After waiting nearly a whole month i received a pair of joggers when i had actually ordered a velvet blue dress i have tried contacting them since and they have not replied to any of my inquiries its two months after i now ordered that dress and i still haven't received it and have had no reply. Very poor customer service!
This website is easy to use and customer service is easy to deal with, but only 4 stars because shipping to USA takes quite a while and don't have real-time in stock data. Tracking data ends when in country of destination. Need to be patient and probably try out small order first and decide for yourself.
Twinkledeals is great to work with and resolves any issues quickly. The clothing I ordered didn't fit so I contacted customer service and they quickly resolved the issues I was having.
I've been ordering from this company for almost a year and I'm very pleased with the clothes I've ordered. All of them are true to size, because they give measurements!
The dress is lovely; the lining is shorter than I like. Hits 5 to 6 inches above me knee. It is not too short for styles today just shorter than I like. The over dress length is fine. (I am 5'8) I called about delivery and they responded promptly, were courteous and accurate. I would order from them again.

On my last order I ordered three articles. The order arrived within the time limit, the colors are the ones I ordered, the fabric is very good and the size is correct.
I love the three items and will buy again.
I put in an order on the 18th of April and paid for the shipment tracking option. The order is still in processing status and no one will respond to my complaints. The customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them. At this point I would be happy just to get my money back.

After a lengthy and protracted conversation I have received a refund for the two dresses I ordered in February. The second dress never arrived. I shall not buy from twinkledeals again. It took a lot of emails and negotiating websites to find out where my order was. The estimated 25 days was far from the reality, the effort was not worth it. I cannot even submit this review because I have to go back to the email to find the website. Not good enough

I used Twinkledeals to buy 24 Mother's Day Scarves for the women in our church congregation. Twinkledeals appeared to have the best scarves for my budget, so I gave it a try.
23 of the scarves were shipped. The 24th was apparently out of stock, which I discovered on emailing the company about the problem. They offered me a refund to my Twinkledeals account (I would have to spend the money back on the site) or an exchange for an item of equal or less value.
The scarves arrived in good time considering that they arrived from China. Most of them looked the same as their picture-- a few had different colors (forest green instead of black, yellow-green instead of gold), but this was in the minority.
One of the scarves was pretty smelly, like it got wet and a little moldy in a warehouse. The cure for that? Soap and water. Easy.
Overall, I'm pretty impressed with this site. They give excellent deals and free shipping. It's a little bit of a gamble with certain items, but for the price, it's worth it. If you're worried, look for items that have been previously reviewed.
When I first started shopping on Twinkledeals I was very pleased with the products, shipping and customer service. I had received a few items that were nothing like the pictures showed. Twinkledeals was quick to resolve these issues. Fast forward to the past December. I ordered two blouses, the order was split (due to stocking), I received the first blouse in a little over a month. This is expected since I learned everything comes from China. I'm still waiting for the second blouse. While I was waiting for the second blouse, still in the expected shipping time, I ordered a third blouse, same style, different color. That was the beginning of February. Guess what? I'm still waiting for it. So, two out of three items ordered in a two month time frame have not been received. Since I didn't pay for a tracking number, that traditionally comes free, there is nothing Twinkledeals can do for me, except refund me a third of the price I paid. I wrote to them once more about the December item along with the February item, but got the same song and dance. I haven't bothered asking more from them, I just plain and simple won't shop them anymore and will warn everyone (that I had raved about them to) not to shop them unless you want to pay for a tracking number that may or may not be of any help.
What concerns me is that I was caught up in a scam from a seller on Amazon.com that was from China. He sent pictures of an illegible address label and tracking numbers to the purchaser, the packages were sent to an address in a different state and the tracking numbers were somehow falsified.
This WAS NOT Twinkledeals, it was Amazon. But the items from both are/were being sent from China... that's where my concerns are.

I ordered a hat for Derby Day three weeks out from the date needed. I paid for expedited shipping for 8-11 day delivery. The website will not allow me to log in; The "live chat" is not live chat; On the 13th day, I received a response to my email that the item was shipped and would arrive in 7-10 business days... It was already late at that point. All in all, not a good shopping experience. I will shop locally in the future.

I'm very satisfied and happy to get some new extra clothes. It fits and that makes me happy. What to say more, thank you for your web site and for your prices. It feels real good.
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
