This is a great site for online shopping.The item I bought (make up brushes) was just like in the pictures in their site. Good quality for a great price! Another wonderful thing is that they have free shipping, and I got the item within 2 weeks after purchase!
I bought two summer dresses lace dresses to be exact. They did not state the exact materials, its a very coarse mesh net that you'll sweat in. The design is different from the pictures they advertised online. Cheap and crap not cheerful at all!
Delivery took roughly 2 weeks so thats fine,
Its deceiving to show something online that looks so great and then receive rubbish which is a different design, same colour, the material is horrible and the stitching is so poor it looks like they got a kid to make them!
And no matter what Twinkledeal customer service or site support whatever say, I will not take down my comments and will continue to inform people who its misleading and to be in breach of the tradings act/ consumers goods act to falsify sales by showing the incorrect picture of goods and lack of description of the material for customers to decide whether to buy or not!

I would appreciate if twinkledeals would stop emailing me to get rid of my review and to come back to twinkledeals as a customer as the saying goes "first impression is the last impression" i was horrified and will not make the same mistake again!
Bought around 6 items and they arrived pretty fast, in one week. The clothes are good looking but sometimes not the best quality. So the relation quality - price is good and what you are paying for. Pretty clothes I'm using for summer.
I ordered three bathing suites & a dress from this web site 03/25/16
Today is 4/12/16 and i have still not received my packages.
And yes i said package(s) because for some reason they could not ship my three small bathing suites and one dress in one package. I have contacted their help support four or five times and each time i get the same automated computer response, that does not help me one bit. At one point their "Help Support" even tried to say my Order number was incorrect, unfortunately for them i have photo copies of everything. I am getting a refund since i paid threw Paypal and i will also be reporting them for scam activity and theft with the Better Business Bureau.
If anyone else wants to stick it to these a**holes please report them. Don't just complain.

Absolutely disappointed in my purchase, and upset with myself for believing these items would look as good in person as they do on the site. I purchased two bathing suits and a cover up. The bathing suits are incredibly thin, poorly colored, and not true to size at all (simply huge)! And one of my bathing suits simply did not show up.
To say it simply: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Unfortunatly, I will never Buy anything from Twinkle Deals again.

I bought a few bathing suits and i loved them and they came less than a week. Then i decided to order again and it took about two weeks which also isn't bad but i only got half of my order and now its been about a month and a half and i still haven't received my order... and i paid or fast shipping. I also recommended this to my sister and so she bought a lot of stuff and its been about two months now and still nothing. I don't understand how these cold hearted people could steal peoples money and not care. Don't go into a business if you cant follow through with it.

I ordered a bikini set and to be honest was a little bit afraid it wouldn't fit, or that the material wasn't good but I was surprised when I receive the item and it was perfect.
The delivering process quas quick, and it arrive during the estimated time.

When I opened the package the shirt said "Im relly a merna", not even spelling "really" correctly. I recommend to never order off this site, prices may be very good but it is a rip off.

I ordered my products 2 months ago and I have still not received! I have chased and emailed but no help. I've contacted the courier service but they know nothing of my product reference. I rang and was left on hold twice for 30 mins at my expense. The customer service is appalling and I would never use again it is too mph hassle.

I ordered 3 dresses from twinkledeals and paid extra for expedited shipping which says it will take 5-7 working days to arrive. First they took 3 days to ship out only 2 of the items i ordered and now still waiting... Almost 2 weeks! A few days ago i received another email saying my 3 item has been shipped. Although when i try to track them it doesnt show me where the items arrived. Hopefully i wil lreceive them soon and hope the dresses are of expectation as i would be very disappointed

I have never received such disappointing, rubbish, substandard, shabby junk for over 15 years of buying product online. I am begging all readers and would-be shoppers to stay away from this site. I wasted over £20 in dollars buying stuff from this site and only received the products after 3 months!. £20 is small money but i needed to 'test the water' first. I was stunned by the poor quality products. Never again. The pictures of the various products are all sham and over exaggerated. STAY AWAY ££££££!

I was so excited when my order arrived in the post. It came much quicker than I expected. The items that I ordered all fitted and were of a reasonable quality. The bikinis I ordered exceeded my expectations and I can not wait to wear these on holiday. The only problem I had was that one of my items was not shipped. I contacted Twinkledeals and they dealt with the situation straight away. I am expected my Item in the post any day now.
I ordered 4 items from them 2 Beautiful dresses I cannot complain the quality is beautiful and great price. BUT the top I ordered is crap. Cheap material does not fit the way it should because it isn't made proper not because it doesn't fit. The color was also wrong. The bathing suit I ordered and waited for for a whole Month after I had already received the other portion of my order, I emailed with concerns and they assured me they would ship out as soon as they could so I waited some more. Then I received an email telling me they were sorry but the item I ordered and PAID for was not available and that I would either have to pick something for the EXACT price or take partial credits and 60points... umm last I checked I paid for my order with no issues why can I NOT get my money back? Especially after service so poor why should I be forced to order again?! After So Many emails (I spent over 70$ and only received 21$ credit and 60pts) and being denied my money I had to settle... I would NEVER recommend this site this is highway robbery/scam for sure! If this wasn't enough to turn you away, how about the additional charges we tend to forget about. Like the ADDITIONAL 25.00$ charge upon delivery that I paid without know I was paying for DISHRAGS!
***UPDATE*** As they mention below, Yes I received an email Yesterday in order to resolve my issue and this is what they offered: 100 points added to my account. For anyone who's shopped twinkledeals knows that that is equivalent to roughly 1.00$. Pick wisely folks.

WARNING: If you plan on ordering from this site, know that most of their items look n o t h i n g like the photo they use to display the item on their website.
I was already skeptical ordering from this site, and I was right to be skeptical. I tried only ordering items that had other reviews on them. Except for one, and it turned out to be completely different than the photo and description. Not even the same material, color or design that they described and posted a photo of. Two out of the four bikinis were okay, and looked like the photo. The third is just cheaply made and I wouldn't know what the fourth bikini looks or feels like because I never received it. So not only did the screw up my order and forgot an item, their products are poorly made. But you get what you pay for and I definitely learned my lesson. Stuff that is cheaply made based off of a photo they found. Some of the items are literally pieces of fabric thrown together with a zipper hahah.
Don't order from this site and expect quality, that's for sure. Never ordering from this site again, I'll save my money for an established clothing company. I have also posted reviews with comparison photos on their actual website if anyone is interested to look and see for themselves.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
