Never got notice of my order being cancelled until they sent a notice saying my entire amount would be refunded. I have no idea of what happened and am very unhappy with their service. Seriously, all 3 of the items I ordered? I'm thinking this isn't the place for me and will stay away. These were for gifts and something I was expecting to show up. I still haven't gotten my refund. Grrrrr
I really like shopping at Twinkledeals. I have never had issues either with my order or shippment. All items I have ever bought have arrived on time. (fast-shipping surprised me actually). Great website so far and support center responds quickly and helps you. The quality of the items depend on what you choose, but I've been content with everything I have bought so far.
This is a great website and I'd definitely recommend it to people. Best way to get shoes/clothing for such low prices.
Overall, good website, I will continue *******@twinkle deals again in the future for sure!
I did a test purchase from Twinkledeals, order TT**************, and honestly it went way more better than I expected. My goods were bought on August 3rd, one shipped out the same day, and I received it, on my post box outside my house in Switzerland, on August 20th. The other one was shipped on August 7th, and I received it on August 25th. Honestly I was waiting for it around late August, like the final days of the month, but I was surprised by how fast it came. I inmediately tried it on and it was all I was hoping for, and more. I am very pleased. The clothes look exactly like the picture displayed, so no scam there. I would definitely buy again. I am a happy buyer for sure :)
Order was placed May 15. Paid extra for tracking info. No package after 5 weeks. No usable tracking info. Multiple emails sent to request tracking info, then refund. Emails were responded to quickly, but only contain empty promises and continually asking for patience and stating waiting periods for whatever action was promised. I eventually got a partial order that contained a ridiculously small skirt that would only fit a doll. I persistently demanded a refund and after waiting two more waiting periods and contacting my credit card company, I finally got a small refund on Aug. 29th. What a nightmare!

I absolutely love shopping on this site. I have shopped here 2 times & both of My orders were delivered pretty quickly. I placed the order on 7-27-16 and it came in 10 days. I think that's good since it came from China. I ordered soft mermaid tail blankets and they are great. My family loves the items I bought and they are good quality.
I saw the reviews if this company here, it was yellow, but the recent coments were good. In fact is the faster I have never seen (Im in Italy) and the products were good! The size as is explained in the description is very accurate. I'll buy again here without doubt.;-) Maybe The neutral review is because at the begginig they were worse. Congratulations fir The change:-D
All items were off size. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. There is nothing that is really worth keeping and lesson learned! Save your $

I´ve received my order faster than expected, although they usually takes 20 days to arrive, and I´m really happy with my dress. It looks exactly as the picture and it´s light and quite well made, specially considering the price. I recommend this one a lot!
The delivery usually takes about 2 weeks time. If there is any problem you can contact them straight away and they will figure out how to fix it.
I easily place my order (Order no: TT**************, User: Hravro) and I received it in two weeks.
Also, I didn't have any problem with the site.
I Bought Two items, separately. A pendant, and a dress. Both items about an hour or so after I paid were marked as posted, and in the account pictures of the package with my address and name on it was supplied. Tracking on the item is done via a button within your order. Both Items arrived and I was very pleased with then, the necklace is advertised to glow, and it does. Often Ive bought 'cheap' ones on ebay and they say they glow, but they never do. Well this one done and it looks beautiful.
The dress was green with white polka dots, A-line design. Material was thick, doesnt feel think, its not 100 dress fabric, but it also does not feel cheap, it works, and it is nice on, measurements were accurate, the belt is nice that comes with it too.
My conclusion, if your looking for Portmans or Cue, this is not the shop for you, if you are looking to get something nice and don't have a lot of money to do it, this is definitely the site for you. Ill certainly be back :)

I ordered a mermaid blanket from them. Shipping was medium- not too long, not overly fast. The blanket was very soft but much too small. When I left a review on their site, they instantly messaged me asking to help me fix my problem and gave me different options to do so.
