I placed an order the end of January - I still have not received my items... does it normally take this long to receive an order? Other places I order from, I have the package that same week. I placed this order for an event I was attending - however, I think this length of time is unacceptable... I received an email stating 3 of the 4 items I purchased were shipped 02/05?

I must update my review, after communication with Twinkledeals Customer Service Department regarding the timeliness and satisfaction of my order, their efforts to assist me and make sure I was completely satisfied were truly amazing, they went above and beyond my expectations...
