Ordered 2 mermaid blankets on the same day 11/20 In the same order, Only received 1 and the other does not have any tracking info on it at all but has a picture of the package, I have sent several emails with NO response not even a sorry or an offer for a refund, just NOTHING! This site is a joke and the customer service is non existent, definitely will NEVER use them again, and will urge others from wasting their money and their time. What a scam!
I made an order for 3 mermaid blankets on Nov 24th and after 3 weeks, I am still not receiving anything. I contacted the company and they first said that one was not in stock (which was not stated on the website when I ordered), thus they could not send. I indicated that these are Christmas gifts and I need them by tomorrow, Dec 16th at the latest, but they keep sending me nonsense and even after everything was ready for days, still no shipment is made. I indicated in the last message that I am getting worried if I am getting scammed and there is no response. I found an advertisement on FB first, which made me decide to order so I made a report now to FB and I am warning everyone not to place any order with them. I am hoping at least I get my money back.

I made an order for a mermaid blanket before and was just fine! For that reason on December 2,2016 I decided to made another order with them for some Christmas present. I ordered three mermaid blankets and a sweater. On December 12,2016 I received just one package with two mermaid blankets. I checked on myib.com with the tracking number and there said that was already delivered to customer. Im still waiting for that other two items! I need them before Christmas!

I ordered 2 mermaid blankets on 11/29- I have tracked my order and nothing has changed since 12/3. I have sent several requests asking about my order and I'm not getting any help from them. Of course they have already charged my credit card for these. I need an answer to where my blankets are. If the original order will not make it to me by 12/16 then twinkle should overnight me the package for free. Very dissappointed

I order 1 item and it was shipped when I inquired about my product they told me it was delivered when I checked the tracking number that they gave me it was deliver to Ut and I'm in California. When I emailed them to tell them that was not my address not even sure what address they used but it wasn't mine they told me that its up to the customer to have the right address which I did. They don't want to compensate me by replacing my order or a refund. They only offered a 10% discount on my next order which I will not be doing.

I ordered two blankets on November 28 and my order is still processing it is impossible to get any customer support because none of it works the ticket doesn't allow you to plug the correct information and for it to send in the live chat send you an email saying it was an able to process I've never been so disgusted in a company in my life I'm wondering if this is all just a scam especially after reading these reviews I will be doing whatever it takes to get my money back if I don't hear from this company in 24 hours

I ordered 2 Christmas pillows for my bed on the 23 of November, it's the 7 December and they have yet to be shipped, and those scammers charged me, which you aren't even allowed to do until the item has been shipped. I allowed plenty of time for processing so that's bull. And their customer service doesn't even reply. Crap company, don't get scammed, take your money somewhere else.

I ordered a blanket on Oct 14. Waited until the end of Nonmember and filed a dispute with paypal. I was told I had to contact my local Post Office and may have to go pick it up there. VERY inconvenient. Contact them... It stated 7-15 days on the site. I then get a message stating they have until the 28th to get my item to me. The 28th comes around and it's still not there. I escalate the case in paypal for a refund. While waiting for this refund all the sudden they ship it out. It comes in on Dec 1. And its RAINBOW when I ordered BLUE. It is literally the ugliest thing I have ever seen and I refuse to give it to anyone. I escalate the case yet again in paypal and tell them its not what I ordered I have to supply the URL i bought it from and guess what... THE URL DOES NOT EXIST. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have now had to spend even more money and order a new blanket from someone on etsy.

This site is a scam I ordered from hem they took my money shipped the item to the wrong address, I live in Franklin, TN they shipped my order to California then they would not reship it to me and asked me to pay another $8 in shipping.

We have ordered from TwinkleDeals a number of times in the last few months and I must say, everything went smoothly. We received the goods within 16 days, the clothes were all high quality material and as I require plus-size I found the material to be comfortable and elastic. The colors are vivid and lovely and we didn't find any false description of the products. Very Happy with them.
The products I bought form this site are sweater and blouse. Both are very good quality and nice fit. Love to the color block and the blouse. Happy with the pruchase.
I ordered 2 blankets for my kids for Christmas on the 22nd of Nov was also charged that day (illegal until shipping)... I contacted the company and was told they were on back order (I was never informed of this) but that they were back in stock and shipping in 24 hrs... This was days ago and it still shows processing. Being in the UK and it being the holidays I seriously doubt even if they ship today that they will be received by Christmas... VERY DISAPPOINTED as my kids are very excited about getting them bc they both put them on their lists!

Don't order anything there. Great risk you'll feel screwed afterwards. Customer service is just repeating themselves, apparently not having any idea of what they sent to you to begin with. It was cheap. But turned out expensive.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
