I have now made two swimsuit purchases from Twinkledeals. I have only actually received one of them so far, but I love it! I ordered my first order April 18 and it didn't take as long as I thought to get to my house. I ordered a cute pineapple bathing suit and the quality is great and fits pretty good! My only complaint is the bottoms are a little smaller than I would have imagined but they still fit and I still wear them. I have also had great experience with their customer service. If I have any concern, they respond to my ticket within 24 hours. I would highly recommend purchasing swimsuits here!
I dont wanna order her again I was ordered 1 swim suit and one pants swim suit cover its not arived and its been 2 months already. They didnt reply to my message in fb
I was happy to receive my order I waited for in two parts. First i got two packadges and then the third, but all on time.
Items are as in pictures. Some I like even more and some I imagined would be better. I'm still pleased and saticfied. :)
I ordered and paid for a dress and as yet have not received it. I am slightly worried that this may be a scam. I have tried to ask why through their website but for one reason or another it will not send the communication.

I ordered two jumpers which eventually arrived weeks & weeks later. The quality is absolutely terrible and although they are supposed to be the same jumper but in 2 different colours - they are totally different quality and knit! They look like children have knit them with snags and missed stitches everywhere. I have tried in vain to get my money back but the problem is they must be returned to China which will cost more than the jumpers refund in the first place so its a no win situation

I purchased a dress which unfortunately did not compare to the dress on the site but i gave my review and received a mail from the company telling me they where sorry that the product was not op too my standards en they would reimburse me money and tpoints.
I ordered, got a picture of a package a couple of days later, as a "proof" that they now were shipping my order. I found that a bit strange, but ok. Then I could not track my order, the number did not exist and sure enough it turned out to be a no show.
The package was supposedly sent 16 oct 2015.

All the items i recieved did not look like what i was promised on the pictures. The quality was inconsistent with the quality that was shown in the pictures, and the cost of shipping back all the items was not worth it, but they did offer a partial refund which made up for a portion of the cost..

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I ordered 2 swim suits several weeks ago. I contacted them after about 3 weeks. They said they were having issues with the manufacturer but I could cancel the order and "get money in my wallet." That was on may 9... I still have not gotten my credit in my wallet. My question is why couldn't I just get a refund seeing as this was the sellers mistake. Then I looked on the site, and the product they couldn't send me was still on there available for purchase by some other sucker. Of course, there is no phone number to contact so you have to do these tickets... which so far have resolved nothing... my advice is to stay away from this site.

I`ve had great expirience with Twinkledeals. My order was on time, the items are good, the sizes are exactly the needed. I totally will recomand this site!
My reviews are genuine and it is plessure to order good quality and "like in picture" stuff.
Firsly i was worried if this site is real and if i would get my orders, so i've ordered one item and it was delivered to Lithuania (EU) really fast 2-3 weeks.
Items is same as in pictures without defects or any discrepancy, clothes from Men fashion is really great!
Thats's why i have ordered 3 more times and it isn't last one.

Having read a few bad reviews after ordering my dress on 2 May, I was naturally a bit worried. However, delighted to report that it arrived today, well within the 2-3 weeks quoted. It is really lovely. Beautiful fabric, well designed, well made, well finished and all I had to do was press it and put it on a hanger. Best of all, it was a perfect fit! So, I will definitely be visiting their website again! All I would say is, make sure you read the individual sizing chart for each garment, as their sizes are smaller than UK. I'm a 16 and their XL in this style fitted fine.
My order has never arrived, and I don't think was ever shipped. When I contacted the customer service, they said it was the fault of the shipping service (which they refused to name), and asked for more money to "resend the package". Nice try! I don't even think this company actually exists, as there is no phone number to call, all customer service interaction only takes place via submitting a help ticket. The worst experience ever!

I ordered 2 dresses. The Shipping was fast considering it is shipped from Asia. About 15 days. The clothes came in perfect size and good materials. Check the size chart before purchasing.
I trust this site and will order again from it.
It took over two months and many many many contact with customer support to finally get the product. Many times they would send a reference number and it related to nothing. I could not track the purchase. When it finally arrived more than a month past the event it was for, the product did not represent how it appeared on the website. It looked like a poorly blown up image with funny background images. It was so thin it tore right away.
Save yourself time, money and huge disappointment.

I think they're scammers I've tried anything possible, I had contact with them they said I should return it via their site and it doesn't allow you to return or it gives you a error on the link they sent to you. More than 200 euros is gone now and my days are flying. Not ordering here anymore, I'm so done with them! And they don't even have an e-mail or something to return it on. I refuse to do it via the site. I want an e-mail' A. S.A. P! Cause they are scamming with their ' you can do it trough the site ' he'll no!

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
