I received 1/2 my order! I don't know if the rest of clothes will come in a separate package but I had to pay 27$ US for duty... So I'll have to pay twice?! And is it coincidence but it's all the expensive items I didn't receive...
All the best praise for the twinkle deals company. I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and usualy all orders by via the Internet does not come through in time, with the twinkle deals not so there was quick and exactly as it is in the picture so I recommend everyone to buy from them
At first I was skeptical in trying out Twinkledeals website, but with the fashionable products and prices I've been seeing, I thought, Let's do it! Although I was not really expecting much on the product as they were really cheap, I was surprised that when my bag and leggings arrived, they were great quality and really is the same as the photos on the website. Plus, they have good customer support who will follow up on you if you've got problem or whatnot on your shopping.
I bought 2x dresses on this website. The delivery was quick and the quality was good. Definitely recommend this website to everyone!

I ordered jeans and a lace up top from here, shipping time was reasonable. Once I received them I tried on the jeans which fit perfectly, but when I went to pull the LACE up top from the package they sent me the top with no LACES.
Hi, I ordered 3 hoodies. After I payed they told me they got only 2 and I will receive 3rd one later with another package. They are fast to response when you want to buy, I can't receive response from support when I want refound. I received only 2 hoodies but paid for 3. They are both undersized... a lot! Chinese quality, very poor. Hoodies are described as cotton, not true! I would never order polyester. I try to get refound at least for 3rd hoddie I never received. NO CONTACT from support so far! Both hoodies I got should be L size, both are same model, both labeled L, just different colors but there is HUGE diffrence in size even between them. Not even trying to compare with L size hoodies from regular shops. Site smells like a scam. I asked customer support not to ship 3rd hoodie to me and to refound, of course no answer from them. Return is not an option for me due to high package and duty costs. Maybe after this review support will contact me.

I recently ordered two dresses, order number T**************, on 3/12/2016 and it was shipped out8/12/2016. Due to holidays, I waited a bit longer but it came just as shown, dresses in good shape, with no futher problems. Up till now I've never had problems with delivery or product quality
My 13 year old daughter ordered 2 mermaid blankets from this "company", one for her friends bday and one for herself. She ordered them on Sept 17th, and was told it would be delivered between 7-10 business days. After 2 weeks, she emailed them to track her order. She was told it was delivered and to check with her mail carrier. We live in a private community and know all of our mail carriers, and none of them had it. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited two more days, which we emailed them again. They told us they were not liable and would not refund our money! We are now in the process of disputing the payment with our bank. Lesson learned, don't order from twinkle deals. Amazon carries the same items and you are guaranteed delivery. This is an unscrupulous company and we regret EVER getting involved with them.

TwinkleDeals has given me a refund, but it does not erase the nonsense I dealt with in order to get it.

Ordered a dress from TwinkleDeals. Took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive, was very poor quality and did not look like picture on line. Did not fit either. To return I would have to pay shipping, so not worth it, as shipping will probably cost more than dress. Since my original review, their customer support have been in touch and refunded my money and told me to keep dress, which is a plus point for them and their customer service team. Thank you.

I wasn't sure about twinkledeals at first. It seemed too good to be true. But I took a chance and ordered some mermaid tail blankets for my girls. I snatched a pair of earrings and boot cuffs for me, because for a few bucks, why not? I honestly expected the earrings to be that cheap, really light weight metal, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are like anything I would buy at Jones New York for 5 times the price. The knits also are well done, nice and thick and soft.
Ordered few items, it was good. But had some problems. However, their support solved it pretty quickly and made me happy, so. Cant complain :)
I ordered before reading reviews. The reviews scared me that I was scamed. Some people may have been... but I was not. They all (4) came in less than two weeks and the quality is outstanding! Couldn't be more thrilled.
I was so excited to order a mermaid tail blanked for my daughter. However it never came. Twinkle deals asked me to wait a few more weeks and then offered a choice of re-order or refund. I chose re-order but was then told they were out of stock. I am dissappointed that I never received the item. At least I finally got my money back several months after my initial order

I ordered a navy vintage looking dress. The price was unbelievable. Prior to ordering I read that any reviews indicated that the sizing is off. From the measurements. I needed to go up two sizes. However, one of the measurements was off.
Once I received the dress 24 days after I placed my order I was very disappointed when I tried it on. I'm usually a size 8. Recently a little toward size 10. The XL does not fit me.
I would say the sizes could be correlated to children's clothing sizes. XL would actually be a youth/child size 14.
So if you're a "normal" person and wear anything above size 8, don't bother ordering here. If you are smaller framed, this is your lucky site.
I fortunately due to their decent customer service already got this dress for free due to a shipping issue. So I have nothing complain about, other than the fact that I lost a whole month to look for a dress.

I've bought from this site several times. I've had no problems with the products and I have been really happy with the experience overall. The shipping is reliable, although it takes longer than expected sometimes, most of them have been really fast, but the main thing is it always arrives!
The products are true to size and great quality for the ridiculous prices they offer!
My last order was T************** made on the 10th of the 8th and got really excited when I received all the products and they all fitted well!

At first I was a bit suspicious because the deals are so good and there are a lot of scammers out there! My first experience with Twinkledeals though was the best so far... The quality was amazingly good just like the customer service.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
