While the quality of the stuff I ordered wasn't amazing quality, it was in line with the extremely cheap prices. I had an issue with one item's sizing, and I got a response from customer service in less than 24 hours. They resolved it immediately! I've had a really good overall experience with this site.
When can I expect my order of March 30,2017? It's over 2 months and I have heard nothing? Please let me know when it will be shipped.
Disappointed in one item but very pleased with the second, I contacted customer service who very quickly gave me a refund. I would shop with them again.

I have rashly had the pleasure of working with a company like Twinkledeals ever, and definitely not from an online company. Their Customer service cannot be rivaled; and I do a lot of shipping on AMason.
My issue was over a song size ordered for a dress and everyone has gone above and beyond what was asked or required to help solve this problem. I am currently waiting for the new dress to arrive and look forward to doing business with this company for many more years to come.
I originally wrote a bad review for this company because sadly the sizings are in lala land. After long communications with them they have agreed that they will look into correcting all sizings guides so that we can safely buy and receive what we expect. Not only that but they gave me a full refund on the items. I felt this was a generous gesture. I will keep looking out to see if sizings are corrected - especially for the western market and I hope that everyone will, in the future, get what they expect. Thank you Twinkledeals.
I ordered a bathing suit over a month ago and was given a tracking number. It's been in the United States since April 18th and now 2 weeks later still no package. I could have had it sent by slow boat and had by now. I think these sites need to disclose where the product is coming from. Had I know china I would have never ordered due to shipping problems.

I have ordered 4 items and they are all awful from ugly colours nothing like the website, to unwearable plastic fabric made from plastic bottles to items that are the wrong size. They are making it so hard to return these items wanting photos of the items with comparisons from their website. How do I show awful unwearable fabric on a photo really I do not have time for this it should be a straightforward transaction. Even logging in is difficult! I am sure its all a delaying process hoping you will give up: / very frustrating.

The clothes purchased did not fit. The website for returns is not user friendly nor do they respond to your request. Obviously they do not want you to return an item. I'm stuck with multiple dresses that don't fit. They say they have a seven day return policy. The dresses were sent in multiple packages. The packing slips did not reflect the name of the item and it was difficult to match the invoice with the packing slips. When I requested a return, they wanted pictures of the problem and then that notification disappeared and they have not responded to my further inquiry. There isn't any information on how or where to return an item.
The sizes are inconsistent. The products reflect the price, inexpensively made.
I don't recommend this site unless you're prepared to keep everything and realize it is lower quality.

I really should know better, but I did it anyway. I ordered something March 7/2017 and still waiting. No tracking information available for my order. There is a lovely picture of my package with my name and address on it... but other than that nobody can help me, and chances of receiving this package is 0%.

I am overall satisfied with my orders but there are things that needs to be improved! For example for one product i had to wait for almost two months to be dispatched after i made my order! This product was available when i ordered it! Another thing is that one of the shirts was torn so i got my money back in my twinkle wallet! I am really satisfied with the support as response is relatively quick and staff is always willing to help! Finally the site is really easy to use!
I recently bought a dress from Twinkledeals and was starting to get a little worried as the dress had not arrived yet by what I thought was a reasonable amount of time. However, I contacted Twinkledeals and they responded immediately and were concerned that I had not received my order yet and were very willing to rectify the problem. I was quite impressed as I was expecting the run around. They were very helpful and tried to offer a solution. I purchased an item on Twinkledeals and only after that I read some bad reviews and that some people haven't received their orders, this naturally made me stress a bit. My experience was completely different - customer service was great and they generally responded within an hour. Obviously the shipping takes a while (all the way to South Africa will be a mission), but I could track my order all the way and it arrived safely. The income tax wasn't too bad either. Thank you Twinkledeals!
I have only ever ordered swimsuits and had 1 that didn't fit and 1 with a malfuctioning zipper. I contacted them and got a full refund on the broken zipper swimsuit and a partial refund on the ill-fitting swimming as I had already given it away. It was easy to do and the refund process was simple but took a few days to register which was normal. I didn't even have to return the swimsuits. Just sent photos. I will definitely be ordering from them again

It's the best bathing suit, which fits me perfectly. Wish I can get another color in it. I ordered a pair of sandals for my daughter and she loves it very much.
Ordered a pair of shoes to protect my dog's feet from the hot beach sand. Not sent. Asked for refund no refund. Convoluted claim process - too hard for me. Will never shop with Twinkledeals again and tell everyone about their shonky business practice. In fact I wonder if it is a bogus business.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
