UPDATE: After all, i did not get my package. I am glad that the service did not ignore my situation and refunded the charge. They always answered to my messages and gave the best solution. It`s good customer service!
I've experience the EVER WORST online shopping experience in TwinkleDeals!
I placed an order on 19th June 2016, together paying extra shipping cost so as to better track my parcel, and then wait patiently.
A week later I found the order is still "PROCESSING", without receiving ANY notice or comment from the website. Then I asked where the hack my order was, and then they replied me one of the items I chose was sold out!
Hey man! How do you do your business?!?! If the product I purchase is sold out, why the hack you charge me?!
If you didn't know or your system didn't show it when I paid, don't you think you at least have the responsibility to inform your client about that afterward?! And yet, you guys did NOTHING, until I asked. Okok I assumed you guys are too busy to take care of your client.
Then, you asked me to apply for refund, but refund to your damn "Store credit"?! Are you kidding me?! Why can't I get my refund back to my credit card account but to your "store credit"?! So you mean I still have to buy from you again?! Aren't u kidding me?!
OK... then I chose to have the same style but in different size, which shown clearly on your website that there are still available. A day later, you reply me the item is sold out again?! What?!?! I went to your website and showing that the size is STILL AVAILABLE! Does it mean that you cheated on me?!?! Or Cheated on your website?!?!
OKOK... I just want to settle the issue down, so I chose other 2 items to replace the unavailable item... then you guys told me to pay MORE THAN what I should have to pay... more than what it shows on your websites basket!
Until now, I paid and being fooled for 3 weeks and still get nothing but anger.
I promise you I will do my best to widely spread my pathetic experience at your online shop to the world.

I ordered several dresses from Twinkledeals.
You have to be very patient because the shipping is a bit slow, I was sent two different packages, one came quite soon, the other one took a bit longer, but everything arrived.
I was a bit surprised when I received the dresses and saw they were not exactly like the ones shown in the pictures and the sizes weren't right and the quality was not as expected. I thought I had bought a really good deal, end of season items at very good prices, but was not completely satisfied with my order.
I contacted the customer service, they answered right away, I explained what happened and they gave me several options to solve the issue. The dialog with the customer service was very fluid and helpful. One option they gave me was store credit, but it didn't fit me well and with great understanding from their part I happily accepted a refund for my order.
The products I bought looked as nice in real as on picture as far as the jewelry concerns. The dresses I bought looked very nice on the website but they did not have the nice quality I was hoping for. It was no problem for TwinkleDeals to return the items or get a partially refund and some extra points for a future order.
The amount that had to be refunded was not refunded for a long time, so I contacted TwinkleDeals again to ask for the refund and the day later, the refund was made, so ok :) just keep an eye that they do the refund, if not, you can just ask them and they friendly refund it to you as soon as possible.
I ordered 5 items from the store on the 4th of May. Four of them were shipped out as one package on the 6th and the last thing was sent as a separate package on the 7th of May. I received the first one but since the very beginning the tracking number of the second delivery was not working and, as I expected, I have never received the item that I ordered and paid for. I contacted the company but the problem was not fixed and I still don't know what happened with my package..

I was very anxious at first in placing an order because of the previews reviews however my recent experience has been amazing. Elsa, who responds within 24 hrs helped with all the issues that I had with my very first order. It was resolved accordingly and in a timely manner. Very impressed and will definitely shopping here again.
Have never received order, told by twinkle(rip off, not a)Deal's it had been delivered and left in the gas meter. This is impossible, the box for the gas meter is tiny, needs a special key (who only the gas man has) to open it and is under a bush in my front garden.
When I told company it was not revived they told me there is no compensation - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE- they take your money and don't deliver the goods!

Last month (May 2016) I ordered three items from Twinkledeals (2 dresses and a swimsuit) and two of the three were too large. My order number was T**************. I contacted them through their customer service site and they got back to me immediately and were very courteous. They sent me the two items in the next size down and didn't even charge me shipping! I will definitely shop at TwinkleDeals again - their prices are great, quality is good, and customer service is excellent. I've bought two other bikinis through them, also.
The shipping was extremely fast. Just in 13 days my order get home. I ordered two bikinis and they were exaclty equal as shown in the photos. The only disadvantage is that bikini bottoms were a little bit large for me. But anyway, the treatment was excellent and they have a promotion for stars members in which you receive coupons by sending photos of Twinkledeals products you have purchase. Just amazing.
Orders are quick, clothes are always perfect size and the site is quick and easy to use.
My shipment was never sent out. I got an email saying it was shipped but while tracking with the shipping company (Netherlands shipping, which evidently doesn't help because I live in El salvador, that's America for you to know) it wasn't in their possession either. I gave both of you a window time and now nothing comes up in both sites. On top of that, there is no way I can get somebody to resolve it. When I just realized about this I sent out a ticket in your website. Never got contacted tho. You have to be investigated, this site seems to be just another fraud.

I´ve discovered this online fashion web recently and I got two beautiful items wich arrived within the time period indicated at the time of the purchase. They were exactly as advertised and of good quality. Because two other items I had ordered were sold out at the time of shipment I was inmediately refunded and I have ordered three other items now.
The customer service answered in 24 hours and was very helpful and kind.
They offer a shipment tracking number and a loss insurance on top of the total purchase amount for a small price, and they also offer promotional discounts.
I`m now looking forward to the three new items I´ve ordered.

I ordered a few things from them on 01/01/2016 17:35:51 PM 2 jackets, 2 shirts, 1 neckless and it came very fast like 8 days to the Netherlands.The contact whas very quick they responded instantly and genuine ansers on my questions. Ordered a few bikinis on the website, took about a month to arrive so I started to get worried but they finally arrived today and am delighted with them! All amazing and the customer service is fantastic aswell
I ordered two dresses. After 30 business days and trying to follow shipping, I didn't locate my goods. I made up a " support ticket." The response was to understand that items get delayed with holidays or in the mail and to wait. Then, I waited longer and had same issue.
The second time, I was told to make sure I gave right address, the package wasn't sitting in my post office and to wait another month before I contact them again.
I have advanced stage four cancer. I rely on shopping by mail. My postal carrier comes right to my door with my items, know my situation and doesn't even leave them at the mailbox.
I will do it but it is insulting and I have ordered things from other countries which have gotten here fine.Also, why isn't there a phone number to simply call and rectify problems? If I get my items made they are good, I will write a nice review.

Oh well i think its the best site ever i often ordered via amazon or lookbookstore but it takes 6 weeks for receive, twinkledeals is cheaper, it fits better and i receive it in 1-2 weeks. It's totally amazing! Never go without twinkle deals. I order here every month 2 times :)
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
