I ordered 3 bikinis at twinkle deal. They did not turn out to be like I expected them to be so I sent them back and the support transferred the money back to me. All in all they were really helpful and understanding.
I appreciate the fact that they tried to compensate the way they could, they gave me a voucher to buy some other item. I used half of it. But my confidence was gone and I rather get things from enterprises closer to my home. It is better that way.

So I paid for the tracking number, but I can't find it anywhere. It appeared for about 1 sec but I didn't write it down thinking I would be able to see it in my orders. How can I check it?

I wrote a review about this company on 6/12, stating my order was never received and was SUPPOSED to be in Germany where it remains, I guess to this day! The company refunded money and I fell for their request to give them another chance.(I know--there's one born every minute!)
Anyway, I ordered the item again on 6/24--it, supposedly, shipped on 6/29, it's 8/1 now and still no shipping info or product! Order #TT**************--tracking #BJ*******6936 which is China Post and everytime I go to check--it loads a virus! I REALLY think this is a scam and all good reviews are written by employees! I can understand the order, maybe, being lost the first time... but 2 times, I don't think so!
Want my order and to be done with this company! Would not have ordered if my grand daughter had not wanted the item so badly!
They responded but nothing has been updated as far as delivery or item location!

At first I was disappointed because I initially wanted to cancel my order but they ship faster than the order can be cancelled. The items took about 2/3 weeks to arrive and I got disappointed again because despite ordering a large none of the suits I ordered fit. However customer service was very helpful and I got a full refund, so all in all I'm happy and considering shopping again.
I love the dresses and clothing I buy for my daughters and myself, the quality is good and the prices are great. The main reason I'm a repeat customer with over 15 orders? Customer Service! They are fast to reply, generous with attention and accommodation, friendly and they solve problems that are legitimately MY problem! I trust them!
The customer service provided by TwinkleDeals is excellent! I have ordered from them over 15 times and there have been times I had questions. TwinkleDeals' Custer service department always respond quickly, they are courteous, knowledgeable and very honest. They really take care of their customers!
The fashion here is just up to date and fits for various styles of everyone. I could find the chic and classic dress and clothes here that fit me pretty well and impressed in the crowds. The clothes here are quite unique that could not be easily found elsewhere in similar e-shop and physical stores. I'm very satisfied with their service. I ordered first time only dress and jewelry set (pearls earnings, necklace and bracelet) and it was delivered on time, even earlier, and all products arrived fine and I was surprised by quality and how they fit me. So I've already make other two order - one more dress for me and two T-shirts for my husband. I can wait it for delivery. I can only recommend you to other customers and I'm sure it won't be my last orders.
I have tried TwinkleDeal for the first time about a month or two ago, since I saw one add on Facebook. The site seamed credible but it's always a long distance shot.
I wasn't looking for anything specific but, just to take a look.
My opinion, after the first 2 experiences (since the first I made another purchase, because I found it a good experience) is that for what I had in mind accordingly to the images, the price and the deliver it's a very good place to buy online (so far that's what I got).
The site is intuitive, people can read other person's review on a product and decide accordingly (and also see pictures that other customers post) and on the deliver side of the question, was fast and simple.
So far, I didn't had the need to complain about anything or have a refund, and so, in that matter I cannot make any comment.
Also, I just bought bikinis (a lot of them) and so, that's the items so far I can refer to. Were great fitting and accordingly to the images posted.
Another thing to take in mind is the price, that I find very fair to the product you're buying.
For me, and so far, It's been a cool experience.
I have placed several orders and for the most part, I love everything I received. There have been some sizing issues, but Twinkledeals has been most cooperative in resolving my situation. I will continue shopping at Twinkledeals because they have some very unique and cool stuff at extremely reasonable prices.
I can't get into the site for a refund, the material is so bad I can't wear anything without showing everything, the stitching i could do it better myself and I don't sew. 2 swimsuits I think you would be arrested if you were to wear them on the beach and the dresses are just terrilbe don't buy these clothes, also very odd but I received these clothes from a lady at about 10.00 pm last night, just knocked on my door and handed them to me

I have had a very good experience shopping at twinkle deals. I originally ordered one dress that did not correspond to my expectations in any way. After posting my review they immediatly contacted my and refunded the money. Since then i have ordered 2 more dresses and am very pleased with them. Costumer service has been irrepreensive.
My fiance and I ordered from Twinkledeals on the 27th of March, the order was shipped out and we were told it would arrive in 21 working days. We have not received anything to date and no correspondence. We have submitted several tickets and all they do is send a response a few days later saying the order has been shipped. This is not good enough... where is it, at least give us a direct email address or phone number. The fact that they don't have this is worrying in its self. Is this a scam? I wonder.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
