Bought a bikini as my first purchase with TwinkleDeals. Bright lovely colour. Quality is better than expected. Fast shipping.
Placed order over 6 weeks ago, nothing has arrived. Twindle Deals support gives me no information just telling me to be patient and refusing to refund my order. Tracking number given says my package is "not found", last known location was in Australia. I am in the US. Do not be scammed into using this service.
I have been in contact with many twinkle deals representatives. The only resolve has been giving me the tracking number, which says that my package is "not known" with last known location being in Australia. I have already reported this as a fraudulent charge with my credit card company. They have refunded me since your company refuses to do so.
I purchased two swim suit. One was not available, i changed 3 times before finally i decided to take refund.
Everything was horrible. The item was bad, the customer service helpless, and really clueless. The products are made in china and shipped from china. At worst quality, dont trust their picture though

I received an order today from Twinledeals. Not the item I ordered and 1 item was missing. I spent 10 mins on the website to see if the dress I am waiting for was still advertised. It is not! But I have found 'in the sale dropdown' (36 pp I think) that they have the same item in one page - appearing few pages later with a $6 price difference Watch out!.
I have put 2 stars - as I am waiting to find out if they are going to come back to me re wrong item sent and item missing. If they don't I will of course change my rating!

This website is a total scam. I ordered four items, but only received two. The two were terrible quality and don't fit right in the least. I tried to submit a ticket for a return and to find out where my other two items were, but it's impossible to submit a ticket. There's no email address to email. I work in the media and plan to write a story on this scam!

Despite encountering delivery delays and doing enough back&forth, I tried to recontact them in order to request the shipping tracking no. In order to reach the post directly( It's enough to access https://www.aftership.com/courier/bpost and get an insight of the status). When attempting to do so, I got prompted that the ticket no was no longer valid. Shortly I realized that this has occurred due to having placed it on "Resolved". Guys, if the issue is still not solved, you simply don't change the sts. This way you prevent customers from contacting you.

Just received my first purchase( an adorable swimsuit) and liked it so much I bought three more! Will be using this site from now on!
Twinkledeals is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Last month, I ordered three dresses, a bracelet, ring, and a necklace. After a while I had second thoughts and read the reviews. I was expecting wrong sizes and items. I received everything I had ordered and two dresses fit perfectly. The other one was a little tight in the boob's but nothing that can't be easily fixed. What can you expect from a dress that is barely $12? Way to go, Twinkledeals.
I ordered from this site and I got the faster shipping and it came pretty much on time but the fabric was terrible and the clothes are really cheaply made... I ordered a dress and a swimsuit and they were the same fabric.? And they were not the right colors. The swimsuit was poorly sewn. I will not be ordering again... Should have listened to the other reviews

Shipping is fast. Sizes varies depending on the size chart. Great quality. Items looks better in reality. Would recommend this site to any one.
Since I made my review, the company offered me a refund of 20us dollars for the inconvenience. I'm in Canada so I was like ok. And if my order didn't not get tracked and or delivered in 3-5 business days then a full refund would be issued. I said that would be great for the inconvenience. Well now the sight shows a full refund has been given, and my tracking is no longer even active on any site.
I was also asked to turn my review into a positive one since my issue Had been resolved. Nothing is resolved. I have no clothes and all they have is an account that shows a refund. FYI. No money has been returned to my bank account. This is getting really ridiculous! Keep it coming twinkledeals. People will learn what you really are. Scammers.
Put this into perspective. They need time to find and track your orders, but as soon as they feel like it. Can stop you from tracking your shipment and cancel it. Hmm interesting.

The clothes I ordered looked nothing like what was on the model. They are cheaply made and although the price is cheap they still weren't worth what I paid. The items are going straight in the bin. I'd be embarrassed to take to the charity shop!

I ordered 4 dresses as a present for my nieces. We looked at the pictures and they look great. When we receive them, after paying an additional 20 pounds for delivery ( we didn t have any choices for types of deliveries!) and Tax and duty ( which was never mentioned!), I was very disappointed with the quality of material/textile used and the finishing work, It is horrendous. They looked like horrible 1950's dresses. It is the last time that I buy anything from China! It is all rubbish!

I placed a fairly big order in February of 2016. Everything actually came very quickly, but 1 dress was completely different looking than what I had originally bought and the rest of the clothes had holes in them. I contacted them to try to do a return and they never responded. I got PayPal involved to help me out and I shipped everything back, which cost me an additional $60, and the case was just closed because they say they never received it. Horrible company who takes your money for cheap and crap clothing. Don't ever buy from them. Somehow, this business needs to be shut down. It's a crime what they are doing. Horrible experience and horrible service. Don't buy anything from them. I wish I could give them a negative star.

I made the mistake of ordering from the website before reading all the reviews online. I ordered 3 bathing suits and only 2 ever showed up. One was way too big and the other ripped as I tried it on. The items are so poorly made and not at all like the photographs.

I live in Australia so the delivery is slower. But hey, I don't pay for it!
Have bought both clothing and jewelry from TwinkleDeals and if I have ever had a problem it is usually fixed within a matter of emails. Sometimes clarification is needed because of confusion in the translation.
OK yeah, I have put in a stitch or two, but at a quarter of the price of what I would pay for the same item in Aus... I'm not complaining and the standard is no different anyway. Also I keep fashionable!
Look for sizing information, the more details supplied the more accurate your purchase.
Never had a problem with my Credit Card so can't comment.
My view is - save yourself time and money. Buy from TwinkleDeals!

I ordered a pair of earrings, very beautiful, even more than the picture. The shipping was fast, the product arrived directly at home. I'm going to buy more from them.
I received a partial number of the clothes I ordered and the quality are so poor. I want to cancel the items that were not yet sent and I also want to return the items I received and receive refund immediately. I am so disappointed in this purchase.
**UPDATE**
So the customer service has given me an option to have partial refund (7-25days) and keep the items or send the items back for a full refund. I chose the first option but I'm still worried that the partial refund will not push through. I will post an update regarding this.
**2ND UPDATE**
I still don't like the quality of the clothes (although, there were pieces that are acceptable and I quite like), however, I can't complain about their customer service, they were very responsive and fast to act with my complaints, they have refunded me immediately (not the full amount though, but I don't want to go the hassle of sending back the clothes and wait longer to get a full refund).
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
