3 requests now, each time they are 'sorry to hear about..." and then tell me what I HAVE to do next.
( from confirm my address, go to post office and check if it's not 'just sitting' there, then its 10-25 business delivery days. NOW it's about 2 months from shipping.)
These guys are a bunch of crooks. Be forewarned:(
I BELIEVE this company takes your money and hopes you forget and then treat all queries with lots of back and forth so you give up.
This is NOT a trustworthy company...
They are going to come and do the rhetorical, "please give us your order # so we can help, but they do that to everyone AND they have all my details and ticket queries, so why would we assume they would sort it out because we go public?
I love Twinkle Deals, even though I've had a couple minor problems Twinkle Deals Customer Service quickly reply's within a day's time and helps figure out a way to solve the problem you're having. I have loved each and every product I have received from the company, the items are good quality, they fit just fine, and I love their wide selection of items. I encourage you to buy buy buy from Twinkle Deals, how can you go wrong with free shipping? They have such cute cute items! I can't get enough :D
My item shipped out on the 29th of December 2016, till today (8th February) I received nothing... may be lost during the postage...:(
I contacted the customer support... they responded very quickly... like in 30 minutes... apologized and offered me full-rufund. So I got back my money in 2 days.
So don't belive to the other reviews about they steal your money! -definately is NOT scam company! Lol. :) -they are correct!
Update: 25th february -- I just returned from holiday... and I found the orderer T-shirt front of my door... so now I can trust them. I will order more T-shirts... but is true that is takes long time to arrive :P

I've read a bunch of reviews on this site and others, and was skeptical as I ordered from another Chinese site before and the quality turned out to be crap. I didn't have much hope for twinkle deals, but decided to put a small $$ order and try them out. I ordered on Jan 16/17 and it arrived to Canada Jan 31/17, that's 2 weeks. WOW.
I ordered one cheap dress and 2 bathing suits. I followed their sizing chart and I wear a small (US), but had to order a L for myself, which is fine. But everything fit! Yay! The quality stitching of the dress is good, I can't complain or mention anything. The material is a little thin though, you'd have to wear a chemise under it. But the bathing suits are actually really well sewn and good material. Another Yay! The only thing the color was a little different than on the picture for one bathing suit.
Overall, I'm happy with the quality and maybe I was the lucky one, but I will try this company again in the near future.
I purchased an order in November last year for 3 dresses I did not recieve one of the dresses. Have sent several emails with no response. The one I did receive is very poor quality.

I ordered mermaid tail blanket beginning of Nov 2016 for my daughter's birthday, never came, not for Christmas, and now probably not for Valentine's either. They took my money, said my email was not registered with them ( although I get advertisements every week) so could not make a complaint. Tried through facebook and a response was sent that it would be here for the first week in January and still no package. Very disappointed at how deceitful this company is.

Total Scam! All items smelled horribly! Quality was the worst I have ever seen. Items received were nowhere near the items ordered. Cheap, embarrassingly horrible copy of counterfeit Levi's sent! Men's large sizes would not even fit our 10 year old 78 lb son! We plan on notifying the CA Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission! STAY AWAY! SIte is blatantly misleading using European models in clothes that are not available on the site, when in fact these are subpar, horrible Chinese goods not fit for ANY marketplace!

Ordered goods in November, did not receive them. They are now saying I should have taken out insurance. Never had that on any other company. SCAM COMPANY. Stay away from them, they just want your money. I refused their kind offer of refunding half my money (which was not a lot), I doubt I would have received it anyway. On reading other reviews I see that I not the only one to have experienced this.

I've been shopping at twinkle deals for about a year now. I've order things not once but twice there. I received the 3 swimsuits I ordered and they were made with decent quality and looked exactly like how they did in the picture given on the site. I even suggested it to one of my friends looking for cheap swimsuits to get for the summer coming up. Although the swimsuits did take up to a month and a half, I still highly recommend it. If you are planning on purchasing a swim suit and need in within a few weeks or even a month then I'd go somewhere else and purchase what you need. But over all if you get for example swim suits which is what I always buy from there then I'd get them in the off season so there's less stress on you not getting you order!

Twinkle Deals offers a great range of products i have been a customer for a couple years now and all my online orders have arrived in the specified time frame. All the clothing i have ordered are very good quality and are true to there sizing so have had no issues. All order processing is a piece of cake! Ordered a mermaid tail blanket from facebook as a Christmas gift at the end of November. Christmas came and went and the blanket never arrived. The shipping number they attached only works about 10% of the time and has not changed since the first week of December. I contacted their customer service. They couldn't give me an update on the shipping and said that on Jan. 27th (two months after the order) I could contact them if it still hasn't arrived. At that time "we will offer the right solution to you." Not sure what that means. As of this post, it still isn't here. Beware and order at your own risk!
*Update - After posting my review, twinkledeals has refunded my purchase. I appreciate their customer service and willingness to make things right. Still disappointed that nothing arrived.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
