I made an order on Dec 2, I am not able to log in to see when it will be here, I want it for Xmas. Where I can speak to somebody, pls?

I'm sorry for all the people who found this site too late -- as I did -- and found out the hard way what a con this "company" is. An update as to what I did to make myself whole: I had to call AmEx and put a stop to the charge. That was it, the only way to get ANY of my money back. Funny, they haven't contacted me to complain.
That is the best advice I can give to any of you who are seeking retribution; it won't come from TwinkleSTEALS. (hey, i just made that up! :) )

I've tried numerous times to get in touch with someone haven't been able too. The items l ordered took anything from two weeks to five weeks to arrive. Good luck hope you get them in time.

I got my tracking number but when i called dhl they said that twinkle deals just made a paper work but didny actually send my items i need those dresses for xmas i have paid expedited shipping when will i receive my order?

It says in your order status that orders take 10-45 days to arrive. It is coming from over seas I believe and you will not get it by Christmas if you ordered it 12/2. They offered me to re ship my items PLUS a refund. I have not seen a refund and it has been 4 days since they sad it would happen. They said I would see the refund in 2 days.

U can inquire on the website about your order status. They usually reply within 24 hrs or less. My order took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive.

I have found that their answers miss the point and give false promises of a refund. I am now going through PayPal to get my money back...

Keep submitting a ticket. In the end I gave up on my second order and eventually got a refund, but it was hard work.

If you log on to your account you can ask them a question on there. They responded fairly quckly
