I must admit that on my first order I was worried about the outcome seeing some negative reviews. So I send twinkledeals a message asking to clarify some of my questions. The outcome was that I promptly received all info required and even when I wanted to return two item out of my order I still received the best assistance and have been entirely refunded. So now that my first shopping experience was completed I can trully say that I had a great assistance and feedback and this company shows to honestly care about customer satisfaction. I will surely order again and recomend twinkledeals. I am happy I was not put off by some negative reviews withouth real essence.
I ordered a dress from the site and paid for expedited shipping 3 weeks before the wedding, not only did it NOT arrive on time, but 2 weeks LATE. On top of that I ordered a dress in red and a purple one turned up. The sizing was very off from the stated measurements by more than a couple cm as they suggested - more like a whole size different. The quality of the dress was awful, was more like fancy dress quality. I will never order from this site again.
After quite a while I got my order. It was lying at our post office for weeks. So if you are not getting your order, use the "17Track" app to locate your parcel.
I ordered a dress back in March, and it's now the end of May, I still haven't received it, not happy at all, wanted it for my holiday. Looked at the so called tracking, has said the same for weeks, "delivery will be made 2-8 days from now " load of rubbish.

Placed an order back in April 8 and I'm still waiting to receive my package. It is the first and last time I order something from this site. It is the worst experience I had with purchasing anything online. I sent an email and their reply was the shipping info that I can find myself on their website. They don't have a customer service number you can call and speak to a human being. It is really a joke and a scam. Do yourself a favor, go to the mall and don't waste your money buying from TwinkleDeals, you will waste your money just like I did.

Adding to my first review - I didn't think it could get any worse! What this company is doing is FALSE ADVERTISING they are taking pictures from other people's websites / social media and using it as there own it is 100% illegal! I am a uk size 10 I ordered a Large and it would fit a small size 8! It's completely see through - it has no shape - material is like cardboard. Just save your money and don't put it into this scam what a waste of waiting 5 weeks to be completely let down!

I absolutely love this site, all their clothes fit me perfectly and have an endless range! The shipping is fast and their support team are amazing if you have any questions etc. I will continue to buy from them.
Website looks nice and professional and clothes look really good quality.ive bought for first time just to try and what i recieved i would not put in a charity shop. I orderd a casual going out shirt post man delivered it in tatty packageing creased to hell material like tracing paper stitching all over the place cotton hanging off and when i tried my xl shirt on i could not even get my arm in it. I think that its just a scam company. Never again.

I ordered TWO dresses from TwinkleDeals.com the beginning of April 2016 and now it's April 29 and I never received a dress I bought. I also got a dress that was 2 sizes too small and they DO NOT accept returns. They tell you that if your dress doesn't fit, go buy another one from them! I've put in at least a half dozen tickets with complaints and nobody gets back with me, or seems to care that I paid for two dresses and only received one!

Hello. Just passed by to tell you how went my first purchase with Twinkledeals. It was very positive and i did enjoy everyhting i bought. All the items came in time and are like in the pictures on the site. With such positive try and with so many items i have in my favorites list of the site, i will totally want to buy again and i recomment you to do it too if you want.
The quality of the products is extremely good! I'm happy with the shipment period as well since it's delivered in 2 weeks or less and also the customer support is very helpful and kind! Definitely recommend it!
I ordered two maxi skirts through this site and they took two and a half weeks to get here. When I opened the first package, I saw, but mainly SMELLED, mold! My skirt was MOLDY. Don't order from this site. Their service isn't expedient and the clothing is poor quality, and you might receive a package full of MOLD rather than what you ordered.

Hello. I want to say that the reviews - this is very individual thing, especially the negative ones. I had two orders with delivery problems. I've read the negative reviews, got scaried, and began to argue with the store. Support responds always! Don't be afraid, don't read the bad reviews, please contact support! Support service is very polite, despite the angry words of customers. They refund the money for the two orders, which didn't reach me. It's not store's guilty, it's a question for the shipping company. I want to note the quality of the things that I have received, they like in the picture. While I have lived in southeast asia, I have ever before seen quality this poor. Garments were missing hems, sections of fabric were hanging out of seems, sizes were off by a great deal. The garments did not function as clothing on a basic level. Dont even try to return the stuff. You must take videos illustrating why the stuff does not work and then wait for a response. They have made the process so onerous that no one will take the time for the low prices. This company is a complaint scam. Further, the women's lingerie doesnt look anything like what was pictured.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
