I ordered a coat at the beginning of November and it is the end of November and still have not seen it. My account says shipped and so i contacted the shipping company and they have not yet received the package. There is no number for customer service you have to use tickets to contact them and they never get back to you about problems. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM!
I recently had a purchase from Twinkledeals. Some items were on back order and not shipped. I submitted a ticket and their customer support agents responded in a fast manner and offered solutions to the issue.

I see others have had issues with the site, but it's been very easy for me to use. The shipping and tracking can come off as a bit dodgy but all my items have arrived safely. I've purchased from them twice and will do it again in the future. The items themselves range in quality. Some of them are very good, and some of them may approximate the display image. I buy because my size is available and it's affordable. I've generally been happy with most of my purchases.
I have recently started to use TwinkleDeals and I was reserved at the beginning, as it was the first time ordering online for something coming outside UK.
My first order came separate for the two items I've ordered, but that wasn't a problem for me. Also I had slight size issues with one of the dresses, and Customer Service contacted me straight away to resolve this. I was very happy with their service, so I've decided to place a second order because I was confident that the products received would be as described on their website.

I recently ordered 2 COTTON mermaid blankets from twinkle deals. They arrived ok, but they are obviously not COTTON, but some type of synthetic wool. They don't even have labels showing material. Probably because they are not what they said hey were on the twinkledeals web page. After repeated attempts to arrange a total refund, they agree to a refund, once I have sent the items back... to China... from Scotland... BUT. I have to pay for the return postage... to China!, which will cost more than these tacky blankets cost me in the first place. (Incidentally... get a flame any where near these synthetic blankets and they will go up in a blaze. Complete fire hazards and should not be used let alone given to children!). Twinkle deals are complete crooks and should be investigated. DO NOT USE

The site offers great variety of accesories and bags at good prices. About the jewelry there are some nice things, and other not very satisfying, but the bag and belt I bought were great - excellent quality and design. The Customer service is quick, caring and helping, the price of the goods I didn't like was refunded, so I'm fully satisfied.

I got the link of this website through a facebook share and the variety of designs attracted me towards it. I placed the order but didnot set up any expectation about the products. Suddenly one day when I recieved the courier, I was pleased that the website is truly genuine and when I opened up the parcel, I was amazed with the quality of the product which is why I have selected this title, "Worth a Spend"
I purchased a dress and the fabric is like a shower curtain. Unwearable and xl is like medium. Not worth returning as it is way too difficult. Would never buy from them again.

This was my first and last time of ordering from twinkledeals and I would warn anyone else not to order from this company. After taking twenty five days to get here it was not the white color I ordered but some very, very off white that had white written on each package. Losing $23.00 and change may not be much to some it was an awful lot for a senior citizen on a fixed income. RPR, jxn, ms.

This is the second time I buy in Twinkledeals, and the experience is good again. This time I bought a pullover, a T-shirt and a pair of earrings (T**************). I asked for Priority shipping, that was for free that day, and the order was at home in two weeks, and I had a tracking number, that is very useful. I am currently dealing with them now! I contacted them the day after I received my order and that was a few weeks ago. We still have not come to a resolution! The fabric was terrible. BUT THE SMELL WAS WORSE. We were trying to figure it out. To me, it smelled like vinegar and to my sister, it smelled like pee. I did not want to wash anything because of how cheap it felt. My sister tried on a dress and I tried on one of the shirts and I got a rash on my arms and back. Luckily she was only itchy and red that day. I've reached out to the company and we still are trying to figure this out! PLEASE LEARM SOMETHING FROM AMAZON! I am so mad right now! I bought some dresses for the girls in my family because we had to go to a wedding and no one wants them after they saw what happened to my sister and I. She usually has sensitive skin and we make fun of her for that, BUT I DO NOT AND I NEVER HAVE! That is why I am mad. I've heard good things about this place, so i'm thinking it was just the items we received that had issues. I will not be straying away from Amazon anymore. This was disappointing. Amazon came through for us and we received dresses we could actually wear to the wedding.

Clothes look pretty on the website but they are not what they seem in reality: poor fabric, not well sewn and way too tight on the armpit area. A waste of time, a scam company.

I have ordered 4 dresses in July 2016. In August I received one of the dresses which was not as I aspected, but this was not the issue. The other 3 dresses were never delivered and after several attempts to find a compromise about this issue which is too long to describe here, the company found excuses after different agreements and until today November 2016, no compansation. They have no respect for their customers whom they depend on. Today I informed them that I will be going on social media and I am now informing them that I always keep my promise and I did. - no stars at all in this review. I will not recommend this company.
It seems that I have to give out a star which the company does not deserve.

I'm ordering from this site for about a year now. As in all online stores, you cannot know what kind of quality the product is, you can only believe what's written on the site. I found this site quite trustworthy. The product really is what it says it is. The only complaint would be that not every detail on the product is visible. For example, I ordered a dress on which I wasn't able to see that the zircons were on the sleeves.
The customer support is very active and they are really trying to help you with resolving your problems and are easy to talk to.
I ordered a dress and jumper. The dress arrived and wasn't as I expected it to be - but guess I am stuck with it.
The jumper hasn't arrived and I have emailed Twinkledeals 3 times so far and they haven't replied. Think I will have to contact PayPal.

I ordered two mermaid blankets. They arrived soon, faster than I expected. My order TT************** was in time and as I wanted. Materials are really good. They arewell sewn, do not break when I put my wide thighs inside them.

I purchased two hoodies from the website (T************** and T**************), both items came perfect size. The colors and the layout looked exactly like the pictures. I will surely buy again!
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
