I have ordered numerous times from TwinkleDeals: for myself, my daughter, my mother and even for my aunt. I was satisfied with all my orders. Transactions all went smoothly and shipping speed was very reasonable as well. The quality of the products (dresses and swim suits) were much better than I expected. Their website is very user-friendly & the size chart was very convenient and accurate! I would highly recommend this site to friends and family!
I am a new customer with only a couple of purchases so far but the service has been great. Customer service quickly assisted with a question I had and resolved any concerns I had about sizing. The product's are great as well. One item was purchased for a special event coming up and it met my expectations. And as anyone can see the prices are remarkable. I would recommend twinkledeals.

All items ordered were too small even though I ordered size up. Incorrect spelling (screen print) along with poor grammar. Embarrassing. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing. Website shows much better quality than what you receive. In addition, I've been trying to communicate with company via their "customer service" where you are required to fill out a ticket. Unfortunately, once you complete the form, it won't allow you to submit. Tried multiple times and unable to do it. There is no other way to contact them. Stay away!
My order T************** on 05/15/2016 was delivered in 2 weeks. The quallity were just as in the pics on the website. They have very cheap prices, and also a very good customer service

I ordered 2 items on Aug 20th and waited several weeks for an email letting me know that my order has been shipped. On Aug 28th, I submitted a ticket to customer service asking for the processing status of my order. They replied very quickly, letting me know that one item had been backordered. But when I was ordering the items, none of the descriptions had said that they were on backorder and I had never received an email or notification letting me know they were backordered.
On Sept 1st, I got an email saying that my order had been shipped. Fast forward to today, Sept 13th, I still have not gotten my order. I even paid for priority direct mail, which means I should've gotten it 7-10 days after it shipped out. I just submitted another ticket asking for a full refund because I'm kind of tired of waiting...
I was a little iffy about this website, but some comments on this site made me want to give twinkledeals the benefit of the doubt. They definitely proved that I have terrible judgment.
On the bright side, the one star I gave this site goes to the fast customer service reply.
Edit: i just received a reply from their customer service (and this is about 4 hours after i submitted a ticket) and all they gave me tracking information. I checked the tracking, and the last update was from 9/10 when it departed San Francisco, CA. I live in L. A. They also said that "there are some external factors which may cause some delay on the delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, weather, customs clearance," which honestly could be said for any website that sells products. NOT A GOOD EXCUSE... I'd say there's a chance you won't have problems, as there are reviewers who didn't, but there's also a chance you will. And if you have bad luck like me, they'll make you wait more than a month and not answer your question about whether or not a refund is possible.

Don´t buy at Twinkledeals! I ordered a few clothes and they were nothing like in the pictures, they are poorly executed, terrible cut, terrible finishings... I just wasted my money and in the end could not even wear them because they were so bad... One of the pieces (I bought 3) was a top that looked really cute in the picture and when it arrived it was a piece of fabric badly sewn with no finishings and very small, like doll-size... I ended up giving it to a child... unbelievable... what a total waste of money! NEVER BUY IT

Besides a hundreds of products on discount at a very cheap prices, there's also a very good and helpful customer service that responds in no time.
I really like the Flat rate shipping option that ships in most countries in very reasonable time. I received my orders in less than 2 weeks without any difficulties at Flat rate shipping.

With all these different clothes website, I have done my research on all the different site and Twinkle Deals is my choice. They have a great variety of beautiful and trendy clothes to chooses from, with the best part being the great prices and free shipping. For the free shipping it takes about a week or two to arrive you can opt to pay for shipping and receive your clothing sooner, but I am fine with waiting. Customer service is there to always help you through the website messages and they message you back very quick to resolve any issues. I don't have any problems having clothes fit me, I am 5'2 and 110 lbs so I actually have problems finding clothes to fit me but not on twinkle deals. They keep a size chart in measurements which is better for me because all sizes are different and this gives me a more accurate ideal of what I am getting. Half my clothes is my closet is filled with twinkle deals outfits. The clothes is good quality and I am very happy with my finds at Twinkle Deals

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
