Absolutely not! I will never, ever purchase anything from them again. The product I ordered was not what I got. I could poke my finger through the material and I ordered XL and the size I received would have fit a little girl. When I tried to contact them about returns I did not receive a response. Paid for junk! It is a ripoff!

Absolutely not! This is a scam. All of the reviews are correct. The items sent did not match the photos, were not correctly sized, and were completely inappropriate to wear in public. Until threatened with the consequences allowed by the Chinese government, no refunds were offered. It was over 30 emails just to get a partial refund.

Totally not worth it. The quality is terrible, and if you'd want to return anything, it'll cost more to do so because they're based in China. Stay away from them

I do not recommend buying from Twinkledeals. Yes it's very cheap, but most of the clothes are of low quality. Very bad customer service and very hard to get refund if you don't like what you get. Also there are many problems with the sizes.

No stay well away this company show you lovely photos of clothing when you receive them the quality is poor like old rags. Stay clear! The good reviews I believe are from the company itself!

I would advise against it. The clothes are poor quality and it took me several months and many emails to get the company to agree to a refund - but I haven't yet seen the refund in my bank account! They also offered me a "coupon" for their website, which I won't be using.

Please don't do it. It is not worth the effort. You get what you pay for and in this situation it is not much. The products are not made with quality material. It takes weeks to receive them, even if you pay for expedited shipping. If there is a problem, there is no phone number, just an online contact form. They don't provide free shipping on returns, so basically they don't let you return anything. They don't pay full refunds only a percentage.

I not order anything from this company, had I read the reviews I wouldn't of ordered from them. I ordered 4 tops they took over 3 months to get to me as they come from China, the quality was very poor and the sizing was way out, I ordered XL as I wanted them loose but what arrived was probably a size 10 to 12. I wasted £45 don't waste your hard rent cash?

Pay heed to the negative feedback on this company... You may well purchase poor quality goods of a smaller size than advertised. It's nearly impossible to get your money back, I found.

My experience was a mixed one the purse for my sister fell apart day it arrived, cardigan for me was thin but well made. So it is a 50/50 rating I guess. I guess you get what you pay for.

It's okay. You have to follow the correct tracking site 17track. Then you'll know where your parcel is. But it's not 100% guarenteed to receive your parcel. And order a size bigger than you are, because the items are quite small.

The company is a scam I wouldn't waist your time, energy or money on that useless website. When I saw it I thought man I can sell these to my customers, until I spent my money and realized I did not check out the reviews. I will never buy from another company until I have checked out all the reviews first... Whatever you do save your money and go spend it on places that are worth your time and money! Good luck!

I wouldn't buy from them. They also sell under another name. What company changes their name. I only got some of my money back as paid through PayPal. Quality of items are bad

I have no trouble with them at all, if something is not as pictured or correctly sized i just sent a email detailing what is wrong and i received my money back. And as for the waiting you already know this because they are very clear about this.

Sometimes I think it is down to the shipping company they use, whether it is by air or sea. You can stipulate how it is shipped. Hi. I just took delivery of my second order yesterday. Delighted with the look of the dress and it fits as well as the first one, and for value for money you cannot fault them. Be patient though as orders can take up to three weeks - they do tell you to expect this though. Definitely check very carefully the size chart for each garment as their sizes are small and vary from garment to garment. I am normally UK Size 16 and I found their 2XL is my size. Expect your garment to need a light press with an iron on a coolish setting on arrival as it comes in a polythene envelope packet but as it has travelled halfway around the world this is only to be expected and is not a problem as far as I am concerned.

All the items I´ve received were gorgeous and exactly as pictured. No complaints at all. Shipping times were between one and two weeks. I´m currently doing my fifth order with them. At one time, two items didn´t arrive with the rest of the order. The customer service answered in 24 hours explaining they had gone out of stock and offered a refund, which I got the following day. So no complaints at all.

Hi Natalie... well due to the fact that I ordered like 2 months before my stuff was even shipped. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Therefore I don't know much about the material nor sizing.
