I recently just made my first purchase and I didn't really encounter any problems with it. Only thing is, 1 out of the 6 items I bought was shipped separately, but it still arrived within the 2 weeks. I received all the items in good condition.
I am deeply concern about our order! The last tracking that i can get was on the 4/8/16 is it possible for a package to take so long before it can get tracked again? Im getting really worried when i read all of the reviews, my daughter used her firts pay to order something by twinkledeals so i really hope this is not a scam? Another concern is that when i go on to postnl and put the tracking no in they say that the traking number doesn't exist? Can i go to the bank and reverse the payment?

They are so glad to help me to resolve the issues of my order. The servise helped me so much until its resolved and the order shipped out, and then when the order arrived to me.
I ordered a bikini not too long ago (9th April 2016) and I was so satisfied with what I got. The relation price/quality was great. The color and size were exactly like it said on the website and the best of all is that they do free shipping and the delivery times were exactly like they said too. So happy with it. I will definitely be buying more from them.

I recived my order and I was very pleased with it.
The delivery tooks some time but I knew that so that wasn't a problem.
All was in good order and just like in the pricture

I placed an order for a blanket. After I ordered the product I got the confirmation email and realized the company was twinkle deals so I went and looked up the reviews.
There were so many poor reviews that I was worried. However I had no problem at all. My blanket arrived in a very timely manner.
This is the question I sent to twinkle deals about my order:
"I placed my order on July 25,2016 and two days later received a notice that it had shipped. I know your website says that delivery could take 8 to 15 days which is understandable but there still hasn't been an update in tracking information. I also know that that specific time frame is only a suggestion for shipping but I would like to know where the hell my order is. I knew it would be shipping to me internationally but this is outrageous. It has been weeks since there has been any update in tracking information. I would like a response now, and I would like updated tracking information. I would have given Twinkledeals the benefit of the doubt but I did a little research and MOST of the reviews I have seen have been negative ones, facing the same problem as me in addition to other issues, and people that have waited even longer for their products to come in."
Why is it taking so long? Why is there NO UPDATE IN TRACKING INFORMATION! I am livid about this. LIVID.

So, this site is the only one I not afraid to order from. Shipping is fast, quality is nice and sellers are cool too! I really enjoy shopping there and cannot complain about any of my orders.
None of the outfits that I ordered fit me! I ordered a bikini, a swimsuit, sunglasses and a top. The sunglasses were pointing two different directions. The swimsuit was not even close to the size that I ordered and I honestly don't think it would fit anyone because of the odd lines... Bikini and top were both small for the size, and strange fit.

I still haven't received my items ordered on 7/20/16 the shipping info is bogus in my eyes. I have tried tracking the package per TwinkleDeals email that it was shipped but DHL site can't track it with the number. On TwinkleDeals website I can't find how to contact them in reference to my order. I guess it's take your money and run. I would like a resolution to my order or a FULL Refund. I feel like I was scammed.

I placed my order and received a email stating the items was shipped on 7/25/16. The tracking # they provided is not a valid tracking# per DHL site. I have made several attempts contacting thecsite requesting updated information in regards to my orders. I truly want to give the company the benefit of the doubt however their making it very difficult by ignoring my emails and calls. They claim this is a legitimate business but it appears their either under staffed or have lost control of their ability to supply your customers in the time they state on their site. My payment went to Hassan which makes me think this is a in home business.
Please send me a valid tracking # or refund my funds back to my paypal account.

I have contacted the company several times in regards to my order that was placed 7/11. I was told it should arrive within 7-15 days. It has not arrived and when I try to follow the shipping information the website tells me that the tracking number is unavailable.

I've enjoyed my shopping experience with TwinkleDeals so far. They've got a wide selection of fashion that are not readily available in larger retail stores, which usually cater to Caucasian body types and styles. Moreover, they are offered at a very reasonable price!
The shipping is a little bit on the slower side, but I am guessing that it isn't within their control. Nevertheless, it is MUCH better than a different site I used to shop with.
I went through a snag with them before, but they were very quick to fix the situation and make it right. Once, I ordered a couple of dresses and the transaction went through, but they later contacted me and said it was sold out. I was disappointed, but they offered me a credit. There was also another time when I didn't like the material of one of the dresses I ordered. Upon contacting them, they knew that it would be a hassle for me to ship it back to them, so they also offered me a credit in my account and allowed me to keep the dress (I was pleasantly surprised). They are very courteous and professional in their customer service, which more than makes up for the inconveniences of the above events.
Will definitely continue shopping with them :)

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
