It's an amazing site where u get new design clothings at a very good price. To note that the customer care service too is very good, I once had an issue with size of my order and the necesarry was done rapidly and efficiently. After going back and forth about 5 times, sending a screen shot of the bank transaction, my name and finally my email address, they have said they can't find my order. Ok but what happens to my money they took for the item I thought I bought? Haven't heard a word about that. So guess I'm out of $25.00.
Express service took 3 1/2 weeks, 2 XL wouldn't fit, conversion chart is a bunch of crap. I am a large but, i thought it might run small... really! Then they want you to pay for return postage to CHINA! WTF! NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, AGAIN!

I ordered Two items on December 5th 2016. One item was Christmas themed for a couple parties. The other item for my daughter's present. I paid expedited shipping to receive items in less than week. I did not receive either items close to Dec 25th. I requested twice to have shipping refunded and they finally did. I still did not receive daughters gift until dec 30th. I then recieced the Christmas themed outfit on Jan 4th. I asked for a refund on Christmas outfit and they did not. I cannot wear item for 11 months and they refuse to compensate me for false advertising regarding shipping and my stress for worrying about items. This company should be avoided for any future orders.

I ordered the mermaid tail on 11/24 and received an email that it's been shipped out on 11/25. Based on the tracking in China, it was sent to US customs on 12/6. Today is 1/4/17, I still haven't seen anything. The customer service told me to wait until 1/26 before they would do anything to resolve the issue. The mermaid tail was meant to be a Christmas present for my daughter. I could only show her the receipt on the day of Christmas. Very disappointing. After reading through numerous bad reviews, I really doubt if I would ever receive the package or if I would ever get a refund if the package never arrives. I never knew this company before. The reason that I placed an order is because they advertised on FB and the mermaid tail seems to be a good present for a girl. FB should really watch what merchant they allow to advertise on their site.
After I posted my poor review, Twinkledeals contacted me and offered me a full refund of my order. They told me that if I do receive the mermaid tail, I could keep it as a gift and don't need to return it. As of today (1/8), I still haven't received the mermaid tail. I'm, however, changing my rating of them. I don't really want free gift under such circumstance because it would've been better if I had received the product. Yet, their willingness to make a speedy refund is better than none.

OMG! Save your money! I ordered 2XL sweaters and when i finally received them a month later (i asked for 5 day delivery), they were made for a young boy with a short torso. Jeans looked nothing like what was advertised! Poor quality! Customer service sucks. You can't speak to a live person and it takes them a day or more to reply. Quality sucks too. It's not cotton, more like polyester. I'm so disgusted!

I spent over $250 with them and order six items on December 9,2016. Four arrived on time and without issue and the products was just as promised. Two items arrived December 30,2016 after the holiday and all six items were gifts. When I attempted to return the items for a $50 refund. I was told to keep the items and they would give me a 10% discount on my next order. Buyer beware

I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered early in December. They promised delivery in 5-7 days but two weeks later I had received nothing and no certainty that my parcel would come before Christmas. I found it difficult to communicate with them. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail and when I contacted them several days later, they had not yet processed my order. Processing took a very long time. It was difficult to communicate with them. Their answers seemed to be standardized and did not give me the information i was looking for. When I cancelled my order two days before Christmas, they did not reply until after I had contacted MasterCard and cancelled my payment with them. Thank goodness MasterCard did that for me!

I will NEVER order from this place again. They send you a tracking number but shipping company says they haven't received the item yet. But customer service says they have. Twinkledeals is lying, it never takes this long. And to top it all off they don't even know where the package is. This site is horrible, the worst store I ever ordered from. And the customer service is horrible cause they don't know nothing. They'll say we sent u the tracking number and I'm like yea so, UPS's site just says that they have the label not the actual package yet. Their trying to blame it on them, but it's actually twinkledeals that's trying to get over on people. I ordered a mermaid blanket for Christmas in mid November, my CC was charged on Dec 5, today is Dec 30 and NO product or NO response from "customer service". Buyer beware, do NOT recommend this poorly run company. Too bad, a lot of people like their product but they have no business sense for USA deliveries

Order mermaid blanket first of december, they took money from my bank but never shipped blanket. Website said processing. Today i canceled and requested refund. Lets see if i receive the money back in my account. If not i will fill their inbox with tickets. Company is a scam. I will never order again from company in China.

I love the blanket I bought the price was good and the product was beautiful
Hugely disappointed with Twinkledeals on so many levels.
I used Twinkledeals for the first time to order a knitted mermaid blanket for my niece for Christmas, I saw some other items on their website that I thought would make nice gifts so I added to my order.
Firstly, their website said ships in 3-7 days. What it doesn't say(at least not prominently), is that it will take an additional 10-25 days to arrive. Over a month has past and Christmas has come and gone and I did not receive the knitted blanket for my niece. I did not receive any updates on the order and it was only after I opened a support ticket did I learn it has shipped on December 6. It is December 28th and not here.
The package I did receive was also missing two other items. Again it was only after opening a support ticket did I find out one of the items was on back order ( intended to be a Christmas gift). I wrote back that they should cancel that item and refund me the money. They responded that the item was suddenly back in stock and shipped so they couldn't refund my money. Ironic.
Of the items I did receive, the quality was terrible. Two jewelry items and they were cheap plastic. Very disappointed, even for costume jewelry.
In summary, company does not provide order updates, items take much too long to arrive (13-32 days), the quality is subpar and a request for refund not honored.

I ordered an item for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving. It came 12/27/16. The shipping is a joke, they say there is tracking but it maybe updates and maybe doesn't. According to the tracking on the item I just got, it has been either delivered twice (while still in HI) or it never left the center in Honolulu (I'm in MI). Never could reach anyone in customer service and the website says unless there is a defect I would have to ship it back... TO CHINA. I even checked ahead of time and did not see that it was coming from China (had issues before). I had to order a replacement gift through Amazon or my young family member would have been w/o a gift. AWFUL EXPERIENCE I will never use this site again! Rip off! They probably rely on the fact that it will be less of a hassle for me to do something besides return it to them. Anywhere I can leave a review about them, I will.

I ordered a cute little Santa dress on November 16 to wear during the Christmas season. I knew it could could take up to 20 days to arrive, but I would still have it for my events. So, to make this story short, my three events came and went and the dress never arrived until about 40 days after the order was placed. It sat in customs for several days according to the shipping tracking number. Also, I ordered a 2XL and it fit about 1-2 sizes too small. I wish I had read all of the reviews before I placed the order.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
