I have been messaging back and forth with the support team after writing a bad review and they offered me a full refund and a 'big gift' if I changed my review and made it to 5v star. After I did rewrite I lost full contact with them and they didn't reply to any of my messages which is not on. I wouldn't trust a site that bribes its customers for stars.
I orderd almost 20 items from TwinkleDeals website, in 2 different shippings.
This was the first time I orderd through this website, so naturally I admit I was quite skeptical about EVERYTHING actually!
I've had quite a lot of bad experiences with online shopping sites, so I also had a good reason for it!
HOWEVER, I HONESTLY MUST SAY, THAT MY EXPERIENCE WITH TwinkleDeals WAS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!
The 2 shippings were FREE (flat rate shipping), they arrived to Israel in just about 10 days, which is fantastic! ALL the items arrived well packed & safe, looked just as they looked at the website's pics!
The overall items' quality is very good, the prices are much cheaper compared to ours here, but the quality is just the same!
The website is really friendly & easy to use, lots of filters, you can even save your shpping bag for 30 days IF you're registerd & SAVE your bag:-)!
There is a lot of diversity in the items, lots of new arrivals, etc.
There are also T-Points, which you can easily get & get nice discounts, and lots of free coupons to use!
I also needed to use the online Custoner-service several times, as I had size issues with some items. AND HONESTLY, THIS IS THE KINDEST, QUICKEST & MOST PROFESSIONAL STAFF I'VE CAME ACROSS ONLINE!
This is WHY I choose ro reciprocate them here, they deserve it 100%!

I really like to buy on Twinkledeals. Products are great, they arrive on time and in excellent conditions. When I needed support answered me quickly and solved the problem in the best way. Here in Brazil the international order usually be taxed when it arrives, anyway prices Twinkledeals worth.
This is twinkledeals's response to a delivery failure:
"We are extremely sorry regarding this delivery failure. We regret to inform you that the shipping company is responsible not only for this issue and but also for making sure that all parcels they ship are successfully received. According to custom policy the parcel will be either destroyed or abandoned. Technically, we are not liable for this. Therefore there should be no compensation in such case.
However as you are a valuable customer for us, we are willing to help you the best way we possibly can. Here are the best solutions we can offer you in this situation as a commercial gesture: 1) Reship the parcel - after paying a shipping fee equivalent to the cost of the products. 2) Refund 50% of the value into a paypal account."
My response to this:
I paid twinkledeals for products delivered to my door, so it is not my problem how they get it to me, whether they outsource the delivery or not. Now they expect me to re-pay the full value again as shipping fees? I don't think so!
They may claim that it is not their responsibility however they quickly forgot that delivery is an integral part of online shopping and if that cant be guaranteed, why would anyone waste their money at the website, unless of course they are in the business of scamming and that is how they make their money...

I will never order from twinkledeals.com again! I saw a cute swimsuit so I ordered it two weeks before my anniversary in hopes I would have it for my trip. The money was taken out of my account the day that I ordered it on June 11. I received one e-mail saying that as soon as my payment was received speedy shipping would occur. I submitted a help ticket through the twinkledeals website after a week of not hearing anything. I asked for a refund because obviously I wasn't going to have the swimsuit before my anniversary. They said I could choose another item or it would be shipped on July 5th. It is July 13th and I have not yet received an e-mail confirmation saying that my swimsuit has been shipped or received the swimsuit on my doorstep.

I am always really happy with my orders from Twinkledeals. They have a lot of different products and everything I ordered looked exactly like the picture. Shipping was fast, it took 1-2 weeks and the quality of the products is always so satisfying. Also how could you say no when you see their prices. I payed with paypal and never had any problems. In june, I got on TwinkleDeals.com: the website popped up as commercial on facebook.
At first, I was a bit sceptical about it. The dresses looked lovely but what would be the quality since they were so cheap?
I decided that since they were so cheap, it wouldn't be such a big loss to try it.
So I choose two dresses (Vintage Women's Sleeveless Polka Dot A-Line Dress, green with white dots and Vintage Square Neck Polka Dot Sleeveless Dress For Women, white with black dots) on the 19th of june and placed my order (TT**************)
As the order arrived (sooner than I expected:-)), I discovered that it has been worthwhile: the fabric was of a nice quality, the sewing was well done and most important: the dresses fitted perfect!
Lovely to wear.
The friends who have seen the dresses, were also inspired: they agreed, lovely dresses for a good price!

Your product will never reach you. And dey vl not refund the full amount also. Its jst a fake site where dey grab d money but dnt deliver.if you want to loose money and gain headache this site serves you better... we can even raise a consumer court complain on this site. Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
Answer: I've tried numerous times to get in touch with someone haven't been able too. The items l ordered took anything from two weeks to five weeks to arrive. Good luck hope you get them in time.
