I purchased two products for the first time from Shy V Bold. Both of the pieces fit perfectly. And I received excellent customer service.
The staff are so helpful! I placed an online order and received a notification when the shipped, with a tracking number. Then there were issues at the post office and my package ended up going back to the store. The staff at Shy vs. Bold sent me an email when my order should have been delivered, just to check in. When I described what I had learned from the tracking information, they found the package within a day or two and sent it to me again. They kept me updated every step of the process. This time my order was delivered quickly. Overall, my sandals arrived later than expected, but I really appreciated all the efforts of the staff to get them to me.
