Texas. The clothing all come from China, what age of a Chinese person I didn't even want to think about, but anyway I think that everyone in Texas should arrive at their office and threaten then. As for me, the lesson that I have learned is to never buy anything from China again, ever.
Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
This is a scam and should be removed as a valid vendor from Pay Pal with all the victims complaints. Your money is gone
My order took two months to come in. And I got the same thing first I would have a tracking number then when it was delayed. Suddenly no tracking number... I threatened them with a paypal claim since I paid with that and that's when the ball started rolling. But I waited two months before I filed the claim... I wouldn't recommend any other way to pay this place if you even dare to order from here. Really it is garbage products
Open a ticket on the site saying it gave invalid, and they respond if misplaced, they send answer to you, I've had misplaced item and paid 50% of value to receive again, but has options for srem chosen or Vose paid a safe get 100 % back, but the option and yours,
Part of my order came and when I saw how poor the quality of the clothes was (two zippers on a couple hoodies broke the first time I wore them) I submitted a ticket inquiry complaining about the quality of the clothes, and that only half my order had arrived. I then submitted pictures of the damaged products so I could at least get a partial refund on them. I decided I didn't even want the second portion of the order, and since they claimed the second part of the order wouldn't arrive for several weeks I decided to cancel it all together and ask for a redund. I am.so thankful the second portion of my order too forever to be made because it allowed me time to cancel it, and after a couple weeks of them stalling, I got the majority of my money back for the second portion of ny order as well as most of the cost of the two damaged items I had received
Your tracking number is for the China postal system. It can be a couple of weeks before your tracking works. Mine only worked once it was leaving China. It took about a month for delivery to the US
My tracking number never worked. I did eventually get a couple of things I ordered, but not all of them.
