I ordered six mermaid blankets on 11/27 and none had come on christmas eve. I can see that they are shipped. These were presents for my nieces for Christmas. I am unable to send an e-mail to the company because the verification code says invalid every time! No tracking info on it.
Placed an order at the beginning of December and it indicated that the delivery would be before Christmas. Almost a week later received a note that two of my items were out of stock. Why would they allow a customer to place an order without having the stock on hand? I selected two other items that were of lower cost and just received an email totay indicating I would get a partial refund of 0$! Don't waste your time or money with this company. I still haven't received my shipment. Very disappointed with this company

I will never want to order any more clothea from this website. The material is like no good it is not neat they dont sew it properly.
It takes over a month to wait for it to come througj and what I ordered is totally different from what they show on the photos.
Made in China Taiwan Korea all Asian countries clothes are all rubbish.

After browsing the site, I came along two nice looking shirts, and since they were relatively cheap (one was 13 and the other was 5), I ordered them despite the mixed reviews. After about two weeks, I got both of them at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised by what I got. While the material of the cheaper one isn't top quality, it kind of made sense considering the laughable price. The other one was great though.
But the best part was, when they asked for my opinion on the purchase. After I told them about the questionable material quality of the cheaper shirt, they immediately offered a full refund which I really didn't expect. So that was really great.
All in all, I think I will continue to shop there.
Regarding my review i just have to tell, that the delivery was perfect, feet me in perfection, has great style even better than in the photos. The only critic that I have is that, I have to wait around 21 business days to receive my package, I think that Twinkdeals can improve this a little bit better.
The rest his completely fine.

Wide variety of products to choose from, great customer service. They reply in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with their website. It is easy to navigate and they have amazing deals very often. Shipping process takes a while but it is usually worth it and there are lots of shipping options.
UPDATE
After my review I received my dress shortly after - still days after the expected delivery time - and also got my money back. Their customer service was very friendly. Overall I think they need to update their delivery times, if it says 5-15 business days I expect it to be there within that time frame, not a day later. If, however, I am being made aware of the fact that it can take 20 business days and it takes 19, perfect. It is all about honestly, so I know whether or not to order my dress for a special event from them or not.
I ordered at the end of November and my dress got shipped Dec 1st. Suppossedly it got to the UK, London the 8th. I live in Germany, even if someone effing walked that $#*! over to my house, it should have been here by now. I bought the dress especially for a Christmas party, which was LAST WEEK. Thanks for nothing! Oh and I paid some extra, so - at least thats what it said - it would be here within 10 or less business days instead of the 20.
Keep the dress. Give me my money back!

I ordered on 12/16/2016. Sent two emails inquring when order will be shipped. All I have received was two identical emails with exact date and time stating items I bought was in stock and ready to ship. Twinkle deal I can assure you if I havent heard anything by Friday from an actual person rather than an email, I will be pursuing legal action against you being im in the bureau. I'm very dissatisfied as my tracking shows the package has been sitting 1 and half hour away for 3 days and states it is going to Atlanta, WHY? I ordered 2 mermaid blankets on December 6. I had them expedited and they should have been 5-7 days. The money went through immediately however it's been 9 business days and still nothing. I attempted to contact their support service 1 time and was sent back nothing. Not a thing. I sent another one and then my husband sent yet another response and I did receive back this time that they are reviewing our order and should contact us within 24 hours and received 3 responses that they had received our question upon that, but they've yet to let us know anything. I'm hoping if we don't get the mermaid blankets by Christmas, we can at least get our money back. I will never order from this company again. I wasn't aware that it wasn't in the US, but still I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that, but I am very upset. These were for our daughters for Christmas and now I've got to figure out what to do. Very upset

After having read the reviews I am surprised that there are so many bad ones. I got my order last week and was very happy with it. I had ordered two tops and the quality of the material and the making of them was spot on. I did find you have to order up a fair bit for clothes as I did as I have got clothes from overseas before and they were too small so if your a x2x, order a 4xl or a 5xl.
I have just put in another order for 2 more of the same tops and will definitely buy more after I get them.
The post takes a few weeks to AU but most overseas ones do especially going through Sydney Mail Centre, as it would be the slowest process in the world.
I ordered a wig from this Company on Dec. 2nd, I was told on the order forms I would receive it by the 14th, it showed shipped out, I haven't received any thing yet, I emailed them and was told they would respond to emails in 24 hrs. I haven't heard anything at all there is no phone number to contact this Company, they took the money out of my account, so I will be fighting to get my money back, and I read horrible reviews about them, if I had of known they were scams, I never would have ordered from them.

I bought two dresses in single order. Was a bit surprised when each of them got sent out separately. Customer support answered in 12 hours, providing me with two tracking numbers. Delivery took a while but its understandable for the distance they had to travel. When they both arrived I was pleasantly surprised. They absolutely matched the pictures on site, materials was dense and all seams neat.Red Christmas dress run a colour a bit on first wash. Size matched the one I ordered. As Im used to order a size bigger, just in case, then now i have to take them in a bit. Both dresses fit lovely and are very comfortable. Im really, really happy with my purchase. Also its nice that customer support is actually supporting you.
I ordered from twinkledeals after reading all the terrible reviews and thought to myself "oh well, what's the worst that could happen?" But was pleasantly surprised to receive my products in less than 2 weeks and they were beautifully made, fit right and the quality was fab.
I just made another purchase with all fingers crossed though.
One thing id advice is to get a professional email as the recipient rather than "Hassan". Scared the sh*T out of me. Other than that, i love my purchase.
Ordered in early November, did not know that they were in another country. Part of my order came 3 weeks later, all junk. The mermaid blanket came today, needed it for a Dec. 7 party. It is not what I expected either. Necklace ordered never came. Very disappointed, will let everyone I know what a bad company it is.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
